The store is organized however there are some sections that are cluttered. So it's kinda like Aldi find, once the items are gone, that's it. We left out only spending $29.00. When I returned the putter because I wasn't satisfied, the refund process made absolutely no sense. I was only refunded $12.24, then charged $70.05 for two other clubs, and told I still had a $57 store credit remaining. When I asked for clarification, I was simply told "that's just the way it is," with no real explanation. Because of this, I felt forced to pick out additional clubs just to use the credit--something I did not originally intend to do. The whole situation made me feel like I was being treated as if I were trying to scam the store, when all I wanted was a straightforward return based on the store's policy. To make matters worse, one of the older employees took a phone call in the middle of my transaction and aggressively pounded on the keyboard, acting like I was an inconvenience. The level of customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. What's especially disappointing is that just one week ago, I had an excellent experience at the Play It Again Sports Springdale location, where the staff was professional, helpful, and handled both a purchase and return with no issues at all. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Red Bank Road location.

Then she selected what she thought I needed based on my needs and my build. In the end I tried on seven pairs of shoes. I walked out with the shoe I wanted but not because I wanted it, because I knew they were the right shoe for me. For those not in the know, WKRP used to be an old sitcom from the late 70's-80's about a radio station in Cincinnati. The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the historic art deco style Carew Tower. This tower is also home to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland. The interior although grand was sparsely occupied by businesses. Ghost town vibes for sure however the grand architecture within the building is worth walking around in. The only difficulty we had was finding parking. This shop is in the downtown area and parking spaces are hard to come by. My husband ended up driving around and picked me up when I finished shopping.

You'll also find plenty of trinkets, vases and planters, and furniture scattered throughout the store, which really adds to the treasure hunt feel. The main body of the store is filled with many clothing racks, and I've found a lot of great brands here, including plenty of Levi's jeans and similar staples. This is always the thrift store I recommend when someone says they want to start thrifting but don't know where to begin. It's approachable, affordable, and consistently rewarding. The staff has always been wonderful as well. There are a few employees who have worked here for years, and every interaction I've had with them has been pleasant and friendly. So she knows her folks- and when you know your folks, you are treated right and want to keep coming back. There isn't enough room here to express our appreciation for Darlene. Personally i couldn't tell who was a customer or employee and no one greeted me. No "welcome" or "I'll be right with you". I waited a few minutes and after receiving no help i just left. I honestly will not be coming back. But hopefully they can work on being more welcoming in the future to all types of customers. Especially when expecting an appointment.
