Personalized service. Great responsiveness. Makes a hard process easier! Excellent products. Don't bother to go to the big box stores!

Wow!! I honestly never knew that this company was so close to where I live! But after I read the reviews and I met Prad and Monika, I knew that I could trust them. I only had to carpet one bedroom & closet, but they treated me with so much respect, patience, and kindness. Jorge and Juan, who installed our carpets, were so respectful, joyful, and kind as well. Monika and Prad worked with our budget and made sure that we had the best quality carpet at a price we could afford. There were no hidden fees like some big box companies have. They are also in contact with their installers which is a game changer if you've ever partnered with larger businesses who are not in contact with their third party installers. It makes the process so much smoother & reliable. We are ecstatic with the results; we finally have our dream carpet in our bedroom/closet and we couldn't be happier. We are also glad that we were able to support this business because it's truly a hidden gem in our area. read more

The staff at Contract Flooring were very knowledgeable and helpful. They made the carpet ordering process very smooth. We had a deadline before we moved into a new property and they were able to install quickly. Prad was especially helpful. In the installation day, they were on time and everything went smoothly. read more

Working with Monika and her team was exceptional. She helped us choose the perfect custom-made area rugs to finish our space, recommending styles that would hold up to foot traffic and explaining material and care differences without any hard sell. They manufactured and delivered the rugs quickly, and the delivery team arrived on time, carrying and unrolling the rugs exactly where I wanted. I highly recommend Contact Flooring to anyone remodeling or simply looking for beautiful rugs for their home. read more

I cannot say enough on how knowledgeable and helpful Monika was in picking out the correct type of carpet for my two-story home! Way more knowledgeable than other places that I had checked out. I had no idea the width and pattern style played such a big part in how carpet would lay on stairs, work on the angled entrance to my MBR (which obviously the previous carpet people had no idea), hold up with having pets in house, and then keep costs in line with what I was looking for. She blew me away with the details and care while being competitive on pricing! Prad was also so supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. The installers were really great too (not often I can say that). All a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. You can really tell that quality of care and customer satisfaction is priority here. The reason I came here in the first place is because my best friend had found the color of hardwood flooring that she wanted for her new home, but did not like all the knots in the wood, so Monika told her no problem that she would work with the manufacturer and custom ordered that wood for her with not so many knots. They were so impressed with her service and having been accommodating during project hiccups, the product, and the entire process that I knew I had to check them out, and so glad I did! Our entire experience with Contract Flooring was excellent. Prad was knowledgeable and charming, walking us through the many carpet choices available. We took home samples and could compare colors in our home to choose confidently. Monica was very professional and could answer any question, from installation layout to carpet quality, when she measured our rooms and completed the ordering process. Despite threatening weather, our installers were fantastic, moving lots of furniture and completing the job quickly and cleanly. Excellent quality, fantastic service, great value. An all round wonderful interaction from start to finish. Highly recommend! read more

In the showroom Monica was attentive and engaging in helping us find an attractive carpet within our budget for our bedroom. The carpeting was installed within a week and the installers were friendly and professional. They re-positioned heavy furniture and put everything back in order upon completion of the job. From purchase to installation, we were happy with all the services at Contract Flooring. read more

We recently purchased over 2000 sq ft of carpeting from Contract Flooring after looking into several other sources. They have an excellent selection of carpets to choose from and the people are great to work. Most importantly the installation team they used for use was excellent, kept things clean, very friendly and the quality of their work was great. We had 6 very long seams within our large home and they are all flawless. The price is all inclusive including furniture movement. I would highly recommend them we are very pleased with our purchase. read more

Great service started as soon as I walked into the store for the first time. I felt very comfortable dealing with these wonderful honest people. My new carpeting came very quickly. I had been very nervous, worrying about how they would move my very heavy furniture. Not a problem for the great installers. The carpet installation was done beautifully and I am extremely happy with both the end result and the service before and during the procedure. I felt that the price was very fair.I would not hesitate working with these people in the future and recommend them to anyone needing flooring. read more

Contract Flooring is the best! Loved working with the whole team where you get a very personalized service. This is such a complicated review to write. We are extremely pleased with the end result, and the installers were great. However. What was communicated to us by the scheduler and how the process really went were miles apart. It seems like she didn't talk to the installers or know the steps involved in our project. When setting up the job, I explained to her that we would be living and working in the house during the install and that we have three cats. I specifically asked if they could roam the house at night after the guys left and she said yes. Nope. Our job involved: Sealing the floor -- we weren't told this would this happen at all by the scheduler - and it left a strong epoxy smell and the floors extremely STICKY. The poor installers had to do this sealing process piecemeal to allow us complete access to the kitchen, bedrooms, and a bathroom -- by us walking spread-legged down a hall, or in a tight line down the middle, or climbing over a moved couch. And the cats? No way could they be out. So during the day we moved their food, water, and litterbox and herded them into the master bedroom. And during the night we had to herd them into a small bedroom and shut the door. Yeah. We herded cats. We did this four days. And one cat is already anxious by nature. And one day the epoxy wasn't mixed properly and didn't set and had to be redone in an area -- adding a day. The installer re-mixed it outside and when he left there were stains all over our walkway -- that are still there. Leveling: This took over three days and involved quick set concrete that required five hours to set. We still had to keep the cats isolated.. another two days. The bedroom carpet in the master is soft and perfect. Different installers - just great - and in and out in three hours. The crew were all wonderful. And really tried to figure it out and work around us. I think they thought the house was going to be vacant during the job. The end result is gorgeous and we love the floor. But the communication about the actual process definitely needs improvement. read more

Contract Carpets is the best! We wanted to get our 4 bedrooms recarpeted but weren't sure what we wanted. Prad was great in walking us through options and providing us with samples to take home. Monica (the owner) responded quickly when we made the decision of what we wanted and came to our home to measure and discuss details. We wanted to start on a specific date and they were very accommodating. The install crew (Jorge and George) were on time, polite, clean, and professional. They explained what they were doing and answered all our questions. Contract carpet made paying easy with their ACH transfer system. Maybe the best experience we've had in home improvement. They helped me find the best fit for my needs and allowed me to take home many samples. The install of our carpet was amazing. You could not ask for better people to work with. Monika was so knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the right carpet for our needs and budget. She was so kind and patient with me as I requested sample after sample and then needed to delay our project a bit. She was extremely responsive and never pushy. The prices are very fair and the installation was top notch. I was impressed with how well the guys installed the carpet all the way to the edges, whereas the builder had left gaps in our previous carpet. The carpet we settled on was a recommendation from Monika and I could not be happier with the quality and look and feel. It's like walking on clouds! We have hard wood all downstairs and it's so nice to retreat to soft, comfortable flooring when it's time to wind down for bed. I'm so happy I went with a local, small business like Contract Flooring! They seem to care about their products and customers, whereas you just become a faceless number by going with a big business like Home Depot. read more

I am so pleased to work with Nick who came out to provide an estimate to replace carpet with hard surface material. He was very knowledgeable and well in tune with the style and the durability materials. I also love his responsiveness, super quick on getting back to our questions and requests. In addition, I want to give a shoutout to Juan. Juan was our guy who came to do the removal and installation. Juan have the best working ethic that I have encountered in all of our contract work. He is respectful to personal properties and treat them with care. He is methodical with his workflow strategies, detail oriented, and master of his skills. I can always depend on his timeline, as he communicate check in and out time daily, and I am constantly impressed with his efficiency and his ability to deliver on time or ahead of schedule. I am ecstatic with our new floor in the living room and stairs. Will definitely be a return customer for any future flooring work. This a case of bait and switch. I purchased carpet and HW flooring from contract flooring. Carpet I received was a different grade with lots of track marks. The sample was completely different much tighter weave and strong. The sales lady who is the owner said they would replace it but the carpet mill rep denied the claim. The sales lady agreed the carpet was incorrect but still no replacement. After shampooing still lots of foot track marks cheap carpet. I will not shop there again. Very bad experience. Prices are much higher than other places...it's a mom and pop store. If I had received what I ordered it would be a different story. Maintaining good customer service in any business increases its survival rate. Good luck! read more

Nick performed a carpet installation for us a few years ago and as carpets sometimes do, a seam began to show. Upon contacting contract carpet, Nick explained that their warranty covers it and asked that I make an appointment the next day when the office opens. Nick called me the next day on his own volition to see if I had an appointment scheduled. He went out of his way to ensure that I had gotten my issue resolved and proactively called me as a follow up. That type of service you don't get from other carpet folks, or even businesses in general for that matter. It's because of this and the labor warranty that I will continue to use Contract carpet and Nick specifically for my future carpeting needs! read more

We used Contract Carpet for two homes in Sept 2021 and couldn't be happier with the result and the process. We worked with Nick to select the right carpet for each home (our primary and our rental) and they were experts on the right types (Nylon vs Poly) as well as price points and styles that would go best for our renters and our cat. While we didn't get our first choices due to the COVID supply chain issues, we love our final choices that got installed. It was a pleasure working with Nayely to schedule everything and coordinate install dates (they did us a huge favor working to make our renter's move in schedule) and we even had the pleasure of meeting Nick's mother on occasion at the store. Total experts and high class service, end to end! The installer team led by Adam were fantastic. We can barely see any seams on our patterned loop (berber) carpet which is amazing. All in all we had 4000+ sqft of carpet replaced by their team. If you need a team you can trust, this is the place to go! We only wish we would have used them for our bathroom tile as well. They are very competitive on price but more than anything they are dependable, reliable, and fair. They even worked with us on getting a defect replaced by the manufacturer and didn't charge us a cent until it was resolved! Thank you everyone! read more

Is there any way to give this team six stars? They really deserve it. Recently we had a water leak in our room where we had put laminate down. The original flooring people did not help us, and we thought that we would have to replace the floor for a hefty sum. My wife contacted Contract Carpet and they went the extra mile - they actually called Belgium to where the laminate is now distributed as the company withdrew from the US market. They were able to locate the exact match for our laminate and import it. Add to it that the installer was very caring and top notch. Thank you! You have our business! And many, many recommendations! read more

Josh spent a lot of time helping us... Going above and beyond. This caliber of customer service is really impressive as he knew we were not building in this area and thus, wouldn't be purchasing through him, but he still spent time patiently helping us find the perfect carpet. Monika is very knowledgeable and professional and helped us pick the right carpet to get the best quality for our budget. She is very personable and made us feel comfortable by working with us through the selection process She kept us informed of the status of the carpet once we had order and worked with us to set an install date that worked best for our schedule. The installation team was quick, thorough and very friendly answering all of our questions during the installation process. They did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up everything leaving no trace behind. Very happy with the carpet we just have had installed by Contract Carpet. We started by getting three quotes (one at Costco) and initially they seemed very close in cost. We then started looking at carpet options. We were very happy with the options available at Contract Carpet. They had high quality samples in many color options. We even then had the same exact carpet quoted by one of the other stores and CC beat the quote. On installation day, Adam and Oscar showed up early (which was great for me) and handled the install with excellence. My (picky) husband was sure they wouldn't clean up the floor before the new pad was laid down. He was thrilled when I told him they had swept and cleaned all surfaces before putting down the pad and new carpet. There were just a few nicks in a wall or two but very little touch up needed and we had just installed brand new white trim. Overall, I couldn't be happier and appreciate Josh and the staff. Would highly recommend them to friends and family. read more
