Mezze Bowl was pretty good and Chicken Caesar wrap was bland and messy. Overall a 6.4 out of 10. Sometimes after 8 days traveling across 7 states and in a foreign (?) country you get tired of tourist food. Sometimes you need some veggies and rice! Thank God for Freshii. We stumbled in, my Korean wife, myself, and my mid-Ohio parents. We were all very happy with our food. In fact, nothing hit the spot quite like Freshii. Server was brand-new and struggling a bit, but had decent support. Wasn't as fast as I expected, but it was fine and we were seated and in air-conditioning, so we weren't worried about it. Ambiance? Nothing special. Just a clean counter in the middle of a public area. Nice, clean tables and metal chairs. Nothing fancy, but clean. read more

Great change of pace! We were visiting Niagara Falls and ate all the typical garbage foods that are available to you there. Heavy meals and lots of fatty foods! I saw a freshii in the lobby and had never eaten there before but heard about them. I decided to eat healthy one day. My wife had the kale Caesar and I had the tuna Poké bowl. The food was fantastic! The service was even better as they were very patient and willing to substitute items from your bowl to customize it. Service was quick compared to most of the places here at Niagara Falls. We wanted some fresh food after a long and hot day. We ordered kale Cesar salad with tofu. The kale was fresh. The fried chickpea was crispy. The salad tasted pretty good, but I wished there was more kale in the salad. We also ordered a small sized mixed berry smoothie, which tasted not too bad. However, I agree with other reviewers that it was way over priced for the size! It cost $32+ CAD dollars for kale Cesar salad and a small smoothie. I was in the mood for a quick breakfast and I can't say no to a burrito, so Freshii seemed like the perfect choice. I ordered the Ranchero Burrito ("scrambled egg, avocado, aged cheddar, black beans, cilantro, salsa fresca") and moved over to the side to wait. I had a view of the employee making my burrito, and I guess she was new or something because on her first attempt, she filled it so much the tortilla broke. So she got a new tortilla and dumped the contents into it. Not super promising, I'll admit. It was ready a little while later and it's...not great. It was about the same shape and heft of a brick, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering food from a supposedly healthy eatery. The taste was fine; the plentiful eggs were accompanied by the aforementioned ingredients and the cilantro and salsa fresca gave it a much-needed freshness. However, I did not receive any avocado, which I feel like would have enhanced it considerably. Needless to say I didn't finish this gargantuan concoction. read more

Let's face it: much of the food on the Canadian side of the Falls is... not healthy. So it was a great relief to find this juice bar inside Sheraton on the Falls Hotel's Marketplace space. I had the "Red Power" juice -- a mixture of beet, lemon, ginger, carrot -- twice in one day, to supplement lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this place while you're in the Niagara Falls tourist area to get something with good nutritional value. The one annoyance of this place, however, is that it charges a 6% "promotional fee" (tourist fee). read more

Our bodies were steadily degenerating from an all-beef + all-fat diet in Niagara, so in spite of the bad reviews here we went to Freshlii located handily in our Hotel lobby. We bought a Cobb salad. The preparation was meticulous. The service was efficient and friendly enough. The salad is delivered very cold (let it warm up before eating), but otherwise nothing to complain at all. Food is good, but employees need some serious customer service training! 1st time- asked for my spinach $ mushroom pocket with the cheese on the side. Apparently the cashier did tell to the other employee because he was too busy talking with hotel employees, I see the girl in the line putting the cheese so I told her I requested the cheese on the side. Both employees got mad and the cashier came to me to say he was not allowed to give me the cheese on the side because they have to make it with it. Seriously ??? Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. The food is fresh and has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. My mom and I are both vegan and we, plus my non-vegan friend ate here twice during our stay in Niagara Falls. My friend reported the noodle soup to be slightly bland but we found the kale and quinoa soup to be delicious and the bowels and wraps were very tasty. read more

I have to say I was rather disappointed in this place. They did have a few vegan items on the menu, but only one that included avocado (the Baja Burrito). A meal simply isn't complete without avocado, so of course I ordered that one. The guy helping me when I was ordering my food mentioned that I could have avocado added to anything, but I decided to stick with that one. When I got back to my hotel room, and started eating my burrito, I wasn't getting any avocado at all! But when I got down to the last couple of bites, lo and behold - I discovered 2 small chunks of avocado that must have fallen in by accident. Because seriously - who would deliberately put two small pieces of avocado at one end of the burrito??!! That would just be silly. For $18, I expect at least half an avocado distributed evenly throughout the burrito. Oh, and by the way, it should be called a wrap - a burrito is a totally different food item from what I got. If not for the Great Avocado Disappointment, I probably would have given this restaurant 3 stars. read more

Find somewhere else to eat! We were so excited for fresh food after a long day on the road, but this place really let us down. Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced- they messed up my order and then were defiant about it when I asked for them to remove a charge for something I didn't receive. They argued with me while my 2 year old cried, I've never been treated so rudely. I could let it go if the food were good or a good value, but it was neither. We will not be back. read more
