When we started our bathroom remodel project we had no idea there was such a huge selection of styles, vendors and quality. Our contractor suggested we go to Ferguson for ideas and guidance. We walked the large showroom and saw a wide range of options. With ideas and questions, we then sat down with Connor, who helped us assemble the list of items we needed. Super helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He knew which valve assemblies were needed for the brand and style we had selected, and made sure our order was complete. We walked into this place a couple days ago looking to buy a specific product that I saw when I visited the store before. We also have a bunch of home furnishing items that we need to put the finishing touches on a remodel of a 5,500 Sq ft home. When walking into the place, there were five people who appeared to work there. Not one got up to greet us!! Not one came to ask us questions or help us!! When I finally went to one of them to ask for a price on something that we wanted to purchase she told me to take my phone and go scan it for the barcode information and wasn't interested in helping me. I spoke to her because she walked from one desk to another and was the only person standing in the store! She actually literally sat down in the middle of telling me to go find the information myself!!! These people are completely unconscious to how they come across - like a den of socially maladjusted teenagers who are focused in on their video games and don't want human contact. Supporting customers like adults is not something that they have grown into. So, instead of buying the new home furnishings that we wanted (clearly seeing that the customer service we would get would be like pushing a rock) we walked out the door and will go elsewhere. This is a really neat shop, product selection wise, but who cares if you can't even get any help! read more

We had a major kitchen remodel and now it is complete. The kitchen faucet, bar faucet as well as all the accessories were purchased. In addition, the kitchen sink was purchased through Ferguson Home. The sales person (Edgar Garcia Lopez at the Bellevue showroom) was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, on-time, and thorough. The showroom manager Micahl Mason did a fantastic job. His well-equipped knowledge, passionate attitude, warm-hearted introduction really impressed me. Although the store was set to close at 5PM, he extended his hour to walk me through the questions and selections about appliances. He shared professional details about the installation of bathtub to avoid creaking sound, helped me make trade-off comparisons between different brands of built-in fridges, introduced the different types of faucet brands that can be suitable for my day-to-day usage, etc. I went to other stores in Bellevue (Arnolds, Albert Lee, etc), but I have never seen any other staff who has the same top-tier level of professionalism, knowledge, and kindness as Micahl. read more

We've used Ferguson a few times over the years and have found them to be knowledgeable and helpful each and every time. They have a gallery location and a supply warehouse in Bellevue which is convenient for picking out your bath or kitchen items, then picking them up down the street. The item I ordered was an obscure one, so they didn't have it in stock. However, they agreed to ship it to my house without shipping fees which is nice. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because there was a delay in delivering my item and I wasn't told about it until I called. But once I called, the issue was resolved quickly with a lot of follow up. read more

They dont follow through. They dont know their products. They dont even know all the brands they carry or items in the showroom. You walk in or make an appointment. They assign you to a sales associate. They must work on commissions because if you are frustrated with the lack of knowledge from your service agent then you can't ask someone else for information. I walked in the store and knew exactly what I was looking for A thermostatic valve for the shower remodel. I knew I wanted a round handle and the thermostatic valve to have a push button not a toggle lever style. They said nothing like that existed. She kept pushing me to review a wall of 2 brands rather then other items in the store. I expained it does exist and showed a picture of the one I had at home. I walked around the show room on my own when i could finally ditch the idiot. And I found it on the wall. I pointed it to her to get pricing information and she said she couldn't help. I left the store pissed and not going back. Their loss. I have now spent 8K in bathroom fixtures and I am not even done with my purchases so far for this bathroom remodel What an idiot. I even called NewPort Brass corporate to complain about the customer service from this autorized retailer. I asked NewPort Brass corp who is their largest authroized retailer on the west coast. It was easier for me to fly home visit my parents in LA and go shopping for bath fixtures in CA where sales associates know their materials in the interior designer district. Some of the worst service I have had from an appliance company. We purchased an entirely new set of kitchen appliances and needed service on 4 of them within the first year - including issues that should have been detected on install. Their TrueBlue service doesn't help anything move faster. In each of our dealings with them we have had to constantly follow up in order to have them even schedule service. We are currently two weeks out from reaching out to them about our kitchen range not working. I would really avoid this company. read more

There have been only a handful of times I have been compelled to write a review for a company. I feel that the folks at Ferguson deserve recognition and praise for the help and service they have provided during our full house remodel. It started with Don who was in charge of our kitchen appliances. He and Kelly (cabinet department) met at our house and after discussing our project and our vision, it quickly changed from paint and floors to redoing the entire kitchen (and subsequently our entire house). This was not an up sell but rather two experienced people taking the time to listen to what we wanted and helping us understand that paint would not fix our kitchen (or the rest of our house for that matter), at least not to the expectation that we had. Shortly afterward, we met Chris to help us design and order our cabinets. He worked hard to expedite the process as we had to get them ordered before the holidays. Steven, in hardware and plumbing spent hours with us finding the right bathroom hardware and cabinet pulls. He has a keen eye and style that worked well with our taste. We ended up spending a lot of time at Ferguson and it was time well spent. The Bellevue showroom has many models of appliances, bathroom fixtures, light fixtures and cabinets that you can see and touch which is important when outfitting your home. Most importantly though, is the expertise of each of the individuals of these departments that enhanced our remodel experience and result. We started the long, arduous process of a remodel and thankfully our first stop was Ferguson. Working with Ferguson and specifically with Micahl Mason was the easiest part of our entire process. Micahl was knowledgeable about every product, professional and honest. He was happy to help us when we pivoted, and was great about helping us find alternatives when items were unavailable for our timeframe. No mater how busy Micahl was, he made us feel like a priority and followed up when he said he would. The entire showroom staff was super to work with, those who coordinated deliveries and those who delivered were all great. The whole experience was A+. We are trying to remodel our bathroom to accommodate our daughter's wheelchair. We went to Ferguson showroom in Bellevue. They told us they didn't have anything there and just look on the website. Obviously we had already looked at the website and were hoping to get some further information other than the pictures on the website. For example maybe a typical shower pan thickness to compared to an ADA shower pan. Anything to help make an educated decision. If they aren't willing to help people needing ADA products they should not sell them. read more

We had a great experience with Ferguson! From them accomodating appointments during covid and making us feel safe while we were there, to the ease of website searching prior to our appointment to get ideas and expert advice from EDGAR while we were in the showroom so as to make the right choices, it's been a top notch experience. Even the online ordering process and shipping notifications are easy and intuitive. I had to call about the order and even the 1-800 support was great! We even had the majority of our product on our door step in 48 hours. All around, very impressive. We'll be back for sure! read more

Pretty showroom and fun place to look for higher-end products. Our contractor recommended we go here, but next project we'll definitely head somewhere else. Our visit to the showroom mirrored many other reviewers' visits (salespeople chatting with each other or nowhere to be found). We wandered for 20 minutes before finally literally standing in front of someone to get their attention. And then it took another 10 minutes before they found someone to help us. We spent over $1000 on fixtures for a new shower. When the contractor went to install the fixture that turns the water on and off (no idea what it's called) it didn't work. On position turned the water on, but off position did not turn the water off completely. So I called Ferguson. Took me a few attempts to get through to someone in customer service and I was told: "Oh, sorry, you'll have to contact Grohe directly for that." Excuse me??? If I had bought a bad fixture at Home Depot or Lowes or anywhere else, I would have returned it to the store and they would have immediately given me a new one. What I expected (and what any customer-oriented store would do) is that Ferguson would contact their warehouse and have a new one shipped (overnight shipping, if possible) and arrange with me to return the defective one. We purchased it from Ferguson, it's their responsibility to give us a new one. But nope, "go deal with the manufacturer." Wow. Just, wow. Still telling friends this story (none of whom will probably shop there, btw). After contacting Grohe (and arranging to have them send us a replacement part) I emailed our salesperson at Ferguson. This was on Tuesday evening. I heard nothing back on Wednesday. Nothing on Thursday. On Friday morning the part arrived and our contractor returned to install it (and luckily it worked). On Friday evening at almost 6 PM (essentially 3 full days later) I got an email from the salesperson saying essentially, "Oh, so sorry. Would you like me to contact the manufacturer for you?" Give me a break. I'm going to guess they knew we'd already received the part from Grohe. The whole thing was just such a bad experience. Will definitely go somewhere else when we do future projects. read more

So frustrated with the poor service from start to finish. Purchased a combination of bluestar, sub zero, Miele appliances for our new home. Our sub zero refrigerator was delivered and left on our patio for 6 days because the delivery crew couldn't tip it to clear the garage door opening. Each refrigerator had a water line for ice, 1 out of 4 was hooked up and neither of our dishwashers were hooked up to completion despite paying for installation. Installation really consisted of plugging the units in. The bluestar 60" range can only be used on the lowest setting because either poor calibration or just poor design of the appliance, I will be reaching out directly to Bluestar because 3 emails and a phone call have gone unanswered from Hope, our salesperson at Ferguson. Very disappointing, spend your money at another appliance store. read more

Customer Service? I don't think so! I started out writing a poor review of the Bellevue Ferguson's Bath, Kitchen & Lighting company but after reading all the previous reviews dating from as far back as 2013 to March 2020, WHAT'S THE USE! When a company repeatedly shows you who they are - believe them. Based on comments, Ferguson isn't a customer-centric company and with so many 1-star Yelp reviews, neither do they care about product quality or their company's reputation. I wonder if their manufacturers are aware of Ferguson's reputation in this community. Hmmm! Maybe the manufacturers don't care either as long as the consumer is buying the manufacturers' products. Communication is critical. After a confirmed appointment was cancelled by phone last week, we were told there would be an Open House today (6/29) in the Showroom from 10-5 PM. Today's date would be sooner than the next available appointment. Anticipating the Open House, we arrived before noon - to locked doors. Knocking on the windows brought no one to the door even though we could see people in the back, A person visible from the door on the computer never looked up, the company's telephone number listed on the door flyer was "not a working number" when called. The company's 'A' frame sign in the parking lot had the correct phone number but the Call Center couldn't reach anyone inside the Showroom to answer. We were told to knock on the window. FIFTEEN-min later, a sales associate came to the door. After explaining the scenario that brought us there, we were told - there's no Open House today, they were all booked up for the day for appointments, there would be an Open House on Wednesday. When we insisted we did have an appointment that was cancelled because the sales person had double booked herself and told us there would be an Open House today for the public. The associate left to talk with his manager and returned a few minutes later with the same comments, except the Open House is now next Monday (not Wednesday as he had previously stated). Another Yelp review about Ferguson echoed our sentiments and today's experience. The reviewer wrote: "Take your money and patronize a business who appreciates ALL customers." Our contractor chose Ferguson so we had no choice when building our new home. It's a nice showroom and the sales staff are helpful. But their selection is poor - many things that are available from other companies are not available here. And their prices, even with the contractor's discount, are higher than other stores, sometimes ridiculously so. In fact, we were twice quoted a price higher than the ones listed on their own web site. Embarrassingly, I had to actually haggle with them - via my contractor - on the price, and got over $1000 lopped off, which was still above what we would have paid with any number of other companies. read more

I wanted to start by saying I gave Bellevue Ferguson additional star because we were able to get our money back. We had a dilemma with Bellevue location. The whole order was messed up. 1. We ordered Thermador fridge with salesperson specifically telling him WHITE inside, no water dispenser. Received STAINLESS STEEL inside and the freezer door had hole for water dispenser even though our fridge didn't have one. Now I have constant fingerprints on inside of my fridge and it's a pain to wash off those spots. They told us we got updated model (but thats not what we ordered, you cant just replace without confirming with a customer). We just didn't want to fight with Ferguson about it because we had a much much worse problem. Received oven+speed oven appliances with rats poop inside and appliances smelled like pee. Once the pee is there, you cant make it go away. They wanted to blame us that we have rats in garage (thats where we kept sealed appliances like they were delivered until kitchen was ready). We lived in our home for 8 years and never had a single rat/mice in garage. Appliances were firmly sealed, not a single hole when we inspected them but when we opened the boxes, the poop just rolled brr. Rodents were inside speed oven and there was also some tiny red bugs/worm inside of speed oven. All appliances (oven, speed & fridge were stored in garage for same time, no rats in fridge). After fighting with them for over 4 months, they replaced us with broken/damaged/used appliances even though we paid money for new. They told us they were new, but we could see speed oven was taken apart all scratched up on the sides and it smelled burned when working and made electricity shocking clicking sound. It was delivered very dusty/black dust. We didn't even install the oven because it was received damaged in 3 spots on front. They told us these models can't be found in the whole USA that they were replaced by newer models. I think they meant Ferguson didn't have them, but other dealers had them. We got our money back, but since our cabinets are custom to these appliances, we needed exact models. I never bought appliances straight from internet, but we had no option. There were 2 companies offering them, and the one with bunch of bad reviews was the company that delivered us brand new, not a single scratch appliances 3 weeks later. That company kept us informed about whereabouts and status of our order through email. Every step! (with Ferguson we had to keep emailing salesperson every month for 7 months asking where is it a d sometimes twice because no one responded for days). We spent Christmas and Easter without oven and microwave because of Ferguson. The 2 major holidays where I always invite family over. This dilemma also prevented me from cooking/baking and posting new recipes online and that's where our income comes. It impacted my business. In the past for so many years we always sent people to Ferguson for appliances and everything they needed for their remodel because we had great experience with them 8 yrs ago when we did remodel in our home, unfortunately this door closes for us. Ferguson is no more to us. We lost our loyalty to them and we no longer feel confident sending people their way. I just don't want anyone to go through what we went through. read more

On Friday, no delivery was made when called I was told driver had an accident a few days ago, as I had another company waiting to install unit. I was told that delivery would have to be made on Monday and still no delivery. Now, telling me Tuesday. What a JOKE. I work out of state and it's really inconvenient and very unprofessional of this company. After talking to management and explaining situation, I was told I would get delivery today. He made the product selection so easy and by the end of the visit l was completely set up with a fabulous selection of cohesive products that match my style choices and the installation locations. Edgar also is following through with my contractor to ensure stock availability and timely shipping. Full service provision from beginning to end. The showroom is beautiful but l really required knowledgeable efficient service to navigate all the product selection and Edgar did a superior job of creating a successful visit to the Ferguson showroom! read more

This review is for the Bellevue showroom/store only. This was our first time at Ferguson - yes, lots to look at and choose from, so many options. We pretty much had a good idea what we wanted and needed for our remodel. We found the items rather quickly and was ready to make the purchases. We were passed off from one sales person to another one - and after telling them what we needed we placed the order. He placed the order and it was WRONG and OVER CHARGED. Got my name incorrect on the invoice as well. Sent 2 different sized sinks... Not 1 vanity, 1 sink and1 faucet - like we ordered, so the wait time was now longer. All the time back and forth, all the hassle and time correcting the invoices and orders. Bottom line - they overcharged us (even when they mentioned they would price match) and didn't honor it, they incorrectly ordered our items, got our names wrong and just all around was not a good experience. Not the customer service we expected from Ferguson. Disappointed to say the least. read more

I ordered products from Ferguson 6 weeks ago and was promised I'd have them in 2-3 weeks. Ferguson has since lost my products. Now they say they can't find my order. First they told me that I had already picked them up which wasn't true and then they told me they never received them from the manufacturer but I know that wasn't correct because I have the UPS tracking # which shows that Troy in their warehouse signed for it a week ago. I escalated this to their Manager Rick Davis and I'm waiting for a response from him. read more

Our salesperson Edgar was very knowledge and made the whole experience fun and easy. We ended up finding everything we needed here, including a toilet and pulls for the cabinets and drawers. Our GC recommended Ferguson so we purchased all of our faucets for two bathroom remodels there. Single biggest mistake we made on the remodel. We purchased American standard faucets, shower heads, etc and out of the 4 faucets we purchased, 3 of the stoppers did not work IMMEDIATELY on installation. There is a pulley type system on the stopper that is horrible. We contacted Ferguson that day and were told that since we installed them, they could not be returned. How else would you know they did not work???? I would have received better customer care from Lowes!! I thought we were going "higher end" but it turns out we just paid more for the worst service I have ever have. Update at 9 months, the stoppers do not work for more than a few weeks after plumber adjusts (which is pricey) and the finish is coming off! Ugh!!! read more

I purchased a $500 toilet online and after waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive, I called the online store and was told that they would have to file a claim with UPS. To make a long story short, after a month my toilet is still lost somewhere, but Ferguson refuses to issue me a refund or resend me a toilet. This is terrible customer service, has slowed my project (a month without a toilet is no laughing matter) and when speaking with representatives on the phone, they have been rude and unresponsive to my requests. You certainly can get some items cheaper online but the service and ideas they provide is well worth the little mark up plus they discount package deals. Go anywhere but here! The worst customer service! Sales reps NEVER return your calls. I actually had to go back to the store to talk to someone after placing my order. My contractor has an account here, otherwise I would have stayed with Fredrick's Appliance. Took serval phone calls to find out when my dishwasher was to be installed. No one ever told me two teams arrive for a dishwasher: a team to deliver and a team to install. Of course it isn't at the same time. I have other things to do than to wait for a second team to arrive that day for an install. A person calls and tells you when they are coming to do the install, no choice in dates. I waited almost two months for someone to call. When you leave a message saying that date is not doable for you, no one calls you back again til they have another firm date for install. I spent thousands of dollars with this company on bath fixtures for three bathrooms, etc. Sales rep didn't mention faucets on back order three months. She said it would take about two weeks to arrive. In the meantime time, contractor is held up. I would have rather have paid more for better service elsewhere. Horrible management in that they run their business this way! The fish rots from the head. read more
