Price is very reasonable, great service, efficient and very nice clean store! We needed a bunch of baseboard and door frame for a recent remodel project and I found this place on google and was very happy with the experience. Their prices are very reasonable, on par with several of the other mounding supply shops in town. Soooo much cheaper than Home Depot and better quality. The front office is really nice and clean. The purchase process was fast and efficient. Once you pay, you drive your truck to the back of the store to pick up your order from the shop/warehouse area. The staff that works in the back was soooo nice and kind and very good at his job. He helped me cut the pieces that I needed, wrapped them together so they wouldn't fall all over the place, and helped me load them into my truck. Nice service! Highly recommend!! Really nice folks! read more

I would give it a zero however it won't let me. Can I just say the manager is an absolute ASS!!! He definitely needs to take a class on how to deal with the public. He is rude, talks down and makes you feel stupid when you don't know exactly construction lingo. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. There are other molding supply companies that will not harass degrade you and make you feel stupid when you want to spend money in their establishment. read more

Ideal Moulding gave excellent service to me on a very small purchase. They must really put out the red carpet for volume buyers! I was short one small length of moulding. I brought in a piece, they matched the style, cut the standard length in half so that it could fit in my car and sent me on my happy way. A small box store with a huge heart. Thanks so much! read more

Awesome place! Home Depot didn't have the baseboards I needed. Brett identified the one I needed from a photo that my installer sent me. They saved me an extra day of install. So much cheaper than Home Depot, too. read more

I originally went next door to home depot, but saw some signage for trim/moulding and decided to stop by here. They easily beat home depot's pricing and service was pretty stellar. I was surprised that their stock of MDF is very extensive for baseboard, crown moulding, or casing. This place is exactly what I needed for a remodel of my home. They even delivered since I didn't have a truck to move the baseboard myself. I'd definitely recommend them to all my fellow DIY'ers or local contractors. Happy building! read more

These guys are a joke. I ordered a small piece of moulding over 2 weeks ago. They told me it would be in in a couple of days and they would call me. A week later no call. I went into the store because no one ever answers the phone and the young lady at the counter said "Now I rembember let me check for it". No one else in the store. She could not find it. She said she would reorder it. I asked her to call me on Monday one way or the other and she promised she would. No call again. It is now Thursday and I cannot get through on the phone, again. I doubt this place will even be in business in a year. read more
