They have everything you can think of. Garden, home decor, clothes, electronics, small appliances, toiletries, food, rugs, a very nice book selection, and more. I was like a kid in a candy store. I couldn't believe the pricing on some of the stuff. They are name brands at discounted prices. We mainly go there to get bird suet for only $1.29. The store is organized however there are some sections that are cluttered. So it's kinda like Aldi find, once the items are gone, that's it. We left out only spending $29.00. Most items we bought were under $3.00. I even scored a hard back air frying recipe book. They even have a rewards program which you can join for free. I'm a fan!! Definitely worth checking out.

I've been a fan for a few years, and recently I turned my lady on to the place, who instantly became like a kid in a candy store. She loves it now. They have groceries, gardening supplies, auto accessories, a massive section of books ans graphic novels, clothes, carpets and floor decor, beds and bed accessories, tools, "As seen on TV" goods, and LOTS more at epic prices. When they say, "Good stuff cheap", they are NOT lying.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Play It Again Sports on April 6, 2026…read more I purchased an Odyssey putter for $130, used a $57 store credit, and paid the remaining $82.29 on my Mastercard. When I returned the putter because I wasn't satisfied, the refund process made absolutely no sense. I was only refunded $12.24, then charged $70.05 for two other clubs, and told I still had a $57 store credit remaining. When I asked for clarification, I was simply told "that's just the way it is," with no real explanation. Because of this, I felt forced to pick out additional clubs just to use the credit--something I did not originally intend to do. The whole situation made me feel like I was being treated as if I were trying to scam the store, when all I wanted was a straightforward return based on the store's policy. To make matters worse, one of the older employees took a phone call in the middle of my transaction and aggressively pounded on the keyboard, acting like I was an inconvenience. The level of customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. What's especially disappointing is that just one week ago, I had an excellent experience at the Play It Again Sports Springdale location, where the staff was professional, helpful, and handled both a purchase and return with no issues at all. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Red Bank Road location.

The employee was friendly and offered to help with anything we needed. We're definitely glad we stopped in.

I came into this store with every intention of walking in, pointing to a shoe, being like "I'll…read moretake this in a size 9" and walking out. It was clear as soon as I walked in that this was not THAT KIND of establishment. It's not enough for you to think you know what you want, they want to make sure you buy what you, your body, your legs and feet NEED. Christine, the sales person, was very intentional and methodical. She measured my feet, even though I knew my size, she checked my arches, she watched me walk, looks at my steps, and how my ankles and feet moved and asked why I was in the market for new shoes. Then she selected what she thought I needed based on my needs and my build. In the end I tried on seven pairs of shoes. I walked out with the shoe I wanted but not because I wanted it, because I knew they were the right shoe for me. Christine was unrushed, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure i had the RIGHT SHOE. I've worn them every day since I bought them two days ago and my walking routine has improved so much! I also ended up buying sunnies, anti friction balm and a foot massager. After her great service just buying a pair of shoes did not feel like enough!

You can find a lot of local sports team merch here too. I picked up a couple of magnets and a WKRP sticker. For those not in the know, WKRP used to be an old sitcom from the late 70's-80's about a radio station in Cincinnati. The shop is located on the 2nd floor of the historic art deco style Carew Tower. This tower is also home to the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland. The interior although grand was sparsely occupied by businesses. Ghost town vibes for sure however the grand architecture within the building is worth walking around in. The only difficulty we had was finding parking. So we went and it was really hot up there. I see another review from 2022 about it being hot so I guess they never did fix that AC :P anyway the guy was nice who worked there, friendly and I felt bad he has to sit in that hot store all day. We got our stuff and left. The little expedition made me think to just grab stuff in the airport on our way home from now on :P It's not only Cincinnati but lots of towns it can be hard to find a shop like this.

There are multiple sections of the store that are especially rich in great finds. The kitchen section is fantastic, with tons of glassware and kitchenware to dig through. They also have a large selection of wall art and picture frames. You'll also find plenty of trinkets, vases and planters, and furniture scattered throughout the store, which really adds to the treasure hunt feel. The main body of the store is filled with many clothing racks, and I've found a lot of great brands here, including plenty of Levi's jeans and similar staples. This is always the thrift store I recommend when someone says they want to start thrifting but don't know where to begin. It's approachable, affordable, and consistently rewarding. The staff has always been wonderful as well. There are a few employees who have worked here for years, and every interaction I've had with them has been pleasant and friendly. Sometimes the store can feel a little chaotic, but honestly, that just adds to the fun of searching through everything. Overall, I don't think I've ever left this store empty handed.

So she knows her folks- and when you know your folks, you are treated right and want to keep coming back. There isn't enough room here to express our appreciation for Darlene. Mike, the current manager, is a good one, too. He is kind and warm and he genuinely cares about his customers. One day this will all be gone. Time and space will overtake us and we will all move on.
