Eric and Mona are amazing and very professional to work with. Eric came out to provide a quote, and I knew right away he was very trustworthy and very knowledgeable. The new hardwood flooring installation turned out amazing, and the installer, Jaime, did an awesome job. Eric supervised everything to make sure everything got done correctly. I'm so pleased with their work and highly recommend them for all flooring needs. I will use clickonfloors again on another rental condo. Thank you, Eric and Mona! read more

I met with Mona a whole year before my project actually came about and was so happy to see that they still had the LVP I chose. Communication was a breeze despite scheduling being a pain due to other construction happening in my home. Eric and his team were flexible and adjusted to the renovation schedule, which I am very grateful for. The flooring is gorgeous, baseboards are flawless and the team kept a tidy work space while they were here. On top of the great service, the pricing was reasonable and didn't inflate at the end of the project. read more

This review is a couple years delayed, but better late than never.... I can't say enough good things about this company, their crew and the family that runs it. They were SO helpful helping us through redoing the flooring in our entire home. They helped us with detailed and thoughtful pricing, selecting what kind of flooring and even went the extra mile during the install. Our foundation had some preexisting cracks on the surface that were a concern for certain types of flooring, so they helped us determine that we needed to go with floating luxury vinyl vs hardwood. We actually went it wanting the more expensive hardwood and they talked us out of it based on our foundation and the potentially for our foundation to continue to shit based on the soil our house is on. THe owner himself even come by and brought in some extra filler to fill the existing surface cracks to make sure that moisture wouldn't seep up through it and damage the new flooring. He did that for free, materials and his time. We cannot recommend them enough and still LOVE our flooring years later. read more

We have used click on floors in two different homes now. They are responsive and do great work. They came right out and turned a quote around very quickly. The communication during the process was top notch. Mona let me know every step of the way what was going on. The installers were polite and cleaned up well after the work was done. The flooring turned out beautiful and I will 100% be using them for future needs. read more

Mona and Eric were amazing from the start! Eric is so knowledgeable, down to earth and reliable. He gave us great advice on materials with a very fair price as well. We had two other companies come out and quote our project but decided to go with click on floors and so glad we did! Also, Jonathan did an amazing job! Always on time and even came on Saturday to get the job done. We had 1600 sq ft of tile floor and laminate which was replaced with beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring. Jonathan has great attention to detail and work ethic. Mona was always available to answer any questions and helped us decided on the floors with ease. I've referred several friends to Click on Floors and they have all had the same experience. You can't go wrong! read more

Clickonfloors did flooring for my house back in May. It is a complete refloor for the whole house. We compared a few vendors and eventually decided to give the job to Clickonfloors. Oh boy, we believed this is the best decision we made for a while. From the beginning, Mona has been really helpful to help us to decide on the materials we need for the house. Eric came to our house and did measurements, he also gave us some cost effective suggestions. We felt they really put some thought into our project. During the work, Jamie and Ryan were always on time and always clean up at the end of the day. They were very efficient and the quality of their work is outstanding. Because I also need to do some work on my kitchen counter, which affected the floor work a little bit, which prolonged floor work a few days. I didn't hear any complains about it, and they were very accommodating with the kitchen counter contractor. The final result of their work is very nice. I would recommend Clickonfloor to anyone who is interested in revamping the floors. Thanks Eric, Mona, Jamie and Ryan! read more

Excellent again. We had used click on floors back in 2012 and it was time for an update. Everything went smoothly again from start to finish. Swung by the office grabbed a few samples and made a decision. Did a walkthrough with the owner and then everything was ready to go and installed in under a week. Super efficient and friendly owners. The project only took one day and the crew was professional and kept us up to date on progress through out the day. It was appreciated as I was assisting my mom and needed to plan around work and other logistical issues. The pricing was great and you support a local business that actually cares, it's not some big box faceless corporation. Give them a try, I can't recommend them enough, awesome business. read more

I am writing this review for initial quote and experience with Eric and Mona at Clickonfloors. I booked the appointment with Mona, she set up an appointment for Eric to come to my house to make measurement and provide an estimate. He is honest, transparent and experienced. He pointed out that the floor was uneven and fixing that would add to the cost. His estimated was accurate and gave us a good ballpark for budget. Disclaimer I was torn between Clickonfloors and another flooring company and I went with someone else. However I truly appreciate Eric and wish I could go with him. read more

Working with Mona and Eric and their installers, Ryan, Jamie and the other installers was a pleasurable experience from start to finish. Clickonfloors replaced carpet with hardwood in 3 bedrooms and hallway, plus retiled a bathroom for us all within the last few months. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Mona in the office, Eric during the home visit, and Ryan for the installation. Mona and Eric are truly the nicest people and Ryan is such a professional, kind, patient, and meticulous installer. I have had my fair share of working with subpar folks in the home renovations industry and it is such a breath of fresh air to know I can always depend on the team at Clickonfloors for our flooring needs - that feeling is priceless! read more

I must admit; I love this company! I have used them on two separate occasions and two years apart. They are amazing. The owners, Eric and Mona are so helpful and easy to work with and their product is durable and cost effective. Winning in my eyes. I gave them a very general color scheme of what I was thinking and when Eric arrived at he had a few different shades to look at and it really made my decision process so much easier than I thought it would be. Mona has now helped me decide shades throughout the entire house. Her color knowledge and understanding of how the natural light makes the planks looks is impressive. The crew that came to do the install was polite, courteous and quick. They even helped me set up the furniture so that I didn't have to do all the heavy lifting. BONUS! A great group of installers.. I will definitely be going back to ClickOn Floors when I'm ready to tackle my kitchen flooring!! I just have to decide what color and pattern I want:) read more

So happy with my decision to go with Clickonfloors. They offered the best price for the materials and labor out of all the places I looked at but the materials were of excellent and service top-notch! Mona and Eric are such great people to work with. Mona patiently worked with me to select the LVP and carpet and I've very specific criteria (colors, bevel, thickness, etc). Eric is also very knowledgeable, providing great advice when he came to take measurements for estimates . They had several clients lined up but still patiently worked with me when I experienced delay with starting because I had to wait for HOA approval. once I had HOA approval, they sent Ryan my way. Ryan is so experienced with the installation and communicative during the installation process which gave me much assurance throughout the whole project. I highly recommend clickonfloors for your flooring needs! read more

All of the positive reviews are certainly not a coincidence! I highly recommend Clickonfloors! They did such a wonderful job and provided high quality beautiful flooring and timely professional installation. What more can you possibly ask for? We searched around quite a bit at all the other flooring stores out there and ultimately went with Clickonfloors and Mona and her team and I'm so glad we did. They really worked with us on the ordering of the product and installation dates and times because we had a new build home. I really appreciated their customer service and flexibility which we didn't encounter elsewhere and allowed us to begin our flooring installation right after closing. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop for quality flooring and installation - truly look no further! We couldn't be happier with our experience and most importantly the results. read more

ClickOnFloors did an amazing job with our flooring! We purchased a new home and the builder wanted a fortune for the upgraded flooring that we wanted and the workmanship in the model homes was less than satisfactory at best. ClickOnFloors provided high quality workmanship at close to half the price of the builder and that included demolition of the builder's standard flooring that they were required to install. We could not be happier with the job that was done and will recommend ClickOnFloors to anyone that needs a flooring service. read more

Our friend recommended click on floors to us because she was very happy with the laminate floors that she got. We are also happy customers of click on floors. When we were trying to decide between laminate or engineered hardwood, Mona was very helpful in the showroom, listening to our needs for our floor and recommending different styles and colors. Because we were remodeling a lot of things, we changed our minds quite a bit between the type and colors, but Mona and Eric were very flexible and let us change things until we were ready to proceed. They also work with Bedrosians and can help with getting a discount (we needed some tile for our kitchen and we also got some material for our fireplace). Eric came out to do the measuring and also brought some samples for us to see the wood in our home, this gave us a better idea of how it'd look given the amount of lighting in each home is different. In the end, we chose to go with engineered hardwood in the flintlock color. We chose to go with the Delano carpet in kangaroo color and we chose a gray/cream tile for our kitchen from Bedrosians as well as the amber gold for the fireplace. We are so happy with everything that we purchased. Colby and Jordan installed all the hardwood and carpets for us and they did a fabulous job. Matt did the tile work in the kitchen. They were punctual, they were polite, and they were careful and thoughtful with their work. I like that they worked well together as well as with the other contractors we had in the house doing work on the kitchen. Colby communicated well with us giving us updates almost every day and was reachable through phone. They stuck to the timeline and finished on time, and during the final walk through they fixed up the little things that I pointed out. We liked click on floors because they were friendly and knowledgeable about the work. They have good recommendations and good prices for quality work. They were easy to work with throughout the entire process. We also like that they have a financing solution through GE, so we could split up the payments over time which helps us when budgeting. Great customer service! We are extremely happy with the way the floors turned out, the hardwood, the carpet, and the tile work. I would highly recommend others to check out their work. read more

Clickon Floors installed our carpet in 2018. A defect in the dye lot appeared over the recent years. We brought this to their attention and the response was amazing. After inspection of the problem, they went above and beyond to stand behind the work. With minimal out of pocket cost, they redid the job-6 years later. The installation was great! Owners Eric and Mona are amazing. Can't say enough about their customer service! Would definitely use them for our next flooring project. read more

As you could see, my stairs is a tough circle kind, to have a peace of mind, I asked for help from Clickonfloors referred by several friends. Our first floor has natural oak flooring over 10 yrs, fortunately Mona and Eric helped to find the most matching materials quickly, then Eric and his assistant Ryan worked really hard by measuring, cutting and installing piece by piece with exact angles to match the existing circle and tread board, it's really amazing beautiful job done! Also, the job took more time and effort than initially estimated, but they kept their initial quote, what a professionalism! Really appreciated and definitely refer them to all!!! read more

We are redoing our hall closet and wanted to change the floor to match the existing floor in the hall. Our closet designer recommended Clickon Floors and, boy, are we glad she did! We talked to multiple vendors, but Mona was very responsive and helpful. We were able to use extra wood from our original floor install, but I expected to see level differences and issues with matching the baseboard. But the floor they installed is absolutely seamless! And the new baseboards, too. Jamie was so meticulous and helped us work around an awkward cable. Even though the scope of the work was small, he paid attention to every detail and treated it like a big money maker job. The price was very reasonable. The workmanship is pristine! We're planning to install hardwood in our 4 bedrooms and we're going to work with Clickon again. read more

Most people do a lot of research and shopping around for things like this...and sometimes I wish we were those people, but as parents with limited hours in a day- sometimes you just have to go with your gut (and also trust the community of yelpers). It doesn't always work out, but in this case it really did. We called the store in a rush to replace carpeting for a rental and Mona was very flexible with our request to come in the same day. When we got there- she was so nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. She helped us narrow down some flooring options in a sincere way-providing useful information to help us make a few choices and leave with samples in under 20 minutes. Her husband Eric met us a few days later to go through our color selection- measured out the space- and also like Mona- never the slightest bit pushy. He emailed quotes to us promptly and answered all of our questions. After installation- there were some areas on our stairwell that seemed loose, but they sent an installer back who promptly took care of those areas. Their service and sincerity made this such a positive experience and it was one less thing we had to worry about in getting our unit rented out. Highly recommend!! read more

Mona was very knowledgeable and organized and had a great selection of fair-priced flooring to choose from. Enjoyed work with her.

We are so thrilled with our new floors from Clickonfloors. Mona helped us choose from their vast collection of samples, and we cis ouldn't be happier with the selection. We chose "Nightingale" from their SPC Collection that is both beautiful and very durable. Eric came out within a few days to measure and confirm all the details and soon after the old carpets were taken out and our beautiful new floors were installed by a team of courteous professionals. Everyone was extremely COVID compliant, and was well worth the extra charge to help to move the furniture as they installed 3 bedrooms within 1.5 days. Everyday we walk on the floors, we are so happy we chose CLICKONFLOORS to help us improve our home. read more

My rental unit needed new carpet and we stopped by the showroom by appointment. Everyone present had a mask on and there was hand sanitizer at the door. Since this was our first time shopping for carpet we had a lot of questions. Mona helped us through the process and we never felt rushed. There was no up sell, she even recommended a more economical choice. We took some samples back to the unit and made another appointment at the unit for an install quote. Eric showed up on time and took some measurements. He even helped us decide on the final color. Apparently the sample will look lighter when applied to a bigger area. We left on a trip and the install was done while we were out of town. The project was completed by the time we got back. I stopped by the unit to do a final inspection and noticed a few of the stairs needed adjustments. The company sent out installers to meet me the next day and fixed any issues i found. Knowledgeable staff, non pushy sales and project completed on time. Im a satisfied customer and would highly recommend this company. read more

This company was awesome to work with, especially Eric and his wife! So knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. After getting 4 bids and visiting showrooms, we selected ClickOnFloors to do our bedroom and adjoining bathroom with vinyl tile. Their crew did a great job. If you're in the market for new floors, make sure to visit these guys! In early 2015 my wife and I decided that the time had finally come to replace the cheap laminate, old tile and carpet in our home. In total, we had about 1700 square feet to cover. Our first stop was ClickOnFloors. Mona and Andrea were friendly, helpful and informative and helped us to understand the pros and cons of hardwood vs laminate. In comparing prices, we realized that hardwood would not be THAT much more expensive than laminate. Eric came by to give us a quote for both the hardwood and laminate options. He was thorough and his price was good. We spent the next six weeks or so exploring flooring stores all over San Diego. We visited six or seven different places (some of them multiple times) and got quotes from most of them. We brought countless flooring samples home to see how they looked. In the end, after comparing product prices, product quality and install prices, ClickOnFloors had the best balance of cost and quality, so we decided to go with them. As soon as we moved most of our furniture and belongings out of the house, Ryan and the install team got right to work. In all, to remove all of our various flooring, install the beautiful new flooring and baseboards and reface our fireplace, they took about a week. Along the way, Ryan made sure to point out and fix any problem areas, answered my many questions and worked tirelessly so that we could move back into our home as soon as possible. Despite the quick pace, the high quality of the work was very impressive. The finished product is awesome! The floor (Acacia Natural), baseboards and fireplace all look fantastic and are high quality. We're very happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend ClickOnFloors! read more

What an amazing experience we had with ClickonFloors. We purchased from them an absolutely beautiful flooring 11 years ago but didn't have their team install it. 11 years later, after changing houses, we decided to go back and see what they currently have and how they could help us. We picked Maple Barley Ale Alehouse collection from Johnson Hardwood and purchased it in August of last year with them practically giving us the best price. We thought we would be installing it within 2 months after the purchase but our remodeling got pushed, delayed and got complicated so we couldn't. Eric and Mona without hesitation offered to hold onto our materials for 8 months. We recently had Eric come back and offer us an installation quote...and we couldn't be more happy with the end results. Their installer Ruben and his crew performed 900 square feet glued on installation job, including stairs, within 5 days. Anything that we found questionable or wanted to change they immediately addressed and made us happy. This was an amazing experience and I appreciated Mona's prompt response to my questions and Ruben being helpful and accommodating. There maybe a one adjustment needed on the stairs that my husband believes is needed but I am not concerned because they warranty the installation for 5 years and if I need Ruben to come back and put couple of extra nails he will do so without hesitation. Thank you Eric, Mona & Ruben. read more

Incredibly professional company. We went to other flooring companies and after careful review we selected them they had a competitive price and delivered and installed our 1000sf wood floor for our high rise residence in downtown. They understood the ins and outs of working with associations condos. They carry high liability insurance and are safe and careful throughout the installation. The end result was breathtaking. We purchased a higher end wood laminate in white oak. We are able to sand it down in the future if desired. Our price was for installation was very reasonable. They do not bait and switch with false measurements to get more money out of customers. Instead they measure very accurately. read more

Used this company last year to remove the carpeting in our condo and to install laminate flooring. The company was quick to respond, provided an accurate estimate and kept us in the loop, especially when they found issues with our old flooring. We have since sold our condo and purchased a house. We are working with them again to replace the carpeting in our house with laminate floors. This time, we only needed laminate for 3 bedrooms, as the other areas in the house already had laminate flooring. We brought a photo of our existing flooring to the store and showed them what we were looking for. Within seconds, the employee was able to find an almost perfect match to what we already had. Not only did she find the match, but she explained why it was the closet match. I really appreciated that attention to detail. Overall wonderful company and would highly recommend them if you need new floors! read more

I am so lucky to have these people as my flooring people. I found the perfect wood floor for my kitchen when remodeled in 2015. Clickonfloors people searched for and found the same wood flooring I had purchased years previously, and did my flooring repair for an incredibly fair price. They did a great job. I most strongly recommend you talk to clickonfloors before you replace your flooring. Really nice people that do a great job at a great price. read more

ClickOnFloors replaced the flooring my home last year. They installed a combination of carpet and LVP as well as baseboards. They also replaced the tile around my fireplace. I really like their selection of flooring, and Eric and his wife were very helpful. They were also very flexible with scheduling since my house was also being remodeled. Overall, I am happy with my floors, but I feel like the installation could have been better. I've noticed little gaps between LVP planks and minor defects in the flooring. I also feel the baseboards could have been better painted. Again, overall, my floors look good, but I'm a bit anal, so the little things can bother me. read more
