Dropped by this morning for some sweet treats for some friends. The restaurant was really nice and clean. Service was Amazing! We asked about the light on free donut and the lady said it's usually on between 7-9am and again 5-7pm daily but she gave us complimentary original glazes for our morning anyways! So thankful! She was super sweet! And why is their original glaze so good always? I picked up a dozen assorted to share with some friends. They all looked amazing!

Great location and easy access from the freeway. Lots of parking is available. The employees are all very helpful, courteous, kind and friendly. The location is clean and neat. Of course, the glazed original doughnuts hit the sweet spot. Definitely a return visit call for me!!!

Cold not fresh

Just ordered six donuts to the drive-through at about 3:25 pm. Quick service I left with my donuts went to open the box and have one and they were all cold and hard like you would think I bought them at the grocery store.!:(. I will not come here again.

This is a great location with friendly staff and fresh quality donuts, easy parking and a drive through option. In 2025 it feels like a single donut costs about $3, sticker shock to a guy who grew up in the 1980's paying $.50 and feeling like the Y2K era was $0.75 to $1... but that was 25 to 50 years ago, so it's just grumpy old man perspectives that are outdated

Donuts!

Wife was high and didn't want to go home so decided to drive to Krispy Kreme so she could nap in the car which is one of her favorite things. Tacos, our dog, and myself (when I'm nice) are on that list too. Drove and listened to Dodger Talk(I know I'm an LA fan living in SD) and pulled up to the drive through. Ordered 4 donuts and was super quick and easy. This drive thru is the best of all the Krispy Kreme's I've been to. Love the jelly filled and the original glaze. My wife enjoys donuts too(who doesn't) so it was a win-win. I hope that you are able to provide favorite things to that special someone in your life.

skip the chocolate and ALWAYS eat the pink first.

was headed to Idyllwilde for the weekend and picked up doughnuts for my neighbor. got a second box because I had a coupon. ate half of "mine" on the way up, and it's only a two-hour drive. stuck the rest in the freezer in a half-assed attempt at self discipline. turns out, they're completely irresistible frozen too. it's high time a KRIPSY KREME whistleblower admits the obvious: crack's the secret ingredient in their recipe. doughnut holes are a gateway drug. first crack and then the coupon or maybe vice versa. their evil plan is clear. how many more lives have to be ruined before the truth comes out? admitting I have a problem is the first step, right? but, if I miss a meeting or a session with my sponsor, I turn back into a junkie with a goatee crusted in a sugary glaze who can look you straight in the eye and swear he doesn't even like doughnuts. I can resist anything but temptation. another month in rehab, I'll be back on the street. I get a box of mixed and always eat the pink one first.

Biscoff, pumpkin old fashioned and 2 raspberry filled

I paid a visit through the drive-thru and they had new flavors available for fall I tried the pumpkin old fashioned and the bis off glazed both were absolutely delicious! The pumpkin was slight not overwhelming at all and the biscoff had a whipped filling that was very yummy! The raspberry filled is my absolute favorite there everytime

It's been a long, long time since we have bought some Krispy Kreme donuts. We decided to try some after dinner. It seemed like the drive thru line was moving much better than ordering in person in the store. We actually had to wait for quite awhile before we could choose our donuts. Overall the staff were friendly but I felt that they were understaffed. My son really enjoyed watching the automated donut machine with the conveyor belt and all of donuts getting made in real time. I remember a long time ago when I was young when Krispy Kreme used to give out freshly made glazed donuts right after there were made. That was what made Krispy Kreme special. I wish they would still do that so my son could experience that too but looks like no more free donut when you visit. Overall the donuts are okay. We like the original glazed the best. The other donuts taste very similar but sometimes overly sweet.

I finally succumbed to my Krispy Kreme craving that would not cease! I went in later at night and they were fully stocked in all donuts. I was impressed at the selection at the end of the day. I was offered a sample donut by Isaac. He was so nice and provided excellent service. The sample was an original glazed fresh off the belt. It was quite warm and amazing! I also purchased one of the cinnamon bun donuts which were a slice of heaven! Sorry I didn't get a picture. Best I ever had! Such great donuts. I am a big fan! I will be back.

I love Krispy Kreme and I hate that I LOVE Krispy Kreme. It really should be banned because you can damn near eat a whole dozen to yourself without even chewing especially when they just came out of the fryer. Luckily I downloaded the app and got a free donut, but then it was also my birthday so I also got 3 free original donuts as well. 4 is a lot better than 12 per a doctor's recommendation even if we wanted a whole dozen. Also check out their emails because they are notorious for a BOGO dozen deal which makes it really good steal for bringing in donuts into the office!

Order was delivered in horrible condition. This was a surprise for my wife & I's wedding anniversary and this is how it was delivered? Clearly tampered with on multiple levels - open box, the donuts are all jumbled and frozen cold. Highly disappointing as we have been loyal customers for decades. Asked customer service for a call 3 days ago, called into the store and asked for a manager. Customer service horrible. Nobody has called. All pictures attached.

The best

BRENDA! She is FANTASTIC. In an error where customer service is lost, Brenda makes up for it! She worth the trip in itself.

I wish I came more often during our trip. I wish my dog was allowed inside though - for obvious reasons I get. :( I also really love that they don't charge extra for alternative milk We ordered: - Sweet Latte: For my fiance who doesn't prefer banana-flavored. He enjoyed it! - Dirty Banana Mylk: It was really good! I enjoyed the coffee with the subtle banana flavor, but I wish I got something more banana forward. - Nutty Banana Toast: It was a super simple toast, but it was really good! I love the combination of peanut butter, banana, and thick toast. I am really impressed how they offer the really good thick straws! The environment was really nice and I would have loved to hangout longer.

The interior is really fun and full of interesting decorations, so I enjoyed looking around while we waited for our drink. My only issue with the space was how hot and humid it felt inside. It was already a warm day, but the breeze outside actually felt more comfortable than being in the shop. We ordered the Shakened Banana. I can definitely see the appeal, and I liked the flavor of the coffee itself, but the combination of banana and cinnamon just wasn't for me. Nothing about it was bad, it just wasn't a flavor profile I personally enjoyed enough to order again. I still think it's worth trying if the drinks sound interesting to you!

The first time we went, we ordered Cafe de la Olla and La Morena- both with oat milk and I asked them to double check the syrups did not contain dairy. I was told all was good so we enjoyed our lattes and our daughters shared a hibiscus refresher. On our second and third visit we ordered again, La Morena and one other latte. I asked again if the syrups contained any dairy and was told no. We ordered again with oat milk. On the second visit, my husband had stomach problems and I suspect dairy was somehow inadvertently used. On the third visit, I thought it may have been a fluke, my husband getting sick and so we ordered what we had the first time but this time I got sick. So, I'm not sure if there is dairy in the syrup or if they accidentally used cow milk in our lattes. Too bad too, because the flavors were tasty. We also appreciated the donuts from Doughside Donuts. I'm just not sure we will be ordered coffee from here anymore. The entry is really cute and you automatically see the variety of plants. They sell some jewelry and plant/Mexican pastry merchandise. Service was friendly but parking is not so great, especially when they are busy. Street parking only and it can be slim, especially on street sweep days. Cute shop but be weary if staying away from dairy.

This place has an adorable patio, great seating, cute interior, fun decor, and all the delicious looking pastries made me want to stay awhile all I need now is for them to offer dog friendly pastries and milk!
