Food was good, nothing real special about it. Service was good, new guy doing the best he could, had to ask for coffee refill twice from other waitress. The real draw back was just as I finished I felt something on my foot. Looked down and it was a large roach!!! So Gross!!! Told the waiter and he bent down to pick it yo bare fingers. My wife and I were visiting from Dallas on Thanksgiving day and most of the fast food places were closed. We just noticed Kozy Kitchen was open and the parking lot was mostly full. Macc was our server and she was great! She recommended Kozy Fried Rice and the Kozy Burger, so that's what we got. My wife cooks great fried rice and even she said this rice was cooked perfectly. It had plenty of beef and shrimp and tasted great. The Kozy Burger was Korean flavored beef on Texas toast and was delicious! The service was good, the place was clean, and Macc was really friendly and helpful. I hope to come back and try other items from the menu. Also, they serve breakfast all day. read more

First time here and had breakfast it was good and the service was good. I like to support local businesses and would recommend this more than ihop or Denny's for breakfast. I dig the environment. Horrible experience. Went in there for breakfast, was told to sit wherever, sat down and was never once asked about our order during the 15 minutes we waited (no exaggeration, we timed it). When we finally got up to leave we were acknowledged and they asked if they could try and win back our service. This place is extremely small and I do not understand how you can completely overlook people waiting in your restaurant ... for 15 minutes. read more

I'm in San Angelo once a year and usually pop in to this joint for breakfast. Was alittle disappointed to see that they had new owners but went anyway. Glad I did! Must say we were a little thrown off by the outside. You want to believe it is a little diner with great home cooked meals but then you get inside and you have a diner/Japanese mix going on. Biscuits are not home made which was a turn off. And the Hasbrowns and sausage did not feel this way either. Best of luck but you can't be two things. Don't come here for pancakes. Literally the worst pancakes I've ever had (which is really bad considering I can't make them to save my life!). They were TINY, thin, super dense & crispy. I thought the flavor was okay but my husband thought they tasted disgusting. We noticed everyone else was eating eggs & biscuits, so maybe eat that instead if you feel like giving this place a shot. read more

Good spot. They used to open way early and it was our go-to after the bars. Particularly fiddles or shenanigans. Have your typical diner food. And standard breakfast. So glad they did away with smoking; you would get red eyes after eating here back in the day. read more

After driving around looking for some Decent Chinese food we decided to give this place a try, although food was very tasty I hate to report that the prices are ridiculously high for the amount of food they serve, very disappointed that the prices do not match the amount served, Service was great, but I doubt we will be back. read more

I'm not sure what they have to offer, though admittedly I did not look haha. The place is interesting, apparently they serve sushi for lunch and dinner, but breakfast is classic diner fare. Great breakfast and great hospitality! I have to admit, we drove by it one day because we were a little leery of the sign that said "breakfast, sushi, and grill". However, do not let this deter you! The food was awesome. Bacon was cooked perfectly. Eggs were fluffy and NOT burnt. Hash browns were done to perfection. Also, the biscuits were da bomb! Heavily buttered and perfect with the gravy (which was also made to perfection). There is no question as to why this was the winner of the best breakfast location in San Angelo in 2015. I ordered French Toast and bacon. The bacon was good but the French Toast took three bites to eat. $8 for mini French toast is ridiculous.

My first time eating here they were serving breakfast and lunch. I ordered two eggs and bacon and it came with hash browns and biscuits. I also ordered a side of gravy. Altogether this is one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. The environment is very nice. Everything is clean and the service is above average. Had breakfast there this morning. Love that you can get breakfast until 3. It was really clean. I was surprised by how nice it was inside. I had 1 egg, hashbrowns, bacon and biscuits for 7.25. Had to ask for silverware, drink refills were slow. No problem w/ that. but the portions are small. You get one thin layer of hash browns. My husband had steak and eggs and after paying $27. he came home and had a bowl of cereal. I will however go back and try the Asian food. read more

I walked in this restaurant with high hopes and a empty stomach ready to chow down right after church.
