These guys are always top notch in my book. We have used them maybe five or six times, getting all kinds of rock for our yard, ranging from lava rock to other filler Rock Super helpful guys and help you decide how much you need. Do yourself a favor and think before getting rock, show up with a truck. Don't show up in a car and have them load rock into your car

Awesome! We love our Arizona River Rock! Christine was very helpful and is a plethora of information. Our rock arrived on time and the delivery was very smooth. If you want a great experience with some amazing stone and outstanding prices, look no further!

From sidewalk reached and placed all my boulders

Everything I wanted for my yard at their yard. Mark was so helpful and stayed in communication with us through delivery and placement. I would definitely recommend going and checking out the material and water features through out this place. Got some great ideas for boulders in my front yard and ended up with twice as much and it looks great. Check out the pictures!

We used these guys a few years ago on a kitchen remodel. As…read moreper their instructions, we picked out our granite at a big stone yard. They had it delivered to them and did the customization. We also had them do a bathroom counter. The specs on the kitchen granite were fine - but their installers were horrible. We had scratches and chips in the kitchen counter top and in the bathroom, the guys chipped our glass vessell. To Artistic's credit, they did reimburse us for the cost of replacing our glass vessel sink in the bathroom - BUT they were quite nasty about it. The bathroom sink ended up having the backsplash too high and they had to cut off the bottom of one of our electrical outlets to make it fit. A careless mistake that took an absolutely gorgeous piece of granite and cheapened it with an outlet that looks like an afterthought. No one said a word until the job was finished. Now for the kitchen --- There were some scratches, gouges and even a chip in the granite in the kitchen. They came back and filled the chip in the granite and it is now smooth but looks horrible when the sun hits it. Where there was a large scratch, they buffed out the counter, but that was two years ago and today the shininess of that spot is completely mismatched with the rest of the counter. At the time of repair, I suggested that they lightly buff the entire counter so that it would blend in. They did NOT do it and it's sad. They could have remedied most all of my concerns by doing so and they were not interested, So, my advice...for custom work, stay away from this businesss. This business is not interested in customer satisfaction - just in "getting the job done" A little customer service could have prevented this negative review. I'm sure this business would be good for mass production - track homes, etc.

Terrible Business People - Excellent Artisans…read more Once Artistic Marble & Granite (AM&G) was on board with our project; the front office never answered the phone, didn't return messages, and ignored emails. The only way I could communicate with AM&G was to drive to their location and hope someone was in the front office. Our installation was delayed several times due to AM&G having "other work" to do??? I asked our very prominent cabinet maker to pressure AM&G to give us a real date. Once AM&G was finally at our home, the installation went very well and looked sensational !!! A crack developed later - AM&G didn't respond. I tracked down AM&G's material provider and got them involved. Only when the provider contacted AM&G about the possibility of a poor installation, did AM&G suddenly take notice. Note: Giuseppe was as responsive as someone in the field could be, the above relates to AM&G's front office.

The installers were great and paid close to attention to detail. Their account manager Crystal…read moreseemed competent (no longer with the company) and attentive to the project. The big problem was the sink cutout was wrong. We have an undermount sink and wanted the counter to hang over the top of it (called negative reveal) about a 1/4 inch. This look was the whole reason we chose white counters with a black sink. They walked through the reveal options with us and put our choice to overhang in the contract but it wasn't what we ended up with. The sink cutout was flush on 2 sides and about a 1/16 inch over on the other 2 sides. So not only was it not the agreed upon cut but an uneven cut that we get to look at daily. Rather than taking accountability, they are blaming the sink manufacturer for having incorrect specs. This is hard to believe given the widespread issues a manufacturer would have if their CAD specs were off. The sink gets great reviews with no mention of install inaccuracies. http://www.kraususa.com/31-inch-undermount-single-bowl-black-onyx-granite-kitchen-sink.html They did offer to make all sides flush while also discouraging it, saying it's real messy and a big process. We never wanted it flush, so we chose against that anyway. At this point, the only thing we can think of is they chose the wrong sink when they were choosing the CAD template. If that was the case, they could then point us to the sink that will actually fit and that may solve the problem. The problem is they're sticking to their story that the manufacturer's CAD drawing was probably wrong. For installs like this, paying attention to detail is big but mistakes can happen. Not admitting to the mistake, is the reason we're giving others a heads up.

They have GREAT selection of very high quality and expensive materials very hard to find in other places. I got recommendation to Terence by our interior designer Peggy Dupuis to review some Italian mosaic for our spa. We never met before, so I asked Terence if it's possible to meet on weekend, because I'm working every day and driving from OC to La Jolla is pretty time consuming. They are not working, but he agreed to meet in person on any day of the weekend to accommodate our request! When we came in he was prepared with all materials we pre-selected (through internet photos), he helped me check them outside (under sun) and inside in low light. Presented different alternative options, but we finally decided on the same brand (Bisazza, Italy) but 2 different colors. He then gave us 2 packages of these small tiles, since my wife was not able to drive to La Jolla. Which made our decision process (especially for my wife, you know women are very picky to all that stuff :) ) much easier. I'm very happy with Terence and can recommend Tuo Sogno to someone who is looking for premium materials along with Great Attention to your needs, details, concerns, ideas, likes, disliked and other stuff you have :) Terence - thank you for meeting me on Saturday, we got your tiles (Bisazza) which is way better in person than on the picture!
