We loved our experience working with Josh and Whitney! Very responsive, friendly, and fair and honest pricing. It was a great experience from start to finish. From the get go when I was first inquiring about pricing from different companies, they were the first to reply. My husband and I are expecting our first child in the next couple months, and wanted to change out the carpet in the bedrooms before the baby's grand arrival. Josh and Whitney helped us find the right one within our budget and were very helpful with all of our questions. Their team that installed our carpet, Jorge & Roberto were also great. They were respectful and wore a mask the entire time they were working and were very efficient. They did our 4 bedrooms in half a day! There were a couple very minor things we noticed after the job was completed, but Josh and Whitney got on it right away and fixed them RIGHT AWAY. We were extremely impressed with their customer service. If you're looking to install any new flooring in your home, I 100% recommend All Floors & Finishes. You won't be disappointed! We will definitely use them again in the future and plan to recommend them to our family and friends. read more

This review is based on price only. If you want to pay 10 times the price of your tile, then All Floors & Finishes is the place for you. We were planning to go to some of the big flooring stores in Miramar, but happened to see this small local store in Poway. And we thought, let's support our community and work with a local small business. Big mistake. We have 4250 sq ft of flooring we want to replace. And the porcelain tile we chose was $3.69 per square foot. That would make the total cost of materials $15,682. According to most folks we've talked to, we should expect the labor cost (actual installation) be around double or triple the cost of the materials. So maybe $10 per sq ft. Heck, even $15 per sq ft. wouldn't be the end of the world. So maybe $30k-$50k. But then we got our estimate from Josh and Whitney at All Floors and Finishes, and we were blown away that the estimated cost was right over $30 per square foot. It was actually a range of $32-$34 per sq ft. They came in with a bid of $135,000-$145,000 to re-tile 4258 square feet of flooring, using a tile that costs $3.69 per sq ft. This is INSANE. I emailed multiple times to confirm that it wasn't a mistake. I'm sure they do great work, but c'mon. So we'll be heading to Miramar to see what the bigger stores have to offer. UPDATE: We've had multiple companies come and measure now, and the highest bid so far is $79k. Which is still over $55,000 less than All Floors & Finishes. read more

Highly recommend this company for flooring installation! You will not be disappointed!! Josh & Whitney were super efficient and got the ball rolling quickly. They located my current wood pattern, as it was not available locally. Pricing was quite reasonable and comprable with other companies. Their installation crew finished in two days, and the flooring (including stairs and closets) looks amazing...VERY pleased with the results - and the entire crew. I cannot post enough positive comments about the crew. They were extremely polite, friendly, accommodating, and just so easy to have around. They painted the baseboards beautifully, cleaned up well, and even fixed a small spot in my old wood. I am a very happy customer! Thank you!! read more

It was so easy to work with Josh and Whitney. They make an amazing team and really want their customer to be happy. They helped replace all the flooring in my home, even the carpeted stairs, and gave my fireplace a much needed makeover. It has been 2 years since the project, but I still think about how wonderful my experience was working with them. I have been referring them in private local groups but felt the need to put it here. Sorry this is long overdue! Even with an injury Josh came and sealed my marble tile with his good arm. I'm so impressed with how much they care about their clients. read more

2 years later and we're still finding more evidence of the terrible job they did. We recently replaced all of our appliances in our kitchen and when we moved the old stove and fridge, their poor work was exposed once again. I don't know how you are still in business. I am beyond disgusted that we wasted our time and money on All Floors & Finishes and am constantly reminded that we made the wrong decision by allowing their inexperienced workers into our home. They may seem like good people and make a good first impression but don't be fooled like we were. Don't let the Yelp reviews convince you. Just look at the photos of their work. They did the demo and the floors so there's no blaming anyone else. This crap job was 100% then from start to what they call finished. read more

We were more than pleased with the customer service from All Floors. Josh & Whitney were both very responsive and professional. They went above and beyond to help us with a warranty issue from a past install through another company. They used their relationship with the carpet manufacturer to make things right. Not a lot of money in it for them, but they invested a lot of time and effort to make it happen. Highly recommend this company. We look forward to using them again in the future read more

From the moment we met Josh and Whitney, it was clear that we were in good hands. Having grown up with a father who was a master carpenter, they reminded me of how valuable attention to detail and craftsmanship is when you are doing something significant in your house like replacing all the floors. Their crew was hard-working, attentive to detail, careful, thorough and ahead of schedule. We highly recommend giving them a shot at your next flooring project. read more

All Floor & Finishes did an amazing job on our floors. Whitney helped us pick out several LVP options to match our new kitchen and guest bathroom redesigns and Josh's team did a great job coordinating with my other contractor who was working on our new kitchen and bath remodel. They replaced the floors for our entire home and even came back after the remodel was completed to touch up and caulk the baseboards. They stand behind their work and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. read more

Honestly, this was one of the absolute BEST experiences we have had with a team of working professionals. If there was a "perfect" flooring team, it would be "All Floors and Finishes"! Josh and Whitney were professional, diligent, responsive, honest, thorough, supportive, and timely. Rafael and his partner (who installed the floors) were diligent, clean, hard working, kind, honest, and efficient! I recommend this business to anyone! read more

Did new carpet for us and some tile and some floor boards. Fantastic and very helpful from selection to installation.

After more than 20 years of hiring a variety of contractors for home projects, we've found the gold standard when it comes to professionalism, responsiveness, quality, and timeliness at a fair and reasonable price - All Floors & Finishes (AF&F). Upon walking into the AF&F storefront in September, my wife and I were planning on replacing all of our existing flooring, and we were beginning to think about remodeling our master bathroom and taking on a few other projects if we could do so within our budget. Less than 3 months after our first meeting with Whitney, AF&F had installed nearly 2500 feet of new flooring (mostly hardwood, with tile in the bathrooms and laundry room), completely remodeled our master bathroom, updated our kitchen with new backsplash, and completed additional updates to make our home more current and appealing. Throughout the entire project Whitney and Josh were transparent, objective, and informative, and found ways to transform our dreams into reality in a highly collaborative manner. In addition, each of the 4 crews we had in our home were professional and respectful, going above and beyond to minimize the disruption caused by the project on our daily routine. At the timely conclusion of the project there were no surprises, and in retrospect we are beyond thankful for having selected AF&F for our project (unfortunately we are limited and can only provide a 5 star review!). read more

Top-Notch! We highly recommend All Floors and Finishes!!! Josh and Whitney were just the starts of this awesome experience. When looking for a floor vendor we checked out several retailers, larger box stores and small business stores. What sold us was not only the low-key sales approach, but they were genuinely interested in our project right from the start, something we didn't receive from the chain flooring retailers out there. All Floors and Finishes' team of professional installers from the vinyl floors to the carpet were friendly, respectful, and kept us up to date on the progress from start to finish, oh and pet-friendly. Josh is highly educated on all the materials which we extremely helpful. If you are looking for a flooring store look no further, All Floors and Finishes is here you need to be. read more

We had a wonderful experience with All Floors! We had a problem with our existing hardwood floor and reached out to a few companies. Whitney at All Floors responded promptly and scheduled Josh to come out to look at the problem before anyone else even got back to us. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated his transparency while discussing different options. We will be sure to work All Floors again! read more

This was the second job Josh & Whitney of All Floors & Finishes did for us. The first was a bathroom remodel removing the tired old fiberglass shower/tub and custom building a beautiful porcelain tile walk-in shower with glass doors and floor to match. Josh's team were extremely polite, respectful, and professional. They did a spectacular job and even finished ahead of schedule! Not easy to find in this day and age! When we decided to pull out the carpet in our home and put down vinyl planking, Josh was the first one I called. I did not even bother with any other estimates as we wanted no other company to do the work for us after our first positive experience. I knew that All Floors would do an excellent job for an affordable price and ZERO pressure in sales. True to form the second job was amazing! Beautiful, quality work and an excellent professional team of craftsmen, and once again, ahead of schedule. I can not say enough about All Floors & Finishes, Josh, Whitney and their entire team. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thanks guys! read more

I wanted to support local businesses and hence was going after this store for our flooring needs. Very disappointed about the customer service. Each time I called I was told about the inability to speak or check inventory or busy and will get a call back.... never heard back, unless I called back to be given the same song and dance. However, while in the store I overheard a conversation where it was mentioned 'business was actually booming', so I guess my flooring request for 3500 square ft + four bathrooms was too small a job to be even bothered with. read more

Josh and Whitney are great. Extremely professional, helpful and hard working. They put in new hardwood floors in our last house and did a fantastic job. They also re-tiled our bathrooms which turned out great. They are always quick to respond to questions, and willing to patiently explain the process to you. Most importantly, they complete projects on time!! We are now having them install hardwood in our second house and we can't wait to see the finished project. Thank you! read more

The best vendor we've ever had. If you've done any work on your home, you know how hard it can be to find a good vendor that follows through. Josh and Whitney were professional, warm, and hyper responsive. They went above and beyond at every turn. They even brought their own personal generator to our home when the power was out. There was a mix up with the padding and Josh went to get the right padding without even a discussion. There are always bumps in the road when you remodel but this is the kind of vendor you want- someone who makes things right and appreciates your business. Pricing was fair - in the middle of all the quotes we received but frankly it was well worth it. Remember when you just went with a local, fair, honest vendor in your community? They are still out there. Couldn't recommend All Floors & Finishes enough. read more

We spent months checking out flooring options at many flooring companies. None of the companies seemed like a good fit. Either they had limited product, or they had the product we liked but did not seem to provide good customer service, or their prices were much too high. As soon as we walked in to All Floors & Finishes we saw exactly what we wanted. We then met Josh with his old dog Kahne. Thanks to Kahne, I knew I would like Josh. Josh was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. His prices were fair. His installers arrived on time, were personable, neat and they did a great job. Josh and his company are definitely on the top of our referral list for our friends, family and real estate clients. read more

We recently had new hardwood floors installed by All Floors and Finishes and we couldn't be happier. Josh and Whitney are so easy and pleasant to work with! Whitney gathered the perfect samples, exactly what we were looking for. When Josh came to do the measurements and give us an estimate he was so knowledgeable but not pushy at all! We were deciding between LVP and hardwood and they gave us the facts without trying to sway us one way or the other. Once we decided, they were able to schedule us quickly. The installers were top notch. They were always on time, kept us informed and were very tidy. The attention to detail was amazing. We are so happy with our new floors. You won't be disappointed with All Floors and Finishes. Oh and they also refinished our fireplace as well! Thanks Josh and Whitney! read more

Josh, Whitney and all the installers at All Floors and Finishes did an amazing job on our home. When we walked into their business several months ago we were frustrated and perplexed. We wanted and needed new flooring and the quotes we were getting were unreasonable. We spent some time talking with them and they gave us hope we could get our floors done. Fast forward several months later and the work they completed for us has transformed our home. Thank you for your knowledge, your work ethic (including all installers) and your honesty. We had 4 different types of flooring in 1 area of our home, they removed it all. We had them install beautiful vinyl flooring in our master bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and 2nd bedroom. They also put down beautiful carpet for our stairs and added brick to our fireplace and entrance. Each installer was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention how great Whitney and Josh did with the management of the installation. We had several delay's due to our other construction and they accommodated our changes. Anytime there was an issue we were kept informed, explained how it would be rectified and they followed through. Our brick fireplace and entrance they completed took more time then they scheduled for due to issues beyond their control. Josh never re-billed us for extra time and materials. We highly recommend Josh and his team for all your flooring and fireplace needs. Enjoy the pictures of our amazing home they helped create for us. We love family owned and run businesses, we wish you the best and know you will be successful due to the quality of your work and your work ethic. read more

All Floors and Finishes replaced our old carpet with fantastic, super-soft carpet and replaced our baseboards. I did a lot of shopping around before I finally settled with All Floors and Finishes. I dealt with Josh most of the time but found everyone in the organization extremely helpful and customer service focused. We looked at tile, wood like tile, laminate, and hardwood. Over and over we kept coming back to hardwood for the richness and classic beauty. I was really worried about the durability though because we have pets and small kids Who aren't the best about cleaning up water spills. Josh showed us some amazing vinyl flooring products that looked like real wood but could be installed in wet areas like bathrooms. That was the perfect solution for our home. The installers he sent out were personable and efficient. You can really tell that they know what they are doing. We had them install the baseboards which ended up being a little tricky because of our bullnose corners. But, Josh was very patient and sent out someone to detail a couple spots I wanted a little smoother. He was professional and patient, and I couldn't be happier with the quality and communication. Thank you for a job well done. read more

I absolutely cannot say enough about working with All Floors & Finishes. I reached out to over five different contractors to get a quote to redo our kitchen and family room floors and Whitney from All Floors was the first person to call me back. Josh came out to give me a quote right away - sticking to his commitment and always following through. I knew right from the beginning that they were going to be wonderful to work with based on their professionalism, honesty and follow through. Several contractors I spoke with either did not call back, did not show up for a quote, etc....not Josh and Whitney. They are a great team and again, are very very professional. Our floors came out amazing. Beautiful job. They took the time to ensure that each tile was laid correctly, completely level and cut perfectly. The team was neat, clean and very respectful in our home when working on the floor. We have had a few follow up questions and Josh and Whitney always respond right away and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Even after I feel that I have my question answered, I would receive an email follow up with even more details, etc. so they could be sure that I had all the information, etc. I needed.
