For our late afternoon dust storm road trip back home to New Mexico on February 17, 2026, my daughter opted for an iced cappuccino that was deliciously creamy and sweet to her liking. As we got our check, we asked if it was crowded more than usual because of the George Strait concert and if they had called extra help in. She said a little maybe, but it was normally busy like that, and they were actually shorthanded today. I had just told me friend about how efficient I thought the entire crew was. The craft that goes into how they make each beverage, and how they are served using a huge ice cube makes it feel special and different. Their espresso-based beverages are always excellent, and I find myself visiting every few visits I make to Lubbock.
