If I could give this place a negative five stars I would!!! I have bought a couple appliances from this place. However, I always came with a truck to haul them away. This time I asked about their delivery service, I was qouted a price and given a date and delivery window, which was two days later. I was fine with that eventhough it was a five hour window. When I called on the day of delivery two hours in I was told that my wash machine was on the truck and on the way, and that the driver would call me when they were an hour away. After waiting for the whole five hours no one called me and no one delivered my item. I called back and the lady stated oh maybe their running a little late YOU THINK? So I asked if they could have the delivery person call and give me an ETA. She put me on hold and TJ came on the line and said he would call me back in a few minutes to let me know how much longer it would be. Well that never happened the store closed without calling me back. I called the next morning and TJ answered and I asked why he never called me back he began to deflect and talk about how he told the drivers to give me a call. I stopped him to remind him he was the one who was suppose to call me RIGHT BACK. I asked again when can you deliver my appliance, he told me he did not have anyone in today who could do the delivery"It's sitting right here all I need is someone to deliver it to you." HOLD UP!! You told me it was on the truck and out for delivery today why is it still in your store? He could not explain why. He stated he would try to get someone out later in the day then he asked what would be a good time for me. I said YESTERDAY AND ANY TIME THERE AFTER. Needless to say they still did not deliver my machine that was saturday. On monday at 11am I called to inquire about the same delivery the older lady said let me get TJ. He gets on the phone and states the washer is on the truck for delivery. I ask why didn't anyone call me to let me know this and schedule a time I would be able to be there. He asked how early would I like to have the delivery I said NOW. Again he states they are at one stop and I will be the next one. OH AND I WILL HAVE THEM GIVE YOU A CALL!! REALLY!! Totally unimpressed with their customer service. After FIRST sending an e-mail asking if they carried a specific freezer, I NEVER HEARD BACK. I then called and asked if they received my e-mail. They did. The lady said she would make sure someone got my message. AGAIN, NEVER HEARD BACK. Being a REPEAT CUSTOMER, I won't annoy them again. I ordered a front-loading washer from them, and the service was great. I called less than a week later to order a pedestal for it. Six weeks later I called to inquire about it and was told that it was due in the next day. I found that fishy seeing as over a month had passed but I chalked it up to being a coincidence. I was informed that it would be delivered on Tuesday, which didn't happen. I called today, Wednesday and was told it would definitely be delivered today. Guess what isn't here? I love it when I am on a mission to find something and you walk in somewhere and BAM, it's clearly THE ONE. We got a fantastic fridge for our offices here and it was super easy to deal with the knowledgeable and friendly salesperson working. He even offered to deliver it for free since we were so close by. We did have a pretty confusing all day run-around with their driver but once it arrived, they installed it and it was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another purchase but do expect to be flexible with when the item arrives if you choose delivery. read more

Was referred to this place from friends who had purchased a washer dryer. Needed a frig ASAP called Sears and was told earliest they could deliver anything was Friday. TJ was my sales person very knowledgeable price comparable, was able to deliver on Wed. versus Friday. Delivery and set up included and took out old frig. Mauriticia the delivery person was polite and within a couple of hours had my old frig out which was tough doors had to be removed, set up my ice maker and Whirlpool frig was installed. I wanted a Whirlpool because my last one lasted for 15 years. Just what I wanted and I would rather support a family owned local business then a big box store. We need to support local businesses! In case I have any problems I know I will be dealing with someone who knows his products. read more

Fortunately my fridge died on a 4day weekend. I was referred here, and made the drive. I knew what I wanted from looking online first. TJ was helpful and kind. I paid and agreed to a Monday delivery (3 days away), but got an early call that it could be delivered today (less than 24 hrs from purchase). Although they were late, the young man came right in to take out the old. I then expected him to bring in the new, but he was in the driveway 90mins trying to change the door from L to R (maybe that should have been done at the store). I had to ask why, not having the proper tools. We installed to wait for someone to come fix in 2 days. That's great since I haven't had food for 5 days. I am satisfied. I've never heard of this place until two weeks ago when my fiancé and I were in a time crunch and needed to find a specific Frigidaire fridge model for the new home we were moving into three days later. We quickly shopped around and called Lowe's, Albert Lee, Best Buy, and Sears, and they either didn't carry it anymore or sold it for more than we were willing to pay AND couldn't deliver and install until a week or so later. I was going to call Fry's, but my fiancé hated all of his past experiences with them, so I Yelped around and stumbled upon Appliance Distributors. We decided to take our chances, even though there weren't enough Yelp reviews to vouch for them. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the gentleman we dealt with on the phone. He didn't have the fridge we were looking for in the store the day we called, but he was confident he could get it the next day and could deliver in two days. Most importantly, his price tag on it came in $300 lower than the lowest one out of the major appliance stores we had previously contacted, and there was no delivery charge! I'm not gonna lie -- I was a bit worried it could be too good to be true, so I made sure we got a receipt via email, and even then -- perhaps because the receipt was not sent until two days later and was handwritten! -- I was a bit scared something bad would happen. I was worried for nothing! They showed up when they said they would and installed our brand new fridge with no issues! Thanks to Yelp for leading me to these guys. I will never step foot in this place again unless I'm desperate. As a very handy female, I have repaired three of my appliances. Walked in with an older gentleman friend. I was looking for a new or used dishwasher. When I asked about buying used, he gave me the diatribe about how hard it is to repair them. I told him I stripped my old dishwasher down to the motor and pump to clean it out (time consuming and technical). He dismissed that effort and then proceeded to talk directly to my older male companion NEVER once looking at me standing facing him. It was like I was a ghost and not a customer with money to spend! This type of female-ignoring/ male-bonding b.s. behavior I thought had gone away and Tim O. is at an age to know better. I will tell all I know, especially women, to avoid this rude behavior and not buy there. Stock was really low and and pricing for one unit wasn't any different than Home Depot. I have been looking at a lot of dishwashers. Also need a range. Not here!!! read more

A really great place for appliances! They don't have a fancy showroom set up but they do have great prices and even better service. TJ is extremely knowledgable about all the appliances and is top notch with his focus on customer service! He was honest on delivery dates and everything showed up exactly when he said, installed perfectly, and the old stuff taken away for recycling. These guys have taken great care of me many times. Great prices, and helpful advice. They have told me in a few occations including today how to repair my appliance myself. My first purchase was because Sears also lied and told me my machine was unrepairable and took it, when in fact the drain was clogged. Here at this store I told them I am mechanically inclined, so he walked me through it. It was just as he explained and I fixed it in 30 mins. ****That saved me a few hundred bucks replacing it like Affordable Appliance on 216th and Pac Highway Seatac said. I told them I had a whirlpool 80 series and they told me the main electronic board went out. Lie, this machine doesn't have a electronic board. He was just scaring me into a sale. I went there and I will review them. Rude! So leaving there I went back up to Appliance distributors to see if they were still there. I couldn't find them on google and thought they had closed. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Made promises and didn't keep them. No way to run a business. Here's the story: I called on a Thursday to order a Whirlpool Fridge. Spoke to "TJ"...he gave me a price (it was slightly higher than another option) and a delivery date (monday--A DAY before others could get it and the day I was able to take off work). So, gave him my credit card info and thought it was all good. Did I mention that the reason I needed a fridge was MY OLD ONE WAS NOT WORKING...had been out for a week. Well, a couple of days later TJ calls back to tell me that he can't get the fridge....doesn't understand why. There are 400+ of these fridges sitting an hour away....but (for reasons he doesn't understand) his order to the distribution center didn't take. After multiple phone calls TJ tells me that not only can't he deliver the fridge on the promised date, when he does deliver it, it's going to cost $270 more! What?! My experience was truly awful. Appliance distributors never called me to confirm a specific install time, having previously only provided a date. After I called the day of the service and was given an arrival time of 3-4p, the tech arrived 35min late, without calling before his arrival (as they had said he would). After he disconnected my existing dishwasher and went back to his unmarked old minivan to get the new one, I discovered he had brought the wrong dishwasher. He insisted I let him install it anyway. When I said no, he got very angry, and then tried to steel my existing dishwasher while I wasn't looking. I had to physically stop him from walking out of my home with my existing dishwasher. After he had left, I realized he had disconnected the old dishwasher without first turning off the electricity and left live wires poking out into my kitchen while he was doing the work. I have a 16 month old daughter and a dog and this is a serious safety hazard. He left my existing dishwasher (which was intermittently working before his arrival) in my living room, he left my kitchen a mess having taken everything out of the cabinet, he left water in the cabinet, on the floor, and he left my dishtowel in a wet ball under my sink. this is the vendor your cheap property management company is going with because they have low low low prices. they also have poor poor poor service, call you "bud", promise delivery over 3 days - swearing the truck in en-route, etc., when, in hind sight, you realize that they got to be making this info up. they would appear to have no advanced logistics and actually have very little status info from their (apparently) unreliable drivers. i think their main job is to keep me at home waiting for them. read more

This was a fantastic place to purchase our new dishwasher. After a frustrating experience at SEARs where my husband and I ended having to cancel our order we luckily found Appliance Distributors. From the first phone call to TJ to meeting Ken in the showroom and then having Ken personally install the dishwasher the service and knowledge of their products was top notch! Not only that we saved over $200 and got a better dishwasher than the one we would have gotten form SEARs. And, not for a minute did we feel like were being sold.
