My husband and I were SO fortunate to have been put in contact with Ben and his amazing team for our flooring project. After living in the same home for nearly 30 years, it was time for a serious refresh. Ben walked us through each and every step to ensure we were getting the best bang for our buck without jeopardizing the quality of our product and overall installation. He even went so far as to going out of his way to meet with us and our supplier in-person to help be our second set of eyes and ears to guide us in finding our perfect flooring while staying within our budget. We never felt pressured by any of his feedback and, if anything, welcomed his professional input. Ben and his team were extremely professional and were always on time - sometimes even staying later than planned, if the job required it. We were incredibly confident in his work product from the get-go and felt very comfortable having him in our home throughout the entire process. Ben is an amazing and genuine hard-working individual and we were honestly sad to see him go on the last day of our project (we still miss him now!). THANK YOU BEN & YOUR AMAZING TEAM! We LOVE our "new" home :) - Rani & Vanessa read more

Ben is the best. We had several bids for our entire home and Vision had a great price, but what convinced us was his professionalism, his attention to the details even before work started, transparent pricing, and he showed up on time every day. I see he has 5 star reviews, and I can see why. We hope your home is also beautified by Ben. read more

For the same area, the quoted area from vision carpet is about 40% more that that of Home Depot. I am surprised to find out Home Depot has better quality and lower cost based on honest measurement. response is quick! read more

Great work and great price. Highly recommend. Quick response, easy to schedule, work done quickly and professionally.

My husband and I had a very small job(literally 14 steps as the only carpeted area in our house) and have wanted to replace the ridiculously old carpet years ago and part of the reason was I didn't think I could find anyone in San Diego to do such a small job. I googled for SD carpet installers and didn't want to go with a large company and I got lucky by picking this company , reached out for a quote . Benjamin ( the owner and a family owned and operated business which we love to support) responded quickly , personally came out to measure , brought carpet samples and followed up with literally every commitment. One thing that increased the urgency of getting new carpet was because our dog was slipping up/ down 4 of the steps which are beautiful hardwood( other steps have always been carpeted) and we didn't want to lose the entire cosmetics of seeing the wood. He suggested doing a waterfall on the 4 steps and leave a few inches of the wood showing . BRILLIANT. From receiving the quote promptly, his clear communication, being on time for 1st appt and installation date and time and their work is simply amazing! Finishing touches were awesome. Our dog can already go up and down the steps no issues and the guys couldn't be any nicer ( Benjamin brought his brother to help do the job). I cannot recommend this company enough!! read more

I have used Vision Carpet 3 times now. He installed carpet in my apartment, laminate flooring in my office and when I moved he I stalled LVP in my home. I cannot recommend him enough and refuse to use anyone else. He is honest and his prices reflect the kind of work you want in your home. He even went as far as going to the flooring store with me so that I could pick the best floor posible. Everyone that walks into my home compliments the floor and a couple of my friends have actually hired Ben because of the work he has done for me. His reviews don't lie, he seriously is the best! read more

Most of the first and second floors were done and looked amazing. Ben was very professional along with their partner and addressed concerns me and the family had. Even going so far as coming in alone on Saturday to make sure the stairs were completed before the week was over. From the living room, stair way, and upper bedrooms they completed each section of the house in a prompt manner and fixed some minor nitpicks I pointed out, I greatly recommend them. read more

Benjamin communicated well, was kind and competent and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks, Benjamin!

Was getting quotes to replace carpet and laminate flooring. Contacted a few companies then stumbled into Ben via the comments on a FB neighborhood page and I'm glad I did. The Quote One thing I despise and makes me not want to do business with people is when they oversell and try to get you to commit without time to process, especially on a large project. This was NOT the case with Ben. His response time was great, he showed up on time, took measurements, brought samples and left them for my wife and I to think about and process, said he would send me a quote the next day or 2. The next day I had a labor quote and the day after I received a quote for materials. He separated the two because he said he likes to give his customers the option to find and purchase their own materials. I really appreciated the fact that it wasn't all wrapped in one quote. The Purchase We decided to go with Ben but I wanted to see if I could find materials a little cheaper. He gave me a list of recommendations for minimum specs to look for. I called him from a flooring place and answered all the questions I had. The Installation Everyday Ben showed up on time, and was ready to work. He was professional at all times. He took time to explain things when I had questions. The carpet was done first upstairs, followed by the SPC flooring downstairs, bathrooms, and laundry room. Everyday he worked nonstop, and cleaned up everyday before he left. The end result is excellent. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with the process, his work ethic, and look of the flooring. I would definitely hire Ben again. read more

Vision Carpet exceeded our expectations! The customer service was fantastic! Benjamin was quick to reply to our initial request for a quote and communication after was just as quick. He walked us through the different options we had for new carpet, within our price range and did a great job with the install. I would definitely use Vision Carpet again. read more

I put in a request for quotes and Ben from Vision Carpet was miles ahead of the rest; he was faster in response, scheduled us right away. Even with the holiday season upon us, he fit us in. He also messaged me a day before to confirm AND he showed up right on time, which was amazing because so many people don't. I've worked with many contractors in my career as a Realtor and not many are great at punctuality. I was super impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he's been doing this type of work for such a LONG time. It looks so amazing, only wish we did it sooner. The flat fee rate was awesome for us as well. The fact that he did all his business communication "right" and still came through with excellent work is a double bonus. Our two rooms we got stretched look like they are newly installed again. We only had our carpet for 3 years before it started to bump up. So happy we had it done! I would recommend Vision Carpet to anyone who needs great quality work and fantastic customer service. Just saying he's well worth his weight in gold! read more

We're typically DIY'ers with almost everything, but with our latest project we didn't want to risk having anything go wrong; so we figured a Yelp search wouldn't hurt to get some quotes.
