I unfortunately cannot recommend this group in any way, shape or form. They are disorganized, deceitful, unprofessional and incredibly difficult to work with. We ordered several pieces for a bathroom remodel over a month ago after an incredibly uninspiring visit to the show room where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for help and guidance. We selected our elements and purchased them and were told it would be 3 to 5 weeks for some pieces to arrive which aligned with our renovation timeline. Now we are already past that time and we are told it will still be another three weeks for the final elements to arrive in their warehouse, let alone get to our home. I was forced to purchase some pieces elsewhere (which will be at my home less than 8 business days after ordering and now that I did so the delayed pieces havw mysteriously shipped incurring a 25 percent restocking fee. Bear in mind they will wont even arrive at their warehouse for two more weeks and I am expected to pay an additional delivery fee they never disclosed. If you are absolutely desperate to see an honestly small and unimpressive display of a few Kohler pieces by all means feel free to visit this shop but if you are interested in actually having the pieces arrive without a headache or delay, buy them somewhere else. If you have absolutely no other option then definitely work with anyone there except Kim Stranger and certainly take nothing she says as the truth. Look through the rest of the reviews here and other places, it's obvious that this is their default modus operandi and choose somewhere else. read more

Hit and miss store. They had a good display of toilets and bidets and also some ready bathrooms. I went here 4 times to lock in bathtub, sink and toilet with bidet. Only one of the times I got good service. Other times it felt like they didn't care to sell anything. Getting parts was hard and they couldn't tell me when I could get them. Nice looking store, however, just a showroom of Kohler. When the products come in, they arrive at a different location in Redmond, which is only open Mon-Fri. Everything has to be picked up by YOU in Redmond. We only ordered a couple of faucets, however, the process was at a snails pace. My husband and I went into the store looking for ideas on how to remodel a secondary bathroom. The showroom is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They had so many things to look at for the entire bathroom. They even had tile and counter top options! They made everything so easy and I didn't feel like there was a pushy sales person following me around like I have at some other showrooms. I also didn't feel like I was ignored. It was a breath of fresh air to walk into a place that was able to walk that fine balance, especially on a busy weekend. I've been in fashion/apparel retail management for the past 10+ years and I usually only write reviews on restaurants, but the service level was exceptional and there was no way to give feed back on their website. I usually try to give feed back to a manager or online when I receive good service, being a retail manager myself, I know complements are few and far between and people tend to only reach out for a complaint. I don't usually have weekends off, but my husband does and on this rare weekend we were both off (especially right before holiday season), it was nice to find a showroom that was open. Most showrooms seem to be closed on the weekends. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to do a remodel. read more

It started as a positive experience with Rheannen at the Kohler store in Bellevue. They are a one-stop shop which makes it convenient and Rhee has great taste. However, we were very disappointed with the way Rhee handled the issues we had with our tile orders. Our contractor had installed 50% of the floor tiles unevenly so we placed another order of tiles to redo that half of the floor. I understand that natural stone has variations but when we received the tiles, we were shocked by the degree of variation (both in color and look) from our original batch. Rhee had even reassured me in an email that "this will work perfectly with the tile you currently have, no real difference to color". We then got our contractor to remove the evenly/correctly placed tiles and ordered more tiles for the other half of the floor so that they all match. Lo and behold, they do not match AGAIN. We were beyond frustrated with the amount of time (and money) wasted. When we spoke with Rhee, she gave us the spiel about variations with natural stone etc. and she never apologized for the outcome or took any responsibility. She has years of experience in this line yet she failed to advise us to order tiles for the whole floor, not just half the floor, TWICE. We finally escalated it to her manager, who agreed to allow us to return the last reorder of the tiles. We raised the issue not to get our money back but to get them to take some responsibility in this whole fiasco. read more

No one wants to remodel their bathrooms during a pandemic, but sometimes you have to. I knew that Kohler products would work in my condo and I needed a special toilets for my bathrooms. I made my appointment, and was met by Janelle SB. Janelle was an excellent listener, and understood what I needed for this remodel. Throughout the whole process, from beginning to end, she was able to problem solve, and track the shipments and was reassuring throughout. We've been working on construction projects in the house for almost two years and have dealt with a range of tradesmen - electricians, general contractors, flooring installers, etc. Of all of them, Kohler ranks as one of the most frustrating. Their store is beautiful and everything you could expect from a higher end showroom. On the front end, the customer service was great but after money had changed hands, it all went downhill. They quoted 4-6 weeks on all items, which seems really long given it's already in a warehouse. Flash forward 7 weeks and multiple calls later, the majority has been delivered but we're still waiting. I called to check on the shipment as I was told it would be here two weeks ago and was told it's STILL not in their warehouse. The best part - Rhee kept insisting that it's within the 4-6 week lead time and eventually blamed it on the few days their showroom was closed. To make up for their error, they offered to have it delivered two business days soon - with me picking up that cost! Absolutely ridiculous. If you do choose to order from this showroom, make sure you anticipate 8 weeks for delivery and hope for the best. Update: Rhee reached out and the items are on the truck scheduled to be delivered today. read more

In my recent interactions with the Bellevue Kohler showroom, I've found the sales people there very helpful and courteous. (Note: the showroom is part of Keller Plumbing Supply.) I found myself needing some Kohler faucets in a jiffy so I called expecting the cold shoulder based on the mixed Yelp reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when Mr Joe Stanford quickly listened to my requirements and recommended several different faucet options based on pictures / descriptions of my existing cabinets, tile floors and counter-tops. Working at my computer, I had a great quote from Joe in ten minutes flat for a pair of chrome Memoirs wide-set lav. faucets. Ordered it for pick up in ten days. The next week, when my two "identical" Ronbow sinks came in mismatched from the manufacturer, Joe sold me a pair of white Ladena rectangular sinks for pick up at the Redmond will-call desk that afternoon. Finally, I was so happy with Joe that I called Keller/Kohler again for more faucets. Joe was on vacation so Ms Rhea Alexander helped me out. Just like Joe, she was able to make suggestions and explain why a certain style of single-hole faucets will fit the bill. I needed the hardware ASAP so she hustled and tracked a pair of chrome Purist single-hole faucets for me to pickup in Redmond. Right now, I'm a very happy Kohler customer. The higher-quality Kohler models are pricer than the budget Kohlers at Home Depot, but I think they are worth the extra coin. My new faucets are made in Kohler, Wisconsin (!) except for the (still high-quality) drain assemblies; total eye candy and complement my Pental quartz and tile bathrooms. I like the new Kohler fixtures much better than my solid but aesthetically-uninspiring Hansgrohes. Joe and Rhea guided me toward compatible and popular faucet / sink styles that I would never have been able to identify on my own. (Sorry, I'm just not a home design kind of person.) read more

Awful customer service. I'd done tons of research on Kohlers website online, and was looking to place an order in store after actually looking at the materials in person. I was ready to pull the trigger on purchasing when a really rude customer associate refused to take my order stating "he didn't have the time" and I should make an appointment. I usually never write reviews but I read a negative review recently about the Kohler Signature Store in Bellevue and was totally surprised as I had nothing but a great experience. The sales person that helped us was a guy, anyway he couldn't have been more helpful. We had been shopping around for bathroom fixtures to update our bathroom. Our project was by no means a big project but we received great customer service as if we were remodeling our entire house and spending lots of money. We got some great suggestions and some ideas on how we could safe some money which was greatly appreciated. We also were given accurate anticipated delivery dates and kept up to date on our order with emails. Everything worked out great ! Very dissapointed in this store and their customer service. My husband and I visted the Kohler Store and worked with a showroom employee to design the bathroom, laundry and kitchen spaces for a major remodel. The designer gave us incorrect advice and as a result our purchases that were significant in nature ended up being incorrect and not workable. We have had to re-order and spend more money to correct. The most disappointing thing in working with the Kohler store is their unwillingness to resolve our issues related to unused product based on faulty consultative advice by an employee. We have gone through multiple employees and store leadership and received nothing -- no responses or solutions offered. I won't be using this store or their services again. read more

I had a bit of a giggle reading a couple negative reviews on here because this store absolutely rocks! I've dealt with these folks commercially and personally and have been completely satisfied with every transaction - they are so helpful along the way and remedy anything that comes up! I'm an over researcher and know that this is one of the best show rooms out there! So easy, so informative, and great people. Granted, I'm not one of those people that has something in my mind that doesn't exist and demands it (ugh I have some clients I tell ya!) but within my price point and design Keller is able to help me find whatever fixture I need whether it be for my home or one of our commercial buildings. Ordering, delivery and the whole process is seamless - these people are real professionals and know what they are doing! My most recent trip over there I had the most delightful young woman who was of the greatest assistance - she looked at my plans, I showed her what I had in mind, and we discussed the pros and cons of what I had found online (they carried it) versus a similar model. I liked how she didn't push me and I ended up with the one I came in for, but felt very satisfied knowing that I had valuable and informative discussion about the runner up and may be using it on my next project! I just feel good about working with the staff there - I've been a sales person- but these folks aren't too pushy, they really know their stuff inside and out and are just there to help you find product you really need. read more

I have done remodels in the past on my own which was overwhelming, stressful and the outcome was not exactly what I wanted. I don't know who helped the Reviewers who'd shopped at this Kohler showroom but these are the rudest, most incapable, attitudes I may ever have tried working with. I brought a picture of a sink I had in mind. The young woman took me to a sink similar one and, after I told her the things I liked about it, I explained why it wouldn't meet my needs and could we find something similar (I need an overmount vs undermount). She replied (in that oh so Bellevue sort of way) "Well, this is all we have so I just can't help you". Period, end of story. Just so that I hadn't made the drive in rush hour traffic for nothing, I asked her what she might suggest doing if she were me. "Why don't you go ask your counter top contractor?" she replied. I told her I had spoken to him, he'd sent me with the specs, and here I was, sink shopping at Kohlers. Her answer for me then ..."Well, I just don't know what to tell you". Again I pressed with "Surely Kohler makes something that will suffice, don't they?" and I waited. Nothing...nothing...nothing. I again broke the silence..."Didn't I see something on line called The Delafield?". By this time her manager is peering in our direction. The young woman flipped open her book and again shut me down with..."We don't have that sink here (in stock?)". By this time, I simply said " I'm doing my best to buy a sink from you but you have to help me just a little here. I'm getting the impression you want me to shop elsewhere". Honestly. My Kohler Bellevue Customer service rating: 0 to zip. Kohler's Sales Product knowledge rating: 1-2 (provided you come shopping with solutions to your own needs). This week my husband and I finally moved into our new bathroom after months and months of planning and remodeling. It is spectacularly gorgeous and we can't believe it is really ours. It's like being in a spa. The Kohler products are stunning. Last January I walked into the Kohler showroom and met Joe Stanford. I immediately took a liking to him so I took advantage of Kohler's design services. Joe was able to figure out a design that would integrate with my house. He listened to what my husband and I wanted, presented us with a design that we loved, recommended an outstanding contractor, plumber and finish carpenter, worked with us every step of the way and made us laugh in the process. While we won't miss the 3 months of disruption and living in our basement, we will miss working and laughing with Joe! He is very talented and we feel lucky that we found him. We are thrilled with every aspect of our bathroom; the Kohler products, the tile we selected, working with Joe, and all the guys that did exceptional work for us. Love Kohler products and was on the hunt for a hard to locate farm sink. Called the Kohler showroom in Bellevue and got a warm greeting and helpful response from Jeff Parks. Went in the next day and met Jeff and he treated me with respect, answering my questions, giving me the information I needed. He found the sink I was looking for and bent over backwards to make the entire experience pleasant and unpretentious. Ask for Jeff if you need a kind and helpful shopping experience. This all occurred before the COVID stay safe/stay at home order + this Kohler showroom is still open during the pandemic (???): I have tried to contact both Kohler and Keller Corporate and the store directly without a calls (10+ with no return call) or emails (5+) returned for the  last 6 weeks: When I am not at the hospital taking care of COVID patients I am trying to get the manager of this  stores to honor her word. The only time I am able to talk to my sales associate is when she answers the phone/my 10+ calls are never returned. I ordered Kohler shower heads, tub, and shower doors and had them professionally installed. Unfortunately, my sales associate ordered the wrong shower door (frosted vs clear). I have proof the wrong door was ordered. The manager said the store would pay to have the new doors installed since it was their mistake. The manager is now stating (phone message via my sales associate) I am responsible for paying to re-install the door they incorrectly ordered. Remember, this is after the manager had told me the new install was no problem since it was their mistake. Since then no calls or emails are returned. There is no way that I can get a full time contractor to come out to install two sliding shower doors. I've tried. In addition, the videos to install look way too complicated for average person. Kohler is a very successful company. Consider the optics of not helping customer making less than 100K a year for a mistake made by the store. Every shift I come home and take a (frosted door) shower after work to clean all the germs off me reminds me how dishonest the store has been and how they can't even be decent enough to return my calls. read more

I recently worked with Susan at the Kohler Signature Store in Bellevue. I needed a farm sink for a kitchen project and a glitch had occurred by me and we had no sink. I started callling around and each vendor I spoke to said the sink in question was unavailable and we would have to wait 5 - 6 weeks for a back order. I had the cupboards and countertops scheduled and contracters were ready to go. I called Kohler and got Susan. She took the time to find the correct sink for me and I was able to pick it up the same day (our project was saved!) She also followed up to make sure all had been handled. If you are remodeling bathrooms, you must go to Keller Supply and you must ask for Joe. We needed to remodel two bathrooms. One kept the same configuration, but the other was a complete redesign which included removing walls and a re-layout. Keller offers a full Design Package. Joe came to our home, talked us through the layout and took measurements. He then gave us full dimensional CAD drawings which were to scale. We gave these drawings to our contractors who used them throughout the remodel process. Keller will also give you a list of recommended contractors and tradesman, people that they work with. We couldn't afford high-end, but knew we wanted something more than just Home Depot. Because Keller carries everything we could need, Joe was able to help us pick out all of the materials. Of course they carry the Kohler brand fixtures, but they also have all of the tile, vanities, quartz, mirrors, light fixtures, even in-floor heat. The only thing we had to pick on our own was paint and grout. It would have taken us months going from store to store to pick out everything, and hoping that it all matched. Instead, with just a couple of meetings with Joe, we were able to finalize the entire project and get everything on order in 2 weeks. Joe was also able to get us a great discount on our order. I highly recommend that you go on line to the Kohler website so you can get an idea of your style and your budget. Then you make an appointment with Joe at Keller. read more

We ordered a Kohler Bathroom for our downstairs power room. Tolit, Sink, Vanity, and all the matching hardware. The first sink came warped, we had to wait 2 months for the replacement. The second sink was warped in the exact same fashion, we had to return that and order another sink, we also requested a new vanity incase this was the vanity and not the sink. we waited 3 months. The new parts came and finally fit, but they sent us a the WRONG sink, a single whole vs a 3 hole. This whole process is going on over 6 months now and no one at Kohler or Keller seems to really care. When the 2nd replacement sink came it sat in the local wharehouse for a month because no one called us to tell us it was in. Everything else has been installed so it would cost more to uninstall and replace and everytime they screw up we have to wait 2-3 months. read more

Behind the scenes, the staff is service oriented and they have attended to any problems quickly. Recently, a client's tub filler arrived damaged, and it was reordered, delivered via UPS and installed before anyone missed a beat. The showroom manager, Sanja Stevens, always "gets" my clients style quickly and helps direct them to lines which work for their taste. She helps me save time and keeps my clients on budget. To be fair, although my order did not appear as promised, Joe refunded my money as I cancelled the order. Soo, I gave then amother star for that. Joe Stanford was pleasant to work with. However he works on commission and sold me Kohler parts with the caveat that it would be delivered no later than the 30th. Nothing showed up so I called and they are telling me they have no idea the status of my order. Its not their problem. Joe was off that day and apparently everything is in his head. The lady answering the phone was a complete idiot. She told me some of the parts are in the warehouse and will take 6 weeks to deliver. Now we know why they have a no cancellation policy because if they did they would go out of business. I can get everything delivered through on online source in 2-3 days. Save yourself the hassle. You can find everything they have online through another retailer. read more

Had a horrible, head-scratching experience in Kohler store today. Came in to price bathroom items. The store was empty during the peak time, weird. Ended up working with Sanja Stevens. Asked for prices on 4 specific items. She gave me the first price (retail) and said consumers get 25% off. Since I was in Ferguson and Chown Hardware bath showrooms nearby right before that, who give lower prices if you work with a contractor and who encourage coming with a contractor, asked if I should bring a contractor when I'm ready to order. What followed was unexpected shouting in the empty showroom about "don't you respect our confidential information", "I won't talk to you about contractors," "us working with bathroom contractors is none of your business". Stunned, I asked for a manager - still needed to find out pricing for what I wanted to buy. She claimed she was the manager - and started taking the packs of various business cards off the central desk and hiding them under the desk so that I could not get in touch with anyone else up the chain. So I came into the store to price specific items, got shouted at and never managed to find out any prices. Walked our scratching my head and not sure how they sell anything like that. Save yourself the trouble of working with weird "manager" and go to Ferguson Bellevue showroom or Chown Hardware bathroom showroom next door. Those two places are nice and relaxed. I agree the show room is really beautiful and Kohler does promise exceptional service on their website. The service we've received has been less than stellar. First, it's taking over 8 weeks to receive a new kitchen sink that is heavily marketed on Kohler's own website. Second, I had to make 3 phone calls to the associate that was placing our order to confirm that the order did in fact go through because I never received confirmation via receipt until my 3rd call. Today was the kicker however, I called to inquire when our sink would be in for delivery and if they could provide a paper template of our sink (something included in packaging) I was treated so rudely that I am now trying to find said sink elsewhere and cancel my order with their signature store. The gentleman on the phone not only told me that the person who I've been dealing with isn't the person who placed the order (how is this my problem) but also informed me that clearly the same individual was wrong about timing of delivery (again how is this my problem). My request for a template was treated so rudely that I felt the need to comment how unhelpful this person was and was subsequently reamed out. I think 8 weeks to get a $1000 sink and then to be treated so poorly is absolutely uncalled for. I hope the manager does call me back so that I may inform him how their sales staff is handing customer inquires. If you can, take your business elsewhere. read more

It's truly a shame that a 0 star rating cannot be given, as this place did nothing to earn the 1 star I'm forced to give. My wife and I stopped by, specifically looking for a shower valve trim kit to match the Kohler shower column, rain showerhead, and handshower I'd already purchased from their website. Here are a couple of the high(low)lights of my trip. Initial impression - The showroom is fantastic, and quickly makes you realize the website doesn't do the Kohler products any justice. My wife and I walked in, and quickly engaged with the sales rep. Though initially polite, he reeked of cigarette smoke which my pregnant wife really didn't love, but just as importantly it made this really nice showroom immediate turn into an ashtray in my mind. The "service" - We've been working on projects non-stop since buying our house a few years ago and have dealt with contractors, electricians, sales reps, you name it... - this guy, and I wish I had caught his name - is the absolute worst individual I've dealt with. I briefly recapped what I'd already ordered, and subsequently what I needed, and without asking any questions he walked me over to the items he recommended. Not surprisingly, they were among the most expensive trim families, and while that didn't really bother me the fact that it was literally the exact opposite of what we wanted was disappointing. The valve trim he recommended is very neat, but comes 5-6 inches out from the wall, not at all what we were looking for as we're trying to refresh an already small shower with sleek, modern hardware. We continued to ask questions and look at various items, and the demeanor and comments of the sales rep became more and more unbelievable . A few that stood out: I told him I had bought hardware from the Kohler website - he said that was dumb, and I probably paid retail. Sure I paid retail, but weird to say about the company you work for. There were a number of products I liked, and he was very vocal about why they weren't what I should purchase - again, this seemed very bizarre considering he never once inquired about the bathroom we were updating; literally, not a single question to get any kind of understanding about our layout, style, etc. The last straw, and the end of my trip to the store, came when I asked him to price out a trim set and the valve to go with them. He said something to the effect that he wouldn't price them but would sell them (again, odd comment), to which I replied that we were still doing some research and would be doing a bit more looking before buying anything. At that point he proceeded to tell me that he's a commissioned rep and was there to sell, and that the Kohler Showroom "wasn't a museum". Considering we'd been in there less than 10 minutes at this point, and were talking about $1000-1500 in hardware that comment seemed extremely unfounded, unprofessional, and really made my blood boil. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, atrocious salesperson in my life and under no circumstances will I ever give any of my business to anyone working in this showroom. Love the Kohler products, and everything we've used of theirs in our first two bathroom remodels is working and looking great, but this guy is an absolute embarrassment to their brand, and quite frankly ruined my afternoon. read more
