    Brüt sparkling wine

I ate at Koi on a Monday night which is a restaurant inside the Seneca Niagara Casino. I ordered sashimi to start & although this smoked salmon tasted good it was not traditional Japanese sashimi but rather thin sliced salmon like lox that you'd eat on a bagel. But whatever. The Buddhist Delight vegetables were actually very fresh, hot & delicious. My server was busy but attentive. I'm not sure why my split of sparkling but cost $4 more than it did in the other casino bar though. Most restaurants at the casino seem to be short staffed so service & food quality suffers. This was the best of the sit down restaurants in my opinion (their Italian restaurant was closed when I was there).

This restaurant is located inside the Seneca Hotel, and it is almost always sold out. We had a reservation before coming to town and thank God for that because we would've missed their delicious food. For starters, the portions are humongous! We ordered one side (the noodles) and one entree and we couldn't even finish them between us both. They provide authentic Japanese cuisine and excellent service from the minute you walk in. We were delighted with our experience and would love to come back.

4 of us stopped here since many of the other places we wanted to go to had closed already. We were immediately greeted and seated. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our table and honest when questions were asked about certain entrees. Can't remember what drinks we ordered but umm yeah they were good. Light on the juice heavy on the alcohol . A friend who ordered the fish complimented how good it was. Perfectly cooked and seasoned (he had to request no spice). The spare ribs w/white rice was really good, tender and not much fat on the ribs. The chicken pad Thai was okay. I felt like it needed more flavor and was dry. Overall, I really enjoyed the spare ribs and rice and especially the drinks. Prices were not bad.

Ordered the crab Rangoon and duck noodle soup and duck rice bowl. The crab Rangoon was fine, but the duck for both dishes had bones in every bite, and not like buffalo wing style whole bones, the meat mush have been chopped up because the bones were splintered and had to be picked out of the meat. Not sure why you prepare poultry like that, the manager came over to ask what was wrong and was not very accommodating, in fact was a little rude actually. We paid for the crab Rangoon and left and the manager gave us a dirty look as we left. This place looks nice but the food was definitely subpar. Would not give a second chance.

I Ordereda Array of dishes .. started with the crab Rangoon, and California rolls... did my usual cosmo with titos.. the drink was 1/5 taste like a classic casino drink although i paid for the up charge of titos. The crab Rangoon was decent, my partner said the California roll was decent as well. For my entree i Ordered the crispy shrimp... And a side of broccoli.. the crispy Shrimp was decent, but the bed of broccoli it was laying on was disgusting. I bit into 1 broccoli piece and water just ran out, which In the picture is the gap with the white liquid. So gross... the picture shown is after i took a bite of the broccoli and was appalled at the excess water. I did not take Another bite as i was turned off. I inform the waitress at the end about the entrees she just said ok... just like my experience was Tonight just ok, actually worst then ok

    Gross

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Put my name on the list for reservations and waited three hours for them to tell me when I sat down at the table that they do not have sushi or crab. Spoke to the manager and he looked at me like I was stupid. And walked away. Worst experience of a restaurant in a long time. DO NOT GO!!!! The steakhouse above was so much better. Great people great environment and great food. Lettuce Wrap

DO NOT EAT @koirestaurants @senecacasinos at Niagara Falls, NY - the waitress Ms. Lee was not friendly and courteous with us. When we arrived she did not introduce herself or welcomed us. When she served the food she did not wish us to enjoy the food. We had a question, she talked to us from a far away table. While having food she never asked us how the food was, before we even finished eating, she got our check without checking if we needed anything else. When I gave my CC, she swiped and put the folder on the table - she told me "sign". But with other tables she was very friendly, polite and courteous. We complained to Manager - the manager was not at all concerned and looks like he knew this was going to happen to us #racist #attitude #unfriendly #rude

Wife and I went here for a dinner date. Koi has really nice decor and the ambience was very chill. We started with some Sapporo beer, shumai, and the tom yum soup. I had the rainbow roll and the salmon roll, while the wife had the thai basil fried rice. Everything was absolutely fresh and delicious. The fried rice was fried perfectly without being overly greasy. Our server was also extremely attentive and courteous. We both would definitely come back.

Another great dining experience at Savor! Bringing the area fine dining at a reasonable price…read more We visited on a Saturday night at 5pm with a table of 3. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable. The meal always starts with fresh baked bread service that is accompanied by butter, house pickles and either a hummus or garlic confit (in my experience). My mom is gluten free so she was bought her own dish with focaccia and a roll. She was over the moon about that and really enjoyed the focaccia. We all enjoyed every bit of our meal which included our choice if an appetizer, main dish and dessert from a prix fixe menu for $40. Some of our choices included charcuterie, arugula salad, tamarind shrimp curry, salmon and lemon meringue cheesecake. We left with our culinary needs satisfied and our stomachs full... we even had some leftovers. I can't wait to go back again. It's best to make reservations as they usually get fully booked. The menu changes each culinary semester as this is an instructional restaurant.

Assorted Bread: I'm not a bread person, but I enjoyed their bread. The standard roll was good, the Roll with (dill?) was good, and the one infused with brisket was also good. The dips/snacks that came with the bread were perfect complements to the bread. The pickles were confusing, but I enjoyed them on their own. Chef's salad: A good salad is underrated, and their salad was a case of basic done right. I enjoyed the blue cheese the most, since I haven't had it in a salad in a long time. It was a good mix of softer textures provided by the apple, cheese, and greens, while providing crunch via the nuts. Arayes: I'm expecting a crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside pita. I wanted a juicy and flavorful lamb, and I wanted the tahini + tzatziki sauces to be good. I got all that and was pleased. Shrimp Scampi: I was a bit disappointed by the portion size, but I had to remind myself that the lunch special was $16 and I had already gotten bread and a nice appetizer. The shrimps were big, and the flavors were light. I liked the fact that the dish wasn't oily. Some people might find it dry, but I like it. Jagerschnitzel: This was the best bite of the meal, and I regret not ordering it. The pork cutlet was very good, and the gravy helped improve the dynamics of the flavor. I've never had caraway spaetzle, but I must say that I enjoyed it, and the red cabbage didn't taste like cabbage, and it almost felt like a red spaetzle. It's a beautiful dish visually, and an even better dish when consumed. Dessert: I..... was not a fan. I thought it was too sweet. My companions liked it though. Ambiance: I felt very underdressed. The establishment definitely gave a white tablecloth environment where diners were pressured to buy a bottle of wine. I had to remind myself that it's a school, so the students needed to learn a certain standard. A standard that I could see. It might be better if there was music, but I'm not gonna complain about it. Service: Excellent. I could tell our wait staff was nervous. Who wouldn't be? I'm sure he'll do fine in the future. It would've been nice if our food arrived a bit faster, but I understood the need for pacing in these course menus.

Service from the bartender was great. He offered up some suggestions, which I needed because they have a large menu loaded with so many appetizing and amazing looking options. I started with their potstickers... They came out with a hard, fried shell and the dipping sauce went nicely with them. Enough to share, or even enough to enjoy and still have room for an entrée. My main dish was their Chicken & Waffle. This isn't some ordinary chicken and waffle, it's definitely an amped up version, made with unique and interesting ingredients, culminating in great flavors! The chicken was so large and very tender - it was amazing! The bacon and sauce on top went with it nicely, and the chive waffle was great with it! Each bite was definitely amazing! This was a great experience, I can see why they have so many reviews and such high stars, those are well-deserved stars!! Definitely recommend stopping in here!

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it even more enjoyable. I ordered fried calamari along with single chicken wings tossed in an Asian sweet and spicy sauce--both dishes were flavorful and satisfying. The combination of crispy textures and bold flavors really stood out. What made the experience even better was the service. Our server was amazing--attentive, friendly, and truly great at her job. She made us feel welcome from the start. I always enjoy trying new places, and this visit did not disappoint. If you're looking for an American restaurant near Niagara Falls, this is definitely worth trying. We ended the meal with a delicious dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish to a great experience.
