I arrived this AM Monday Jan 19th at 5:55AM. Im a time guy and was very impressed they opened and turned on the lights pretty much exactly on the nose of 6AM. The customer service was phenomenal. One lady smiled the whole time and was exceptional. The younger lady was exceptional as well....I hope I did not bother by asking her to smile but she did. Both their smiles lit up the whole place even though I was wearing sunglasses at 6AM. You can feel right away they care about their clients and the kolaches are always great. I'm not even sure what the point of the app is. You're better off ordering from the counter. Early morning, late afternoon it does not matter they always do not have what I order and it's not even complicated. Basic stuff like sausage and cheese kolaches are out? Money would be better spent on teaching them how to use the ovens and keep inventory than on an app. read more

Even late in the day everything tastes fresh baked. I stop in on my way to my older sister's so it's usually between noon and closing. Everything I've eaten from here has been DELICIOUS. Super clean environment. Super set up for distancing and cootie containment. Not that there are any cooties. Employees are friendly and helpful. Last time I was there they were giving away a free egg kolache to every customer. The customer before me didn't want one so they gave me two extras that day. Was. This company is great. The manager Alicia helped us by donating kolaches for a teacher breakfast the Maverick Belles we're hosting. All the teachers were so appreciate and said how amazing all the food was. It was a great experience and we couldn't have asked for a more amazing company to help us. When I wake up in the morning I routinely come to this location to get kolaches when I get out of my overnight shift. To my surprise I was not getting a kolache today at least from this location. I watched them stock the shelves with kolaches and 20 minutes after open I try to go inside. I understand that it can take some time to prep and in some cases you open a little after your posted time. There is no excuse as to why the staff working the morning shift on 02/05/25 doesn't serve me a kolache. At least 20 other people were in the same boat and when I communicated with an employee their response was no ingles. I still have faith in the Kolache Factory name but this location based off of my experience this morning has lost a loyal a customer, I will take my money to another location even if I have to drive further. Sorry to speak negative words, but negative customer experience results in this. I have nothing else to say. read more

This place refused to even let me in without a mask. Not only do I have severe asthma , I have severe PTSD from trauma & I can not wear it! I have 2 different notes from doctors & this guy wouldn't even listen. You will no longer get my business & I will trash you for being ignorant!!! They were extremely rude & did not give me a chance to explain. Every time I tried to talk he cut me off & argued with me. We have been through hell since July. Both my husband & I got covid while wearing a mask at the er. Then he was admitted to the hospital & they found a tumor. Turns out it was a cancerous tumor. Had to have surgery to remove the tumor & 40% of his large intestines. Then we find out he has cancer & now has to have a port surgically placed then so chemo for stage 3 colon cancer. All they had to do was listen to me & try to understand or say hey, we can't have you in here without the mask but if you want to order on line we can bring it out to you. They had zero sympathy & treated me as if I had the plaque. We have plenty on our minds & this did not help. read more

This is a new place that just opened on Morton Ranch. Kolaches are the best we've ever tasted with many varieties to choose from. The beef polish ones are to die for! We went in on a weekend 20 mins before close and they didn't have any polish ones ready so they made us a fresh batch even though they were closing soon.
