Today, I asked for boba and a half-meaning what normally comes in the drink, plus about half a scoop more, vs. a whole. The employee had to think about it-but was determined to accommodate, even after I said if it was too hard, not to worry. Then, the owner happened to pass and mentioned that Crumbl had just brought them free cookies and she wanted to pay it forward, so she called it the "manager's special" and deducted it.
