Rona flooring redid our floors (which were previously done by some other contractor who messed up the whole project). I waited a year to write this review because I wanted to make sure everything looks great even after such a long time and they do! We haven't had any issues thanks to Amirali and his team who did a meticulous job at a great price. They are punctual, friendly, and professional. They provided us a detailed contract in the beginning with clear pricing and everything. Amirali took the time to show us different products from different stores. We ended up purchasing the planks from their own store because qualify-wise and price-wise they beat the market. I would highly recommend their team. I wish we knew them way earlier so we didn't have to do our flooring two times! read more

The boys' bedroom required a new floor. Amir was recommended by one of our friend. He provided a fair quote after taking measurements. He and his crew arrived ahead of schedule yesterday and completed the job efficiently. We are very satisfied with the results and would gladly recommend his work. read more

They did a great job reflooring my bathroom. I appreciate Amir's honesty and suggestion to go with luxury vinyl rather than ceramic tile - he explained the pros and cons of both clearly without sounding salesy. If you're ok with semi-casual transactions (I only received a quote for the invoice, no work order, and we communicated mostly through text) and don't care about the frills of professional sales people then this is definitely the way to go. I'm so pleased with their pricing and work, I would absolutely hire them again to do more work on the rest of my home in the future. read more

Amarali and his contracted crew replaced the vinyl flooring in our home with upgraded luxury vinyl that we purchased Al separately, and also did the stairs in the same material. Overall, a great job on the floors but we were very disappointed with the job they did on the stairs. Amirali told us how much material to purchase, but we ran short due to cutting errors, and then had trouble obtaining more of the material. This caused the work on the stairs to be delayed. When the crew finally scheduled the job again after the materials finally were available, they did a very poor job. For example, they just installed the new stairs over the existing stairs which caused them to be unstable. As a result, we have some breakage occurring. When we complained to Amirali about this (within the 1 yr warranty period), he went dark and to this day has never called us back. Flooring is good but DO NOT hire them to do any stairs. They are unqualified for this type of work. read more

I discovered termite damage in my engineered wood floor in a bedroom. Amir was very responsive and came quickly to give me an estimate. He was honest and clear about what needed to be done. He sent an estimate the same day and we scheduled the work. Amir and his crew showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Because I only had a small amount of wood from the original job, he made certain he could complete the necessary repairs with my remaining flooring. He did a beautiful job and you cannot tell the floor had ever been damaged. He even took a break with his crew while my termite treatment person returned to do one more treatment on the subfloor once the damaged boards had been removed. Amir and his crew are highly skilled, trustworthy and very respectful. I will not hesitate to use Rona Flooring again for future projects! read more

Amir was incredibly professional and his installation of vinyl plank flooring was extremely good. His crew was timely and clean. A+ recommendation! read more

We found Amirali Sabaghian"s Rona Flooring Inc. on line. He came in took some measurements and gave us the quote which we thought was a fair price. When the flooring came in, he picked them up and used his contractor discount which reduced a little of our cost. May 16 he and his crew came in at 8:30 am and the job was done by 2:30 pm. They ripped up the carpets and installed vinyl click boards flooring for 1 master bedroom with a walk in closet, a hallway and a bedroom. They also hauled away the old carpets They were efficient and did a good quality job! Very happy with our new floor! read more

I requested a quote from Amirali (the owner) and he came to our home and brought one of his workers. We discussed flooring and decided we would get our own floor and they would install. We settled on a price to do our flooring and our master bath. Throughout the process Amirali would frequently come check on the progress to see how everything was going. After a while he stopped coming and eventually the guy he brought with him to do the work stopped showing up and never finished the job. We were without a functioning master bath for more than 4 months. I called Amirali back and he said he thought the job was done and that he was no longer working with Mario (the guy he brought over). Amarali came to our house to see what wasn't finished and after some back and forth said he would finish the rest of the flooring without charge and asked us to buy some additional supplies. He also asked to take a piece of molding that has fallen off the wall and he would bring it back which we agreed to. He did mention several times that Mario stopped going to other jobs he had him working on as well and tried to pass the buck like he wasn't responsible. Terrible customer service! We ordered the supplies and Amarali stopped returning our calls and text messages and did not come back. He did text me back a couple weeks later that he would call back, but never did. After several weeks I had my husband call from a different number and he answered. My husband asked him to bring our molding back since we had a different contractor coming over to finish the job and he brought it right over. We had to pay someone else to finish the job. We wouldn't recommend this company nor would we use them again. read more

When my wife and I decided to replace the carpet in our home in north San Diego county a couple of months ago, my brother-in-law recommended Rona Flooring. Earlier this year he had vinyl flooring installed in his condominium in Del Mar. When I contacted the owner of Rona Flooring (Amir Ali), he responded promptly and provided us with a bid for our project. We set a date to have the work completed. We purchased luxury vinyl from Floor and Decor and Amir delivered the baseboard to our home so that I could paint it in advance. Amir and his crew arrived on schedule and completed the floor installation in 3 1/2 days. The craftsmanship was excellent and Amir's bid was $3000 less than a competitor's bid. I highly recommend Rona Flooring for your flooring needs. Mike Crossman read more

Rona Flooring did a very good job with reasonable price at my San Diego house . they took out my carpet and installed Vinyl floor. It looks really good. It was so good that I asked him to replace the existing laminted (25 years old) in my kitchen and entry Hallway also. another thing that I liked about them is that the project manager was spending few hours a day to make sure that the installers (workers) are doing a good job per code, clean and making them to pay attention to details. Over all, I recommend Rona flooring with management and supervision of Amir to anyone that wants to replace his/her floor. Sam Vaziri San diego read more

I reached out to Rona Flooring for the construction phase of a water leak damage repair. Amir is professional, quick to communicate, and offers VERY reasonable prices compared to some sharks out there! He met me before the start of the project, explained everything thoroughly, never BSed me, arrived on time, started and I am pretty sure will finish on time, as he promised. He is a gentle soft-spoken giant with many good traits. I am so happy I picked him, have already recommended him to a neighbor who needs help with flooring and will call on him again. I definitely hope the next time will be on remodeling instead of a leak reconstruction though! read more
