I always enjoy the Bundt cakes from here, especially the red velvet ones. They offer 3 different size options, but unfortunately the smallest option (bundtinis) are only available by the dozen. I wish we could purchase them in smaller quantities. Everyone working here is always polite and helpful. The cream cheese frosting is super sweet and helps make the bundt flavor pop. I had the pumpkin spice and it was super flavorful. The snickerdoodle was pretty good with the cinnamon flavor. It did taste like a snickerdoodle in terms of the flavor. The white chocolate raspberry was fruity and sweet. I had the strawberry flavor and it tasted like cereal to me. Captain crunch? The gluten free chocolate chip was a bit bland for me but family members liked it. The vanilla and chocolate flavors are pretty typical and nothing out of the ordinary. So I asked if I could get the regular flavored bundlets to cover my order. I know it'll be a little cheaper but it was I was willing to eat the rest of the cost. I was told I would not be refund nor would I be given any cakes to make up for what I spent. I was told their system is really weird but not weird enough to take in the extra $. I was told my order had expired and because it was 48 hours nothing was available to me other than ordering again and paying again. I didn't purchase the cake myself so I am not sure about the total cost of this one, but my family arranged it for my birthday party and it sounds like their customer service was top notch. My husband accidentally left his wallet at the register and noticed it was missing before he got home. He called to see if it was there at the shop and they asked him to describe it and the contents before claiming that they indeed had rescued it. My husband was able to return and get the wallet back safe and sound so someone there really saved the day for him. They use the best cream chees frosting you can come by. I ordered the Red Velvet and the Birthday Cake flavored cakes, both were very moist and were not too sweet.
