The environment is one of my favorite parts. The space is big, lively, and really well designed, with a nice upstairs area that gives you a great view of the whole place. I would have liked a bit more of the pickled onion on it, but the flavors were outstanding...loved every bit of it. Everything about it was so good. Sweet, salty, acidic, smoky...it all worked as a perfect bite.
