Damaged our home and very challenging to get repairs. The reason I went with Arnold's Appliance was to have a local trusted company ensure a seamless experience, vs the higher availability/lower cost but risk associated with a Lowes or Home Depot messing up our house. However it made no difference: - Installers cut corners trying to remove old fridge through a tight corner without disassembly - Dinged up the house, ripped a hole into a railing, 8 or so medium to large gouges in drywall, and almost shattered a wall sconce - It took over a month to get repairs done, being told 3 separate times I'd be contacted and yet still having to follow up myself numerous times to make anything happen - Contracted repair company did a decent patch job, but the repair is obvious with paint not fully covering patches or blending into the rest of the wall When you buy an appliance, the implicit contract is that your home won't be damaged, and if it is, they will make it right ($), restore it to its prior condition, and own driving that process. It's still not repaired to it's prior condition, I've had to drive the entire process myself, and I've received no compensation for the headaches. read more

I bought a refrigerator for my garage in August. It froze everything on the top shelf. Arnold's arranged for a warranty repair through Frigidaire...... a rude repair guy came that needed to use a translator app just to try and communicate and says he'll order a part and come back in 5 days. It's been two weeks and no follow-up from repair company, called Frigidaire who said they'd contact the repair company and get back to me ........ they have not! I emailed salesperson asking him if this refrigerator will work in my garage, which is what it was sold to do, but the repair man says it won't...... no response in over 2 weeks from the repair company or Frigidaire. BEWARE!!! Rob our sales person at Arnold's Appliance in Bellevue, strung us along as we bought all new kitchen appliances. Once he got the sale, he gave my husband the wrong information regarding dates to get rebates, and later told me "he should have read the fine print, that's not my responsibility." That was after he denied it all to me on the phone. And then that was followed by a very rude and unprofessional comment by Rob to me. THEN...NOT TO CODE INSTALL- One ( of 3) young men who installed our vent hood and cooktop tried to tell us to wait until the backsplash went in before installing our cooktop. He saw the install was tight. Instead of doing it correctly, this same person suggested we just leave the front of the cooktop unattached, due to the challenging install. I said "No"- it needs to be installed correctly. They got it done- how well- ???? The Vent hood- omg- after telling this same guy that our marble countertops have a sealer that is still curing and to please not set anything on them..... I left for a few minutes and when I came back, he had put a blanket out of his truck onto the counter, set the very large hood on the blanket with 1/4 of it hanging off the edge and proceeded to start drilling into the vent hood! I went over and asked him to take it to the garage. His response " I need it in here so I can see better". When I said "No"- he got all upset, grabbed the vent off the blanket, swung it around and the corner put a nick in the brand new countertop. When install was finished and they had left- we were looking at the piping ( no cabinet doors on yet) and thought ' this looks terrible'. We had heard the other installer trying to get him to do things differently to his credit, but the main installer wouldn't listen. We called our trusted HVAC company who did some of the gas line prep. They came over and looked at it, took the wads of tape off and unveiled a TOTALLY shotty and NOT TO CODE job. He said we'd have gas fumes leaking into the house if it was left that way. Rob REFUSED to refund us for the install. We paid our trusty HVAC company another $400+ to undo the mess, fix the piping to how my husband asked Rob to do it in the first place, and how Rob said it would be done, and then tape it back up correctly. BOTTOM LINE--stay clear of Rob. And hire outside people to install. (One installer was pretty good. I'd suggest he find a better company to work for). The other installer needs to go back to training. Arnold's needs to train their installers better, and to listen when customers request things like "nothing on the counters please", and to do the installs correctly. This venting install was dangerous in regards to gas fumes leaking into the kitchen/ house. On another note... would it be so hard to have the guys put shoe covers on when in the house? On top of everything else, they dropped dirt / ? on the floor from their shoes. Thank you to our HVAC Company who sets the bar high and always puts shoe covers on every time they come in. read more

Literally after saying hello his next words "it's going to take up to a year to get appliances" oh I said maybe show us products that might not take that long. Easy no pressure sales. We knew what we wanted. We had to call only once to check on delivery of our fridge. The process was quite seamless. They came and removed our door and set up our fridge and tossed all the plastic garbage too for us. IN addition, they moved the old fridge into the garage for us. The delivery date was May 17, 2021. Then, New delivery date of June 8th (confirmed as in transit. In transits generally means that my order is pick/pack/shipped only needs to arrive). Phone call today and now my status was two revisions/notes: "September" and no confirmed date. How does my in-transit order move to revised status? Did GE re-route my order or did Arnold's Appliance. If you are considering Arnold's Appliance, "run". If this situation improves, I will happily revise this review. For now - I strongly do not recommend Arnold's Appliances in Bellevue Washington. I generally avoid negative reviews and only celebrate the wonderful companies in the PNW that are credible. This has been an unfortunate experience. read more

We met with Brent over the summer and he advised us as to which fridge would be best, so we were already well informed when our fridge ultimately died a very painful death just after the new year. Despite knowing what we wanted, the issue became one of supply and we were looking at over 1 month of living out of a cooler in our basement while we waited for delivery. However, Brent was able to perform a virtual miracle and arranged for our fridge to be delivered within 5 days. Then on delivery day, when we were bumped due to staffing shortages, Brent was able to pull in an extra crew for a last minute delivery and installation. The crew, I might add were absolutely excellent also. We received precisely the level of customer service that made us choose Arnold's Appliance in the first place! P.S. Being that I don't want to go inside a store during the pandemic, I went to Arnold's website to find a gas stove and then called them up. Buying something this significant without seeing it in person is something I almost never do. Troy was helpful on the phone, as well as over email to take care of the paperwork. There never was a gap in communication. Because of the pandemic, we also went over a health checklist to protect my family and their workers. I felt incredibly valued and understood. The crew arrived at 9:00am and wrapped up at 9:30! This included removing my old gas stove, installing a new one, and testing the installation for any gas leaks. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and communicated clearly. They also gave instructions on how to break in the stove before they left. They wore masks and gloves properly and didn't touch their masks during the installation (which is easy to do and can cause the spread of the virus), I could not have asked for a better sales experience or installation process! read more

I checked their web site to find a new refrigerator. My 20 year old refrigerator died a untimely death last week. It seems all the refrigerators today have only a one year warranty and they all appear to have been made in China or Mexico. Every site I check all sell the same refrigerators so the only difference I can see is service after sales, and the buyer is not going to know this at time of purchase. I read all the feedback from buyers on every site that sells refrigerators and I didn't fine one refrigerator that was all 5 star outstanding or 4 star good. This is a lousy time to buy a refrigerator. This site said today the refrigerators were on sale. I found that the "sale" price is the same price I found a week ago on this site. I want to shout out about an amazing installation story I experienced today. We received appliances from Arnold's Appliance today and had some folks from "One Time Appliance" (I think that was their name). Three great guys and chief among them was Uri... he was an amazing problem solver. Honestly, I didn't want to present challenges for him to solve when he arrived but my house provided and he was up to the challenges. He went above and beyond in many ways as well (tightened up a few appliances that were not secured well, added some extra height to an appliance (with some wood) in order to make it fit perfectly. Basically, I can't say enough good things about Uri and his crew. Arnold's Appliance was a nice place but their installers made me true believers. I purchased a refrigerator during the era that is COVID19. Both Troy and Alex were incredibly helpful in sending me photos, describing the product, and expediting delivery (my other refrigerator died on me so I was completely without refrigeration). Purchase and setting up delivery was easy. The delivery men were also great, friendly, wore face masks, and made sure it looked 100% in its place. They only charge $60 for delivery and hauling away your other fridge. Only reason it is not 5 stars is I wish the delivery men would have worn booties over their shoes so they didn't track dirt into the house but that is a small thing. I feel it is necessary to shout out Arnolds Appliance in Bellevue, specifically, Ted Biery the store manager. On Wednesday, our LG refrigerator just stopped working. I scrambled to get a technician to come out and diagnose the problem. I was told it would cost a minimum of $1200 to fix it. With a refrigerator full of food and an upcoming event I was hosting, I needed a miracle. I called around, but only Arnolds in Bellevue, specifically Ted Biery, made the impossible possible. Despite the fact that it was 5 PM on Wednesday evening, Ted immediately gave me his mobile number, I texted him the specifics of the refrigerator I needed, he took the time to FaceTime with me, and we found a floor model in my budget that met all my specs and requirements. As if that wasn't enough, Ted pulled off the ultimate miracle by getting it on a delivery truck and having it delivered to my house the next day. (Dennis and Roper who delivered the refrigerator, did an exceptional job delivering the new one, removing the old one, navigating several areas with steps; kind, cordial, professional, and not one scratch anywhere!) Not only is it difficult to get professional and kind customer service anywhere these days, but ted's interest in helping me out and delivering the impossible exceeded all of my expectations. Your first impression is the sales person in any retail store. Troy was the first person of contact. He was condescending and rude! If you are a person of color in Bellevue expect to be profiled. He followed us around the store as if we were going to run out with a subzero on our back. I was talking to my husband and Troy would rudely interrupt with his inappropriate comments. Go to Albert Lee's their selection for SubZero and Wolf appliances were much more vast than Arnold's and service in Seattle was much more welcoming. read more

Mike was a fantastic saleman, even during the pandemic. He was patient with me while waiting the 9 months to get our oven. All of appliances are wonderful, still figuring out all the electronics on them, but they are great. Three stars because of the delivery guys and the customer service upon delivery and afterwards. The first three appliances were brought and remained in the garage until contractor staff were ready to install. When the oven arrived, construction guys were gone, so Arnold's delivery guys were to set up. While putting brace in the wall, he punctured a water and we had a small flood in the kitchen. I got the towels and husband shut off the water at the main. This was truly an accident. They made the calls to Arnold's who promised us that they would get someone there as quickly as possible. Next morning (16 hours without showers and/or toilets), two new guys showed up to take pictures and cut sheetrock. Plumber not available for TEN DAYS!!!!! Arnold's agreed to pay anyone WE could find to fix the pipe. We contacted our guys and got a plumber out in about 2 hours. He fixed the pipe within about an hour. Three days later OUR guys came back out to replace the sheet rock and get the wall back into shape. Have heard nothing from Arnold's to see where we stand on our oven install. Apparently, they don't care about after-care when they damage a water line and cut a whole in the wall to "assess it". Good thing we had "guys", otherwise we would be going into six days with no water/showers/toilets/etc. Arnold's is great upfront, the backend needs serious customer service training. read more

We purchased a fridge from Arnold's Appliance, Gabe/Dan/Tom/Brad are our pro crew helping us took out the 32 year old fridge in a low ceiling kitchen and installed a brand new 48*84 big boy perfectly. Arnold's Appliance installed a gas stove to my new townhouse. One of the anchors was drilled into a sewer pipe and caused a water leak. It is a lot of work to fix the issue, ripping the cabinet off, removing the drywall, repairing the pipe, drying the inside wall, fixing the floor, fixing the ceiling and wall downstairs, etc. They didn't provide any assistance even though they caused all of the issues. read more

I am very happy with Arnold's Appliance. I went in looking for a dishwasher. I had already narrowed down the manufacturers that had good consumer reviews. Alex was great in walking me though the differences and the pros and cons of the higher and lower cost models. In comparing pricing to online I believe that I got a very fair price that included installation. That leads me to a big thank you to Alex (different from the sales Alex) who came this morning to install the dishwasher. He did a great job. He made adjustments to make the dishwasher fit into the space better than my old dishwasher. He talked me through differences in how the new dishwasher will drain and how it was connecting through the garbage disposal. He made some recommendations about using leak detectors under sinks, behind washing machines and near the hot water heater...Above and beyond. read more

So only some of what they have on display are available unless you want a floor model. We found a product we think we can use. They gave us a delivery date before Thanksgiving!
