First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! Second problem is they have been back every year since the install to correct the floor underneath which was not done properly. In fact the first year they came out the guy said they did a shitty job. Nice to hear from the store that their service was shitty. The floors had about a one inch movement up and down. So the second year another spot did the same thing. They came out and ripped it up a second time. Problem came back the next year in a different spot all within about a ten to twelve foot area. Each year a new spot and another ripping up of the floor. We had new baseboards installed through out the house and after 5 years and promises that the missing piece in the master bath would be done, it still isn't. Even this past summer the head guy said he was embarrassed that it wasn't done. But Guess what? Still not done. Plus all the installed baseboards have small little metal nail hole throughout as they didn't even cover them and paint over them. They look horrible. We recently had our upstairs done by a different company and I looked at Village carpets email from 2021 to get the color of our downstairs LVP. Turns out they changed the color on a different email without noting it and we ordered over 1000 sq ft of the incorrect color. This cost me over $3000 because they had changed color. Lost the price of the floors and labor as I noticed it was wrong after half the upstairs hallway was installed. Then had to look through past emails to find out the problem was that I was sent two different emails with two different floor colors. I have left messages for owner which are ignored. Crazy way to run a business.

I reached these people from an ad on Facebook (which should've been my first clue) and was…read moresurprised they were willing to set up an appointment same day. They took my information (just name/address /phone) and said they would be here at 6:30p. They then sent a video using my name, date, and time on a white board (to show it was real, I guess? That made me highly suspicious of deep fakes, tho) to confirm my appt and let me know some details before they showed up. One of the details was the price. The lowest price mentioned was $12,000. Not to remodel the entire bathroom, but ONLY to replace the tub/surround. Also, the material they use is BP-Cor2, a composite polymer that contains 85% ABS plastic and 15% Acrylic. Google says this is actually a pretty safe, non-toxic material (so that's good), but the adhesive fumes are another story and it takes 24-48 hours for all that to be done. That sounded exorbitant. They do offer a lifetime warranty, but I may be selling my place within the year, so that really wasn't a factor in my decision. So I called to cancel, was put on hold, then hung up on twice. Not sure what that was about, so I texted back to the number that sent me the link and said to cancel my appointment, then I texted stop to unsubscribe. Got a call back almost immediately after that from the guy I originally talked to, who tried to change my mind. I would say it was a medium sell - not hard, but definitely he tried a few tactics before giving up. When he finally realized I was not going to relent, he said he canceled everything, which was great. About a week or two later, I received a call from them trying to sell me their service again. I pointed out that I had unsubscribed from everything and was not going to follow through with the appointment. They called yet again another week later, trying to sell me the same crap. At this point, there is no way they could've convinced me to change my mind. I do not work with people who do not listen when you cancel something. Beware of giving them your information.

My carpet guy recommended that I go to Rayo and view what they had available and he would get me the contractor pricing. I told the woman in the showroom that I own a very elegant, high end, custom home and what would she recommend. She gave me a board of samples and said she likes Royalty Carpets. One caught my eye and I asked her if this would be good for my home. She said yes and that many of her designers choose this carpet for their clients homes. They had none in stock so I placed the order. The carpet arrived and when it was laid with the padding that was recommended I was very disappointed. The carpet felt to the foot like apartment grade carpeting. I can feel the slab through the carpet. I called the showroom and they were not helpful at all. They were very aggressive on the phone and I felt like there should be a warning on the door that states "Buyer Beware". They blamed me for not trying to walk on the carpet. I told them they had none in stock. They said I should have tried the sample with a piece of padding. The only carpet that was available was the sample attached to the sample board and it was not possible to step on. I went into the store and confronted them and they were terribly nasty. They stated it was not their job to tell the customers what to expect from a carpet. I told the sales woman I told you what I was looking for and this is what you recommended but it is not appropriate for a custom home. I have since found out that the particular carpet I chose comes in two qualities. Low end and high end. The sales woman never told me there were two qualities. I called the corporate office and got the same response. I highly recommend you find another company that assumes responsibility for their employees and the product they sell. The carpet is worthless to me and will need to be replaced. read more

I sadly would give them zero stars if I could. My husband and I made 4-5 trips to Rayo Wholesale while trying to decide what route to take for our home remodel. We ultimately went over budget to purchase beautiful Engineered Hardwood floors with a distressed look that were a head turner! We expressed our concern about our two dogs and asked if this would be durable for them and we were told that they "absolutely" were durable for pets. I have a 15 pound dog and a 75 pound dog. Not even 2 months after having the floors I noticed that by all our doors where our dogs run in and out there are indents and scratches from their claws. You can also see anywhere in our home if they got excited and left scratches. We tried to file a claim as we have seen these worsen the past few months but we were denied being told that we had "lack of floor protection". Well we went with the Hardwood floors that we were told were durable for our dogs, and we are 100% dissatisfied with our purchase and our Sales associate that blatantly lied to us (or that had no knowledge on the product that he was selling). DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING FLOORS HERE, don't listen to their associates who are just trying to make a sale. If I would have known they would be this destroyed I would have gone for a cheaper route of Laminate and gone to a competitor who was extremely honest about their flooring. We purchased English Pup Maple Stout Engineered Hardwood. As you can see below in my images they have multiple excuses to decline your claim. Such a lousy 35 year warranty, what does it even cover? These floors are less than one year old! I will be sending a claim to BBB most definitely. read more

We wanted to do a tub to shower conversion in 2 bathrooms and completely redo our master bath to give it a more elegant look with free standing tub and brushed gold fixtures. My husband and I visited the Miramar showroom, which was very convenient since it was a one stop shop with a variety of materials to choose from. Although we had a general idea of what we wanted, Julia was very helpful in giving us suggestions and tied everything together perfectly for tile, quartz countertops, cabinets, and floor. The entire team were very professional and skilled. Demolition was very quick. Renovating 3 bathrooms meant playing musical bathrooms as we needed a functional bathroom during the entire project. Hilario was very meticulous in his work and treated his workmanship like he was working on his own home. He did all the plumbing work which included some complicated tasks like redirecting pipes and the extent of the free-standing tub installation. He took his time in making sure everything was done correctly. With my personality, I highly appreciated his attention to detail. Miguel and Daniel were extremely great at laying the tile and Miguel would always consult with me prior to installation to ensure the layout and tile placement was to my satisfaction. He ensured that the tile placement flowed to match each adjacent one. His communication was excellent and explained everything each step of the way. He exceeded my expectations in tile installation for all 3 bathrooms. Daniel did a great job with the floor installation and Christian did a great job with the carpet to tile transition, baseboards and assistance with mirror and medicine cabinet installation and painting. The glass doors were custom made and beautiful and despite a concern with one of the door measurements, this was rectified and replaced. My bathrooms are now so modernized, immaculate, luxurious and spa-like! I can't be more satisfied! I have recommended them to family and friends. Thank you, Tony, and team for a job well done!

She rescheduled me for Tuesday but it left a bad taste in my mouth how the situation was handled. Now it's 120 PM and I wonder if I had not reached out, if anybody would have bothered to let me know the sales representative was not coming.
