My son is incredibly particular... he knows exactly what he wants, how it should feel, and what he won't settle for. Joey handled all of that like an absolute pro. His knowledge of the gear was next level, his patience was unmatched, and his sense of humor kept the whole process fun instead of stressful. You can tell when someone genuinely loves what they do, and Joey is one of those people. He took the time to explain every detail, answer every question, and make sure my son walked out with the perfect fit. When you're spending real money on equipment, it's refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled, but also personable, honest, and genuinely invested in helping you get it right. Joey is a gem, and Valleywood is lucky to have him. If you're shopping for ski or snowboard gear, do yourself a favor and go see him. You can trust this place.

It's challenging to go anywhere with 2-4 kids and find patient and knowledgeable staff that take the time to work through everyone's needs but we have hit the mother load within Valleywood. This shop isn't the hard sale kind of place. The goal I notice every time in is to get us into the right gear. That has consisted of new gear, used gear and occasionally online gear sent to the shop for setup to fit our needs. If you want a shop that is there for you and your family look no further than Valleywood. Yuri the owner is amazing as well and greets us like family whenever Zach is out on the slopes. Get with these guys and get ready for an awesome 23' season

There was staff available to help you out when you needed. Even the food and drinks were not bad! Hot chocolate? Yes, please! My only complaint is that one of the conveyer belts (if that's what they're called) had a huge dip right before getting on and you had to struggle to go slightly uphill to get on the belt. Otherwise a great experience!

Then you go outside down the stairs to pick up helmets, ski boots and ski set. Lockers are easier to purchase downstairs since they are bigger and convenient. Not for the weak either cause you can seriously hurt yourself falling. All in fun they do have snow tubing which on the weekdays they only open at 1pm. Weekend 9:30am for snow tubing.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at the Play It Again Sports on April 6, 2026…read more I purchased an Odyssey putter for $130, used a $57 store credit, and paid the remaining $82.29 on my Mastercard. When I returned the putter because I wasn't satisfied, the refund process made absolutely no sense. I was only refunded $12.24, then charged $70.05 for two other clubs, and told I still had a $57 store credit remaining. When I asked for clarification, I was simply told "that's just the way it is," with no real explanation. Because of this, I felt forced to pick out additional clubs just to use the credit--something I did not originally intend to do. The whole situation made me feel like I was being treated as if I were trying to scam the store, when all I wanted was a straightforward return based on the store's policy. To make matters worse, one of the older employees took a phone call in the middle of my transaction and aggressively pounded on the keyboard, acting like I was an inconvenience. The level of customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. What's especially disappointing is that just one week ago, I had an excellent experience at the Play It Again Sports Springdale location, where the staff was professional, helpful, and handled both a purchase and return with no issues at all. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Red Bank Road location.

I NEED NEW REPLACEMENT PADS. 3) wants to set me out for two weeks just so he can take my brakes apart to find out the type of brake pad I needed.
