He truly made my day not only by helping me out so quickly, but his attitude is just so pleasant and polite you want to literally become friends with him, he is the best of the west!! Thank you to all of the other people who work there whose name I may not mention, but all of you are just incredible and I appreciate you all so much. Highly recommend this business! Great people! Great prices!! Convenient location, ample parking... awesome all around!!!

Communication was always timely, there were never any surprises with price / billing, recommendations on products didn't seem biased in any direction, time from signing the contract to installation was reasonable, and the people who work there are just really nice. The measure and install/removal team, led by Tony, was professional and finished under their originally estimated timeline. Things were pretty clean when they left and they took every bit of packaging, old materials, and "stuff" with them. It's such a relief to have consistently good service and quality products.

On one occasion before I cancelled I drove 30 minutes to work this out, Kevin insisted I be there at 10AM on a day I was working but I rescheduled some things and met Kevin, only for him to be confused about why I was there when I arrived. He has wasted my time and my contractor's time and when asking for a refund it has been nothing but constant ineptitude with Kevin. I have been asking for a refund for several days now and the last time I was assured it would get done and he would send an email confirmation. This never happened. If there are any complications you can be assured you will be doing a great deal of babysitting of grown men who don't really know what they're doing. This place is a train wreck and it shows. I have found a few other local places that put this clown show to shame and recommend people stay far away from this shady establishment.

One phone call to Marshall's Industrial and the lady did a quick check and confirmed. The place is like Harbor Freight but kind of a backstreet locals type place, behind Natsumi & Starbucks. They knew exactly which aisle to send me and the big dude in Orange knew exactly what bins to look for. Again, nobody across SD had M3 set screws. They did. They have a bunch of stuff there I may be looking to revisit again some day. Got a handful of them babies for under a $1.
