Where do I start? Parents drop off their kids after check in and employees are expected to watch over them. When the kids do act up and are so incredibly rude, they get 4 different warnings before a parent is called. Make sure you watch your kids during dodgeball. Heaven forbid an employee actually do their job and ref and tell the much older kids to not throw so hard (I don't care the balls are soft, you have a 16year old throwing at baseball speed at a 10 year old). Don't expect any staff members to be around or walking the floor. I went there on Sunday and took my nephew to have a good time. Everything was great until they announced a dodgeball game over the intercom for all the kids to join. The kids all started playing and throwing the balls. I saw a group of girls go up to their dad and he walked over and started to watch the game. Then at some point did not like how the boys were throwing balls at the little girls and jumped in himself to take matters into his own hands. My nephew was not apart of this and was not hurting anyone. He was just happy to find friends and be apart of the boys. This grown man started hurling the balls at the little boys, intentionally trying to hurt them. He ended up nailing my nephew straight in the chest/stomach area. He stormed out of the pit after hitting him still continuing to yell at the boys. No staff member was there to referee the game. I never saw them walk around ever. For a grown adult man to go in there and start trying to pelt little boys with the balls is absolutely inappropriate, immature, and appalling. I understand getting frustrated but that is not how you handle situations like that, acting like a child yourself and intentionally trying to hit them with force to "teach" them a lesson on how to be respectful to girls. I took my nephew to have fun, not to have an adult take out his frustration on him. read more

Had a great time with my 2-year-old son. We went during toddler time during the week between 10am and 2pm. We were able to jump for 2 hours for $10. You do need to purchase their specific grip socks but then you have them for the next time you go. read more

I think it's unfair to charge full price for this place right now while a big section is under construction.( I said this to who I assume was the manager and all he had to say was "yeah it's almost done"I would advise against going the next couple weeks for this reasons. I also did have to ask someone to blow up the obstacles since they were deflated, that was pretty ridiculous. We won't be back any time soon. Online says 10am open but the door says 9am. FYI, as I would have gone at open with my little kids so the bus loads of middle school kids would push them over less. That's it, I'm getting back into something that requires stamina.. Kraft Air Trampoline Park in Mesa had a lot of options. A balance beam, cargo net, wall climb, lots of trampolines and it wasn't overcrowded. There's a two hour limit which saved me from a heart attack but Rian could have gone for another few. This place only gets 2 stars because the kids love it and there's not much else to do on a cold, rainy day in Arizona. However, if you are looking for one of the most poorly managed places and potential disasters for injury, you have it in Krazy Air. The staff doesn't keep anyone in line, allows patrons to basically do anything, balls are being thrown in non dodge ball areas which is a major hazard, there isn't a zone for little children to keep them away from higher flying kids...need I add more? This place really doesn't have it's act together and just doesn't know how to run a real trampoline park compared to the excellent ones I've seen out there. Additionally, it's quite run down and when I began raining and dripping onto the trampolines, their solution was to place towels out instead of closing the zone because there was too much money to be made on a spring break day off with rain and a packed house. YES! They are open. Supper fun and clean! Just what my son needed after being cooped up in the home for the last 6 MONTHS! They have a cafe with pizza and wings that is actually really good. We recently hosted a birthday party for two of our kids at Krazy Air, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. While our initial booking was smooth, thanks to a helpful representative, we learned she had left the company. It seemed the transition was not smooth, as communication broke down. You would think for such a large event there would be some communication in the days leading up the party, however there was none. Despite our numerous calls leading up to the event, we found ourselves waiting until three hours before our party to connect with a manager, who seemed unaware of our arrangements. In the initial conversation with the employee no longer with Krazy Air we were told that we could arrive at 5:30 to set up for the party which we needed that time to set up our catering order. At around 4:30 I received notice that the caterer was running ahead of schedule and would be there closer to 5 so I went to Krazy Air to talk to the manager and try to set up early. The "manager" was completely unreasonable and made a huge deal about bringing the food in and initially told us that the food would not be able to be brought in and that it needed to wait in the car for 45 minutes. Her argument was that we did not rent out the party room , which was not only 100% empty but we also have emails from the company saying we had access to the room. To make matters worse, if we ended up having to use tables in the lobby they were occupied during normal business hours so we would have been given dirty tables for our party and they also would have been turned over closer to 6:30. Originally we were told that people could start checking in at 5:45 but the "manager" on site told us that was incorrect and we would be able to check people in at 6. This process took at least 20 minutes and also had issues. We were told when booking the event socks were included and the girl at the counter had no idea which caused more confusion and delayed the actual party further. Once we had set up the food the manager came over and said we can only give you 2 tables and any additional tables would be $50 per table, I honestly thought she was joking and of course we ended up with an additional $200 in charges at the end of the night. During the entire event it was obvious that we were a complete inconvenience to everyone working. While they were completely overstaffed literally not one person did anything to help us. Trash bags lined the walls of the party room , workers were throwing a football around contributing absolutely nothing and the 2 employees that were working had extension cords dragged all over the facility and were vacuuming during our party creating a trip hazard for the kids. Also the staff could not be bothered to put out any of the balls out for the kids to play with , except for the one football that the staff was using. We were also charged for drinks that nobody used because the area where the soda fountains were had all the lights turned off chairs stacked on the table. Overall the experience was awful for my wife and I , we spent the majority of the time dealing with issues caused by having absolutely no help and lack of planning. In all we were charged an additional $200 for tables when we had confirmation that we had access to the party room , an additional $100 for jumpers that were supposed to be included in our original quote and $50 for fountain drinks that were never used. We found ourselves paying additional fees and managing logistical hiccups that took away from celebrating our children's birthdays. I apologize to the staff of Krazy Air for being such an inconvenience to your night by renting out the facility, we surely will not make that mistake again. read more

I have now been to this location a multitude of times with my daughter, and every experience has been the same. I wish I could give it more stars, but the service I have dealt with kills me, yes I'm over exaggerating a little bit, but I REALLY wish I could give it more credit. The space is quite big for a trampoline park, but I feel like there is a lot of missed opportunity when it comes to layout and activities. The staff in general has zero care for the customers, they don't try to interact, and god forbid if you ask them a question. Whereas if I take my daughter to Uptown Jungle, the staff there works hard, engages, and makes me want to come back. I really hope things turn around for this company, they deserve better, and have the potential to be a huge draw! read more

Just had the best experience at Krazy Air today. I'm not sure if they're under new management or hired some new staff but everyone was super attentive, professional, and so helpful. I can't say I've ever had a "bad" experience there but the service and atmosphere seems to have increased a lot and we had a stellar time. We stopped by with the kids for my youngests 7th birthday. Not pre-planned, just impromptu but they still managed to make her feel special and gave her a birthday sticker. So pleased! Can't wait to return. read more
