My husband and I had a very small job(literally 14 steps as the only carpeted area in our house) and have wanted to replace the ridiculously old carpet years ago and part of the reason was I didn't think I could find anyone in San Diego to do such a small job. I googled for SD carpet installers and didn't want to go with a large company and I got lucky by picking this company , reached out for a quote . Benjamin ( the owner and a family owned and operated business which we love to support) responded quickly , personally came out to measure , brought carpet samples and followed up with literally every commitment. One thing that increased the urgency of getting new carpet was because our dog was slipping up/ down 4 of the steps which are beautiful hardwood( other steps have always been carpeted) and we didn't want to lose the entire cosmetics of seeing the wood. He suggested doing a waterfall on the 4 steps and leave a few inches of the wood showing . BRILLIANT. From receiving the quote promptly, his clear communication, being on time for 1st appt and installation date and time and their work is simply amazing! Finishing touches were awesome. Our dog can already go up and down the steps no issues and the guys couldn't be any nicer ( Benjamin brought his brother to help do the job). I cannot recommend this company enough!! read more

Was getting quotes to replace carpet and laminate flooring. Contacted a few companies then stumbled into Ben via the comments on a FB neighborhood page and I'm glad I did. The Quote One thing I despise and makes me not want to do business with people is when they oversell and try to get you to commit without time to process, especially on a large project. This was NOT the case with Ben. His response time was great, he showed up on time, took measurements, brought samples and left them for my wife and I to think about and process, said he would send me a quote the next day or 2. The next day I had a labor quote and the day after I received a quote for materials. He separated the two because he said he likes to give his customers the option to find and purchase their own materials. I really appreciated the fact that it wasn't all wrapped in one quote. The Purchase We decided to go with Ben but I wanted to see if I could find materials a little cheaper. He gave me a list of recommendations for minimum specs to look for. I called him from a flooring place and answered all the questions I had. The Installation Everyday Ben showed up on time, and was ready to work. He was professional at all times. He took time to explain things when I had questions. The carpet was done first upstairs, followed by the SPC flooring downstairs, bathrooms, and laundry room. Everyday he worked nonstop, and cleaned up everyday before he left. The end result is excellent. My wife and I couldn't have been happier with the process, his work ethic, and look of the flooring.
