Service was Great. The food was So good! I will def be back For lunch or dinner. Good place for family meals

I'm just convinced Texas cannot do bbq at restaurants correctly. It feels like everyone is just keeping old yuck meat in big metal fridges This place has the worst ribs I've ever had. They think loading it with pepper is the end all be all of rib rub. And they forgot the toast lol read more

The Too Good To Go program isn't worth the time to pick it up, even though it was discounted. The amount of food was only worth what I paid for ; 2 small ribs and the cold slaw had no flavor. I guess if you wanna over pay for their food, it's best to go inside and eat it. read more

Food was amazing ! It was my first time going and I ordered the turkey platter , I would come back , the only thing that seemed to be an "issue" was that you can not order certain items with the platters vs the plates .. not sure why but otherwise food was great read more

The food wasn't made correctly. I paid for items not received. Then requested comp condiments that wasent received. I'd ask the employees about the bbq sauce I'd requested, she replied there was one in the bag. I'd requested the sauce on the side of four meals! She replied if I wanted more I'd have to pay additional fee. I was the only customer and there was four employees too busy talking instead of concerned with customer service. read more

The BBQ was really good. We just drove 5.5 hours and this place was close to our hotel in Lubbock. Gave it 4 stars due to a lot of menu items they were out of unfortunately. read more

just had a ham dinner with sides and cornbread. It was delicious. thank you. the service was amazing and they were so friendly.

Me and my family absolutely love this restaurant we go here every Sunday after church but today we went and instead of the bigger cups of Mac and cheese I got this little tiny boat of Mac and cheese keep in mind the Mac and cheese is my favorite part of the meal and I got bearly anything and my sister got a bigger cup and didn't even have to ask. Are they calling me fat? Not to sure but I was so upset I started to cry but other than that I love this place but they should really go back to the cups. read more

Food is always on point. Fast and friendly service. Place is always neat and clean. The staff always greet us with a smile.

Great food, great price, great atmosphere. Would definitely come back again and tell others

Great ribs and new sides! They are always consistent with their food. We always enjoy the experience!

Good BBQ and best cobbler around...Clean restaurant and very nice employees. Always looking to satisfy their customers.

The best BBQ in town! The staff is always friendly & accommodating. Definitely worth the price.

Food was great and the cobblers were amazing! We all got different flavors, blackberry, peach, and cherry. Staff was friendly and we had a wonderful experience. read more

Great BBQ, fast friendly and great atmosphere. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Normally we like Bighams.. but the meat was dry on all of our food... I scrapped it off of my baked potato and my husband didn't even eat one of his tacos. We will try somewhere else next time! read more

Awesome BBQ! The pork spareribs were seasoned and had a good bark. Will definitely eat there again when in Lubbock. Thanks! read more

Rolled up after a full days drive out of the barbecue desert and was glad we stopped. My husband enjoyed the jalapeño garlic sausage and thought that the brisket was tasty. The Frito pie while untraditional was super good. Fritos topped with brown beans, brisket , cheese and upon request sour cream. I'd eat it again today. The kids meal (buckaroo basket) was huge and well enjoyed by my 6 year old. That corn? Yum-o. Practical things now. Quick service counter set up. The line was clean as was the tables and condiment station. I'd eat here again! read more

The food was great and the staff were very friendly. The place was bright and clean. This will be my to go place for BBQ from now on. Prices were reasonably priced and I don't have to do the dishes. read more

Bbq chicken was smoked with no flavor. The BBQ sauce was sweet and again, just not good. The green beans were tasty. Brisket was really dry.

Great brisket, like the best! we got the three meat plate and we should have gotten all brisket. the ribs and sausage were nothing special but the brisket man perfection! the sides were meh lacking flavor (mac & cheese & potato salad) I'd go back and get brisket all day! Super nice & friendly staff. We did not go inside, we ordered ahead and picked it up in the convenient drive thru area. read more

This is a good place to get bbq. Fast service, everything is home made. Love the green chili cream corn. Just the right amount of spice.

Always yummy food and wonderful service. When we want consistency, we go to Bighams. The bbq and sides are delicious.

The food is decent but service is terrible. Slow and unorganized. Poor management. There us not much else to say, but Yelp requires 85 characters. Kinda makes me wonder about yelp read more

I've lived in Lubbock majority of my life, and for some reason never stop by this place any of them. Today I decided to go and get a chop beef sandwich they a special that to give a sandwich with your choice of meat. Customer service was awesome. We expect the price to be a little high cause it's barbecue. I drive all the way home. Happy to have my food, but I thought the bag felt like I opened up the clamshell with a half filled. Container of okra any damn slider of a chopped beef sandwich if this is what you're serving shut the fucking doors down close up file bankruptcy. This is horrible. Well, you can get a better chop beef sandwich from tpot and totem a gas station. I have wondered why every time I drive by these places they're almost empty every single day I used to think they had to be laundering money or doing something unless now I know they're doing something wrong. There's no way they should be open. There's no way they should have staff unless they're working for free. Don't waste your time guys. There are so many other places in town JM BBQ, Rudy's, Eva Mae's, TOOT N TOT'em, just the name of you. And Bigham's you should be embarrassed to sell that as your food will never ever return and tell everybody that I ever talk to you about barbecue to never go there unless they wanna get ripped off literally spent $20 on a baby kids meal.. you need to do better that's sad read more

I would advise not to order for delivery I ordered 2-2meat meals and 1-3meat meal. Had ribs/sliced brisket on one of the two meat meals the ribs cost an extra $3.00 and were very small the sliced brisket looked like it was about 3 slices that had been sliced in half too make it look like 6 but those slices were just over bite size. For almost $78.00 I was very disappointed in the meals I felt were way over priced. The UberEats cost was much fairer and the delivery very prompt. The meal charge without the delivery was way too expensive for what was sent. read more

Okay, I wrote a review 6 months ago and now another review. Breakfast tacos, brisket egg & cheese or pork belly egg & cheese with a corn tortilla not a bad way to start your day. read more

Service was horrible I know sometimes they are busy but do not answer the phone in such a rush .You feel as a customer to hurry and give your name place your order and in between being asked anything else is that all this was a pickup order so ambiance I can not attest too do not spend your money at a place that does not truly appreciate a customer. This was at the 19th restaurant. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered door dash and they told my dasher they would not prepare my to go order until there was no line. After trying the brisket last time and finding it dry and flavorless I decided to try something else at a different location today, you know, give them another chance. Maybe other stuff on the menu is good. Never even got my order. I called to confirm what they told my dasher. The woman on the phone was very rude, and said "customers take priority". Never eating here again. Do not recommend. read more

I would give 3 and a half stars if possible. We ordered the family pack of 4 meats and 4 sides. Some loved the shredded brisket, while others enjoyed the turkey. Some found the sausage to be over salted. The pulled pork was so so. For sides, the fries were good and a nice size portion, the mac and cheese was so so, as was the cole slaw. A poll of our group had two people giving dinner 3 1/2 stars and two giving 4. There's too much barbecue competition here to repeat a mediocre experience. read more

I'm trying to find my go-to spot for bbq in Lubbock so I thought I'd check this place out. I called ahead so that I wouldn't have to wait but I might as well not have called and stood in line with everyone else! I waited 30 minutes for a 1/2 chicken! No apologies for the wait and the chicken was just ok. Edible but not good bbq to me. On top of that, they apparently don't require customers to wear masks. There was a man who stood in line with at least 10 other customers and he had on no mask at all. No staff member told him that he needed to put a mask on. read more

On the way back from a 10-day road trip to South Padre Island, TX, we realized that we'd not had any Texas BBQ. So we decided on this place. The smoked chicken, turkey and brisket were all excellent - especially the brisket (so moist and tender). The sides were good too (pinto beans, potato salad). Great service; decent ambiance. Worth another stop on our next road trip. read more

Food was decent. The other location is better. The lady with the dark hair was very rude and condescending during our order taking. Go to the other location they are much nicer and cleaner. I'm also not interested in your copy and pasted responses. read more

Way over priced. Small portions of meats. Not worth the money. Food was dry at that. Definitely go else where

I liked what I ordered! The mac n cheese with brisket. I only gave three stars because I think it was a bit overpriced for the portion of meat I got, the bathrooms smelled like a strong mixture of smoke(wood) and urine. The food was also just warm so my food got cold soon after getting it. read more

It's been many years since my family last ate some Bigham's Barbecue. I ordered the #1 family meal and a half pound of original sausage by calling to setup curbside pickup. The phone system feels like a corporate monstrosity is about to swallow your call, but it isn't as bad as it starts out. The order was ready promptly. But the pricing doesn't match the menu prices in Yelp! (Some better, some worse.) The brisket was wonderful, I liked the beans by my wife didn't, the mashed potato salad was mediocre, the sausage is delicious. read more

I used to dine at the other locations years ago and thought we would try out the new location on Milwaukee. The restaurant was deserted at dinner time and that should have been the only clue I needed. Nice people, decent sides and clean dining room. The main event (brisket) - bad. Never eat BBQ at a place that doesn't carve the meat up front. read more

Milwakee location is awesome! We did not receive our full order and the manager was very nice and professional on the phone and told us to let him when know when we would be coming by to pickup the food and said they would also add a free order of cobbler. All of our food was perfect! read more
