It was not in a box as the tub just had the Fed Ex sticker pasted to it. 2. It has a cut in one corner. They let me know over the phone they needed to see the items so I went ahead and took it in. They did tell me up front that they usually do not work on things that were not purchased from their store, but that they would look at it and review. When I went in, all of the staff were so nice, and made me feel welcome. Unfortunately they were not able to do the cutting I needed, but they gave me some great advice on how to do it myself, which was always my backup plan. They made me feel more confident about going for it, and with the tips they gave, I was able to complete it on my own. I did get a chance to browse the store a little while I was waiting, and they have some really nice home decor, which I didn't expect. I saw things like wine glasses, candy dishes, and a multitude of other items. When I have more time I would love to go back and check it out some more.

I came in for preventative maintenance items and other parts for a Speedaire compressor. Rick helped me out and had 95% of the parts I needed in hand. The last two parts were at will call Monday morning by 8am! Overall amazing place and one that I plan to visit again for tools and parts to keep my garage running.
