When my daughter and I drove out to Mission Moulding we were greeted by Mike. Trying to match a 1987 moulding for which we had only a short length, Mike took what seemed like 2 seconds to identify it as a discontinued door casement moulding and locate the last 14 footer he just happened to have in stock. It was PERFECT for our needs. Mike graciously helped us get it (legally) aboard my 2004 Honda Accord. As he did in just finding it for us, Mike handled this with aplomb. New year's eve -- shortened business hours: I had no expectation of anyone at work like we encountered with Mike. As we drove away, my daughter and I felt like we'd won the lottery. Big KUDOS to Mike and Mission Moulding. When you go there, particularly for a hard-to-match moulding, ask for Mike. Roger Harris read more

This warehouse offers a wide range of high-quality molding and wood products. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, providing expert advice and recommendations to help me to find exactly what I need. The store's inventory is diverse and well-stocked, with a variety of different styles, sizes, and finishes available. The prices are reasonable little bit lower vs Home Depot and Lowe's, and the quality of the molding is excellent. Whether you're a professional contractor or a DIY enthusiast, this shop is an excellent resource for all your molding and wood needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top-notch molding and wood products. I was there 10 minutes before closing time and no issues. God bless these guys. read more

I was doing some work in Tierrasanta repairing water damage walls & flooring. When I got to the point of doing the baseboards & door trim - nothing close @ HD, Lowe's or Dixieline. The home owner thought her husband (who had passed away several years ago) had purchased the products from this location, looked it up and it was less than 10 minute drive. Well worth it as this place is nothing but moldings & accessories for install. I was greater immediately and showed the young man what I was trying to replicate - I swear it didn't take him a full minute to identify the mounding and show it on a table layer out next to a damaged piece I brought in - YES!! The home owner was impressed (as was) because the downstairs area I repaired was perfectly matched they the house now. Although her husband won't be there this thanksgiving she said she knows he's there in spirit knowing she put the house back like he left it! read more

This place is great. I've come for my Azek needs a couple times and they always come through when other, more convenient-to-me Azek sellers couldn't. I needed 20 plugs and everywhere in the county only sold them in $90 75pc kits. Alex had some extras collecting dust in the back and gave them to me for free. Thanks! read more

Wonderful experience working with Mission Moulding. Alex was very helpful when I had some last minute accessories on a very tight deadline. Went above and beyond expectations and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Mission Moulding. Also, I felt safe in regards to COVID. Very clean and organized shop. Lots to see! read more

Mission has A to Z and have many details. I have used their services many times, a contractors wood heaven.

We just purchased a home and I've been doing some remodeling. I installed a floating vinyl plank floor and had to tear off all the old baseboards, so that meant I had to buy all new stuff. The selection of moulding at Home Depot and Lowes was dismal and overpriced so I talked to a contractor friend who immediately told me to go to Mission Moulding. These guys are fantastic! I told the gentleman what I was looking for and he immediately brought out some samples. The next day I stopped in and purchased 350 feet of baseboard for a fraction of the cost from the big box stores. The whole experience was painless and smooth. If you need any kind of decorative moulding, this is the place to go! They have a huge selection and all of the employees are friendly and ready to help, even if you aren't a contractor. read more

My husband and I have been working with Mike and it's unbelievable the attention and care that Mike has provided with our stair balusters. He has gone above and beyond what is expected, truly cares about our project, and is so pleasant to work with. Alex is the other guy that works there and he is just as nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business. They care about their customers and they know what they are doing! read more

I stopped by today to pick up a small piece of wood for a threshold. I was very lucky because as confused as I was about what I should get, the guy working there was so patient and helpful. I will definitely be back. read more

I went to look for some moulding here and found the process inefficient at best. While all of the moulding samples are conveniently in a single place none of them have any prices. This means you have to take down each unit number (glad I brought pen/paper) then wait in line behind some doddering couple at the counter just to get price info. Also need the counter man for samples. Went down the street to another shop and lo and behold, prices and even availability, right on each piece even! Samples were also self service. The prices between the 2 places for the mouding I was interested in were almost identical but it's little things like this that get my business. read more

I arrived 25 minutes before they closed and not only did they help me super quickly but treated me with respect and sincerity. They have an immense supply of mouldings. Highly recommend. read more

This place can get you just about anything. If you are building stairs or doing any kind of interior finish work this place has the products you need. If they do not have it in stock they can order it. the staff is standard building materials warehouse guys. They all know their stuff and their regulars. I have never had to wait long to be helped. But I always order in advance. They are kinda out of the way for most of my jobs near the coast. But traffic is never too bad in their neighborhood. read more

Amazing inventory!!! When I walk in I felt like I was in woodshop class. Had pictures on my phone showed Dennis and he showed me the exact molding I needed fantastic work read more

Excemptional service and reasonable prices helped me with my home remodel moulding needs. Great place and friendly staff!!

Had the pleasure of running across this place after a finish carpenter buddy told me too check it out. Stopped in and they had the oversize crown, casing, and baseboard I needed in stock. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes and the guy helped me load my truck. Also love the fact that they open at 6am. Can't tell you how hard it is to find a place who is ready to work as early as I am. Its my new go to shop. read more

Happy customer, good pricing, good staff, largest selection. I will continue to shop here as long as I'm in business

Tried Home Depot & Lowe's for baseboards. While their products were decent, both places did not sell in bundles and were overpriced. Went online to search for other vendors and low and behold I came across Mission Moulding. First class service! The staff was laid back and Dennis hooked me up and loaded my purchase into my truck. Not only did they sell in bundles, but the prices there are competitive and completely beat the major commercial retail DIY stores. Will definitely go to them when I begin crown moulding. Thanks Mission! read more

Clean warehouse, good selection, low prices (compared to hom-d-pot). Quoting 4 but not 5 stars for that guy that either had no clue about the stuff he's selling or was just in bad mood and didnt want to discuss moulding stuff. Great place when you know your doin' ; order-pay-pickup read more

Mission Moulding is the best business for moulding, baseboard, stair railing, etc. Great selection and prices.

This is my place to get baseboards and door trim. It is a little intimidating going in as it is in a warehouse area and it certainly isn't a Home Depot but everyone there is very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. Their website has all of their items, both in stock and special order. All I do is look on their website and then email or call for prices. I emailed this morning and got my prices emailed back to me within an hour or two. I highly recommend them. read more

I have been meaning to write a review for awhile now. My mom had purchased Moulding from them a few years back and had a very positive experience so when I needed help fixing my baseboards she suggested to use them. I moved into my new home expecting to have to replace all the baseboards because the previous owner's dog ate chucks out of them.... At Mission Moulding they were able to match the preexisting baseboards in my home so I was able to patch the eaten pieces. They saved me a lot of money and didn't 't take advantage of me. The staff is friendly and approachable, and really know their products. I will definitely use them in the future. read more
