Rude customer service. Laura hastily approached us. Yelled you can't sit here. We only have two workers. You can't have Burger King here. I said we are ordering to go per the table instructions. She threatened to call security. We wanted to order food to go from the table QR code. Order and pay. The sign posted outside simply says, be seated and a server will be with you shortly. It is not the customers fault they only have two workers. Please don't take that frustration onto potential customers. It is said employees attitudes are learned from management. For an airport restaurant this a decent place to eat. There's usually no wait with tables always available and staff is friendly. Food is delicious and tasty. The only comment I have is recently the prices got higher when it was already at a premium. This spot has been my "go to" for the past 5 years. The staff is excellent and most have been there since I started going. The food comes out quickly even when busy. I've never had a bad meal. My favorite is the Caesar Salad with grilled Mahi Mahi. It's seat yourself and the staff offers to avoid the bar code ordering if you prefer which I do. Their service allowed paying through my phone which made turnaround even faster. Located inside the Honolulu International Airport, you can't expect much. I read the reviews which mainly has either 1 or 4 stars in the last year. When I sat down he was ready with the menu and utensils even though it was a little busy. He checked back a few minutes later, perfect timing. When he brought my crispy chicken Caesar I was ohh that does look 1 star in appearance. I love Romain hearts but where there is more vivid green leaves then whitish yellow ribs. The chicken wasn't a fillet but popcorn chicken, eww. (Looks and little green leaves is the reason for the minus 1 star) And then I ate the chicken and dipped into the dressing and my (mental) frown was turned upside down!! It was actually really good!! Plus they had chopsticks for my salad. Service was awesome and just makes the food taste better. He was slamming with customers during the lunch rush, constantly moving, but he still did a check in on me to make sure I didn't need anything else.
