It leaked on its very FIRST USE (installed at 5 PM, leaked at 7 PM), causing over $34,000 in water damage to my floors, walls, and subfloor. I immediately sent video evidence, photos, and made multiple calls. After receiving the video, the owner stopped responding completely--no returned calls, no follow-up. I bought a washer and dryer set. Brand new but had a couple dents. Works great! They loaded them for me and wrapped them in plastic as it was raining. The next day I used the dryer and it had a banging noise because it was dented. So I called them and that day they drove down to my house and brought me a new dryer. Fortunately they were able to just fix the dent in my dryer and didn't have to replace it. There customer service and products are amazing. They have great warranty packages and prices. This company offered LG pedestals for washers on offer up for $80. I drove all the way out to the store and was told by a lady who identified herself as the owner that the post was old and she tried to sale me a set of the pedestals for $240. She wasn't interested in keeping me as a customer due to the businesses incorrect information. Customer Service is just as important if not more than product. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Don't expect them to hold anything for you. I had a dishwasher on hold and they were selling it to another customer when I arrived. I had to drive 45 minutes in traffic to get here before they closed. They were supposed to have the dishwasher on hold for me until the end of the day and asked me to come before 6. I showed up at 5:30 to be told that the model sold. They made no attempt to call or message me to tell me. They even had my phone number in the hold. read more

My dryer went out on me this morning and I had a full load in the washer. I spent all day driving around to different discount appliance stores trying to find a nice set. No where had any sets until I went to Appliances 4 less and they had a lot more inventory than the rest of the places I shopped at. The gal was very kind and super knowledgeable on the products and helped me pick the perfect set. I am pregnant and can't do any heavy lifting so they loaded it all up in my truck and even used the tie down straps that I had in the truck and also cardboard to protect the appliances/bed of my truck. I went home and immediately was able to finish my laundry and I love my new washer/dryer! They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be back for future appliance purchases and recommend them to my family and friends! read more

First off, we love our front loading washer and dryer. The washer had a small scrape on the door and the dryer was brand new, in the box. We also bought a standing freezer. It had several scrapes, dents. Took it home and waited before plugging it in. Nothing. It never started. We tried another outlet. Same problem. We kept it plugged in all night. Still nothing almost 24 hours later. I called and spoke to the person who sold it to us. He seemed to want to put it on us. Finally, I told him it wasn't us, it was the freezer. Brought it back in and we were unable to get it credited back to the finance company as the sales guy thought there would be problems, etc. He said that they always test their products and it worked before. Soooo, he went and plugged it in and it wouldn't start. Was going to try to get one from another store. Nope, we didn't want to experience the same problem. Luckily, my husband found a small refrigerator/freezer that met his needs. We had to pay an additional $100 for it. We would go back again, but would be leary on purchasing anything with major dents, etc. One more thing: If the customer has tried everything, and the product still doesn't work, it would be nice to be believed rather than someone not believing the customer. read more

My fridge broke down in this hot summer and I was desperate to find a fridge right away. All the typical stores (HD,Bestbuy, etc) do not have deliveries available on the same day or next day. Luckily I heard about Appliances 4 Less, and drove there in the morning. Our fridge was not a typical size, but they have a good inventory, among 30+ fridges there, I was able to find several that fit. The prices are almost half off, so we naturally had some concerns. The owner was very helpful, and he explained clearly the reasons for the price cut, and the warranties they have for it, which cleared our concern. They also did the test and made sure it was working fine before they deliver it on the same day. Great experience, great price. Definitely top 1 go-to place for future appliances shopping. read more

We purchased a refrigerator here. We came one day and were helped while in the store. We came back and we asked lots of questions each time. We don't own a truck. We had a refrigerator that was leaking that we decided to move to our garage. We asked about delivery. They asked where we lived and we told them 5 miles away. They told us oh it's only $49 to deliver. They said they would even install the water line for us. They gave us a new water line. We said great. They asked if we needed to take old refrigerator away, we said no. We said we have new floors and we want to make sure they don't get scraped when the new fridge comes. Do you have blankets or moving sheets when you deliver. Jeffrey said it's not us it's a third party delivery company. We said do they have those kinds of things. Jeffrey assured us they did. So we buy the fridge, we wait for them to call us about the delivery. No call. So we wait a few days. Finally it's the weekend and I call and they say "we can deliver it on Saturday." Okay. You can deliver it on Saturday? Yes they say. I said great, what time? Can you give us a window so we know if we can run errands? They say yes between 9:30 and 11:30. Great! So Saturday morning we move our other fridge into the garage through our front door. With our own dolly. Then the phone rings and it's Jeffrey (I guess he's delivering it now??) He informs me that they will arrive in the next 15 minutes. by this time it's about 10:30am. I say great! I tell my husband they are on the way. Less than 5 minutes later he calls back and says he's sorry but "they" forgot that they have another delivery near the store. He wants me to know it's now going to be more like 2 hours more. What in the WHAT?? I say okay but you told us a window of 9:30 to 11:30am and now it's going to be 12:30 or 1pm? That's not what you communicated. So we go around and round. Finally I relent and say okay whatever. So they show up with a open Uhaul trailer and our fridge on the back. An older small man and Jeffrey. Um.. okay. They get it off their uhaul trailer. They get it on to our front porch, and decide it wont fit. (We know it wont fit because we just moved our old fridge out and we took the front doors off. They aren't even attempting to do that. We talk about the floors again. They bring in a blanket to prevent any scrapes on our new flooring. And then they say take your front door off. Okay, fine. we attempt to take our front door off, which will take us some time. We are trying to get the front door off. We are 5 minutes in. And the older man says to Jeffrey something we don't understand it's not in english. Then Jeffrey says to us. We only deliver to your front porch. WHAT?? Why did you bring the blanket inside the house? We did you tell us to start taking our front door off the hinges? Why did you measure our garage door leading into the kitchen if you only deliver to the front porch??!! Also, Why did we get charged a delivery fee if you're not delivering it? At the store you said you werent the person delivering it, but clearly you are. We spoke to you. You said they would install the water line too. Which you gave us. So the older guy is talking back and forth with Jeffrey, and Jeffrey is saying sorry this is my boss. I'm just the translator. I'm furious at this point. WE paid $50 for you to bring it to our porch?!! We could have rented our own truck and brought it to our porch. We paid you $49 to put it in the place it's going to reside. Again, Jeffrey keeps telling me that this guy is the boss, he can't do anything about it. And they are in a hurry. They have no more refrigerators on this open trailer they just rented from Uhaul??? And they now all of a sudden mid delivery only deliver to the front porch. They got their dolly from below our fridge and started leaving. OH but wait.....Jeffrey walks back to our porch where we are looking at each other trying to figure out how to get the front doors off the new refrigerator so we can fit it through the door. Jeffrey walks back to say..... he needs $49.00 for the "delivery" charge. Yah, super hard to believe it's a third party delivering anything. And super hard to believe that we coughed up $49.00 but we did. I regret my decision!!!! read more
