Posting my review before the permanently closed goes up. This was one of my favorite bakeries. I loved their strawberries n creme cupcake most, but all of their treats were delicious. The service was always great.
Perfectly cute confections that taste SO fresh! I love how clean the Dubai filling tastes; it tastes natural versus like a fake pistachio flavoring! Customer service is AWESOME!
I finally had the opportunity to try this bakery! I have been wanting to try it for a while now. I'm always in the area when they're closed. Someone I knew worked here for a bit and kept posting cupcakes on their social media. They offer a large variety of cupcakes, cookies, brownies, other sweets. Some gluten free options as well. I did not see any charcuterie out, I'm not sure if you specially order that, or if they prep it in the back or something. I got 2 cupcakes, and they are divine. I love coconut and the chocolate coconut cupcakes is very decedent. If you're not a major fan of chocolate and or coconut, I don't think you'll like this one. The coconut filling definitely makes it tastes like German chocolate cake. The top layer of chocolate was sweet. I did have to put it down after a couple of bites. The baklava cupcake was perfection. It's not too sweet and the perfect amount of nutty. These two I tried are limited time, I forget if he said if they did weekly or monthly rotations. If you get the chance you 10/10 should try them! I will for sure be back the next time I'm in the area, and when they're open!!
It was a quick visit on my way to Madison Ctr for the Arts just a bit NE on 16th st. Cute shop. Friendly welcome. Purchased a lemon bar and raspberry shortbread cookie.

Above and beyond. I explained my vision and they made it a reality. I think it's the best cake they've ever made. I had no budget. The cake 6" heart cake with 12 large cupcakes was $200ish It was a good price. I was very very impressed, pleased and shocked to see that they created something so magical and amazing. The cake is still in my fridge, it's too pretty to cut. I literally can't. I've been going to these guys before the location opened. I love love love dos Chris. They made my dreams come true! This is a cute little bakery and I do love going to local bakeries. This cupcake was I believe 5.50 and I felt that was very reasonable. They had several options in the case. But I chose this one. The lady who helped me was very nice too. This cupcake is supposed to be strawberry and crème but personally I felt the only strawberry and crème part was the frosting. The cupcake had some delicious actual strawberries under the frosting on the cupcake. The cupcake was moist however I wasn't sure what the actual cupcake flavor was of the cake part. It didn't taste like vanilla personally or really strawberry like. I thought I tasted maybe like artificial dye or strawberry flavoring? Not sure. I know strawberry can be a hard flavor to work in since it's very subtle. However the only strawberry part I tasted was the ones under the frosting. And that's about it. The frosting was delicious though.
Hands down, this little cupcake shop has the absolute best frosting I've ever tasted-and the fact that it sparkleswith edible glitter just makes it even more magical. I've been a loyal fan of their cupcakes and cookies for quite some time now, and they never disappoint. One of my favorite things is how they roll out a fresh new lineup of cupcake flavors every week, which keeps things exciting and gives me a reason to keep coming back. At the same time, they always keep their signature favorites on the menu, so I can still grab the classics I love. It's the perfect mix of creativity and consistency-every visit feels special, and every bite is worth it! Oh- to top it off the service is always met with a friendly smile and the retro ambiance makes the entire shop the perfect back drop for your photo op.
We ordered both the Dubai Chocolate filled cupcake and the Pistachio Purp cupcake which had lilac frosting and a lemon curd filling along with their snickerdoodle cookie, which was giving funfetti meets snickerdoodle vibes. Our favorite was the Purp, which was their special of the week and we were able to catch it on its last day before it would no longer be around. So glad we caught it because it was definitely our favorite dessert of the day. Each of the cupcakes were $7 or so. We decided to dine in and enjoy our dessert in they're cute little lounge area. Over the span of us sitting in there for about 10 to 15 minutes, there was a constant flow of loyal customers that were continuously greeted by their friendly staff. By the time we left, the shelves were about empty and this was around 3PM. We could also appreciate that their desserts weren't overwhelmingly sweet! We came from Queen Creek and will definitely be back! Worth it!
Who needs a little black dress to feel special when you can get a little black box full of treats? They have cute stickers on black boxes, and a stamp on the inside of the boxes. I love details like that. Service was fantastic, she was very well versed in the products and explained what was in them for the items I asked about. She even told me which one she was going to eat after work. My kiddos and I were indecisive as usual when it comes to a lot of sweets. So we grabbed 2 mocha cupcakes, a peanut butter cup cupcake and a mango Chardonnay, a lemon crinkle, 3 cherry shortbread popems and 3 chocolate chip popems. I tasted the peanut butter cup and it has peanut butter in the middle. Yum. It's not crazy sweet, good balance. The mango Chardonnay was the it girl of my sweet purchases today. There's a little mango Chardonnay pipette to add to the moist cupcake, it was filled with like a mango coulis, smooth buttercream and topped with mango. I took a bite and was like whoa. Buy all of these if you love mango. The lemon crinkle could have had a little more lemon flavor, like some lemon oil or lemon zest in there, but the flavor itself wasn't bad, it was like the lemon was too subtle for me. Cherry popem was sweet and bright, the cherry flavor was in your face without being the only thing you taste. Good texture and flavor with the shortbread, nice compliment to each other. Wish I bought more. The chocolate chip popems are tender, full of chocolate chips, and sprinkles. Yassss. Just know the parking lot is a bit small. The treats are sweet, sparkly and taste delish. They have catering and charcuterie too. Treat yourself to this spot, because that way you can also have a sweet sparkly life.

I had the blueberry lemon cupcake, strawberries & creme cupcake (best seller), and chocolate chip cookie. My fave was the blueberries & lemon. Their cupcakes are big and perfect to pick up for a birthday/special occasion treat. Price is pretty similar to other local bakeries. I'll be back to try more!
Always love stopping by this place when I'm in phx! This time I got a cookie butter cupcake and a rose orange Katafi cookie. The cupcake was exactly what it needed to be and I haven't tried the cookie yet but I really appreciate how unique it was! The cashier was saying how people begged for them to bring it back so I'm happy to hear they listen to customer feedback .. that being said, bring back the charcuterie cupcake please!! I love that I can always depend on this place for unique but yummy treats! read more

I love cupcakes and this is a great place for them! The bakery is a cute little shop to walk into. The staff is friendly and answers any questions you might have. They're even helpful when you're struggling to pick a flavor. So many! I've stopped here several times to treat myself to new flavors and enjoyed every single bite. read more

We got a box of goodies on a Saturday morning 9/20. The place is small & very cute. Their display casses were filled with so many delicious treats. Their pridefetti cupcake was probably the best I've have anywhere. The baklava cupcake was good, not that imitation flavor. Everything was absolutely delicious. Would love to try their charcuterie boxes but they were sold out. The only downside is the parking. Its very small and on a corner of the street, very hard to get in & find a spot. The gal at the counter was nice and helped me sign up for rewards. read more

I dropped by at the suggestion of my hair dresser. They had one charcuterie box left at 3:30pm on a Saturday, so I got it and four cupcakes. The bushes box was fresh and delicious. A bit pricey but perfect for one person and packaged well and with care. I got the Mocha Chocolate, Carrot Cake, Raspberry Rose, and Peanut Butter cupcakes and they were delicious. Next time I'll try the cookies. If you want a specific charcuterie board, I suggest pre-ordering. read more

Expensive! I just paid $15 for 2 cupcakes! One was $7.50 and another was $6.50. This is a friendly bakery with great tasty items...and I'm savoring these two as my last visit. A while back, they lowered their prices , but now they have increased again and out priced themselves. I have a major sweet tooth and have been here a lot for the cupcakes, bars and fun cookies as well as referred my neighbors in the area. If you're at all price sensitive, enter at your own risk. read more
It's a small little shop in a small area and it seemed like a really cool spot. Really interesting flavors to try. And this cupcake was absolutely divine. I loved the pistachio mix. The only thing I'm taking a star off is the price. It's so pricey for a single cupcake and they don't have any deals if you want dozen or anything which I was surprised. But loved it. Dos Chris Bakery & Charcuterie is such a gem. From the moment you walk in, you can see the passion behind what they do--and you can taste it in every bite. Their cupcakes are delicious, thoughtfully made, and full of flavor. The setup is super cute and unique, and the space is incredibly clean and very organized. They clearly stay up-to-date with trends while still putting genuine care into their work. It's hard to find cake I truly love, and I'm very picky when it comes to desserts. As a small business owner myself, I pay close attention to quality, and when I find something I genuinely enjoy, I know it's done right. both the cupcakes and the cookies were delicious!!! me and my bestie both agreed that the strawberries n creme cupcake and the peanut butter cookie were our favorites! we also got their signature velvet m&m cookie, signature cookie butter cupcake, their mocha fudge cupcake, along with one of their weekly specials, the toasted marshmallow cupcake. we always get their videos popping up on our feeds, but videos do not do their goodies justice - everything is SO SPARKLY! it's insanely gorgeous and fabulous walking into their store. all of the cupcakes were moist, but the strawberries n creme one was on a whole different level compared to the rest, and when paired w a bit of the peanut butter cookie, it was a pb&j explosion in your mouth LOL delicious!!! service was extremely friendly and helpful! me and my roomie were lowkey starstruck being able to meet and see the chris' with our own eyes after only seeing them on social media hahaha! would definitely come back, and i'm excited to keep seeing what they come up with for their weekly specials read more
A friend of mine knows the owners of this place and would have their cupcakes at parties that she would host. So I got to try some Dos Chris' cupcakes before visiting their shop. I was impressed with the quality and the design of these beautiful cupcakes. Not to mention that they are very good! Dos Chris' Bakery & Charcuterie Co. opened their permanent shop at 16th Street and Bethany Home a couple of years ago. I love this area of town and enjoyed visiting their store. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Dos Chris' Bakery has a nice variety of cupcakes to choose from in their display window. I picked up some Arizona Diamondback themed cupcakes awhile back to celebrate their World Series run. I also got some fun Halloween cupcakes to celebrate the Fall season. Dos Chris' Bakery & Charcuterie Co. also specializes in charcuterie boards filled with meats, fruits and cheeses. I took an online charcuterie class during the pandemic and gained a new appreciation in the art of making a beautiful charcuterie board. I have seen pictures of the ones that they put together here. Ordered out from Dos Chris' to satisfy an evening sweets craving, and not only was the service speedy (food made quickly), but it was also presented spectacularly. I took the "let's try one of everything" approach, and it seemed to be a successful one because we were delivered a box with wonderfully well-secured baked goods inside. The red velvet cupcake was my favorite, although there was a lot of fanfare for the "slutty" brownie (bakery's words, not mine). The cookies are a little on the harder side, so if you like a soft Crumbl-type cookie, this is not going to be that--so keep your expectations tempered. If I ordered again, I would go more for the baked cupcakes, as they were moist and delicious! I'd probably advise not ordering one of everything because it's a lot and a bit hard to manage your palate--what the heck do I take a bite of next??? read more

I feel like I just had one of the best cupcakes I've ever eaten. I am absolutely obsessed with the raspberry cupcake. My mom loved her cupcake too. I am usually not too into sweets but I'm so happy I dropped by with my mom. Dos Chris has become my absolute favorite place to get cupcakes! They have a few regular flavors on standby and then they add like 5 or so new weekly flavors. I live to see what they're serving weekly. They come up with some really unique flavors. I try as many as I can read more

Ok so I've been following on IG for forever, the charcuterie layout videos are very calming. It was amazing in person, I mean there is glitter and sparkle and joy everywhere! The owners were both great and so was the employee, I'm now getting sparkle points thanks to signing up for the loyalty program. I still love Urban Cookies but Dos Chris has so many new innovative flavors which is more my thing. The cupcakes are also slightly larger so more easily split, not that you'll want to, they're truly amazing. Did I mention the glitter, everything had a subtle but amazing amount of sparkle to show just how special it was. I had the Cupcakecuterie, which is a barely sweet buttermilk cake with charcuterie toppings, it's seriously amazing and the Honey Mascarapone, which was perfectly balanced. Can't wait to go back :D so many more things to try like bruschetta bites and sherbert cookies. read more

Stopped in when I was in the area. The spot is easy to find, clean and service was great. I grabbed 3 different cookies and all 3 were soft and SPARKLY!! Yes, there is glitter on their cookies and I loved it. Of all 3 my favorite was the sea salt oatmeal coconut. The other 2 I purchased were snickerdoodle and chocolate potato chip and had great flavor but the oatmeal stole the show. I'll definitely stop in again! read more

I would give this bakery six stars if I could. They really do live up to their motto, "Leave a little sparkle wherever you go." The owners and staff are all very kind, very helpful, and very sparkly! This shop is close to my work, so I stumbled upon it almost a year ago and have been back regularly since. The shop is darling and small and modern but sparkly. The staff are the real gems. Quick story: I took my four year old in and she has a little routine where she asks everyone's names in new places. It can feel lengthy if you're pressed for time or if someone is annoyed by it. On the day in question she was having a challenging, Peak 4 YO day, but they were all kind and patient with her, and took the time to talk with her and answer all her questions. It was really touching, and I was so grateful for the interaction that helped put us back on track after what had been a harder day. Back to the food: The flavors are all unmatched, and so creative! The Slutty Brownie and the Potato Chip Chocolate Chip Cookie are my stand-bys, while I always take home some mini-rainbow chocolate chip cookies for my kids. *This week only* (1/14/25) they have the viral Dubai chocolate and it really, decadently lives up to the hype. Sorry I didn't take a picture - I shared it with a friend and we ate it and it's gone now. You have to go see it in person for yourself and get one. read more

I love this place and keep coming back. The flavors of the week are super exciting. However, they can be hit or miss. Sometimes the frosting is way too overpowering or the cake is dry. They make so many flavors and change them weekly, so it's hard to be perfect every single time. However, I love the variety and I like trying new things. The service is always very friendly. The ambiance inside is welcoming and yet swanky. I'll definitely be back to try more items. read more

I love coming to the phx area because they have such good bakeries on this side of town! I tried their seasonal flavors orange cranberry crumb and toffee cashew caramel cupcakes and both were delicious! The cakes were so moist and the frosting was very smooth.
