    Love the new Miele stove.

    What can make an outstanding product even better? Getting the MOST out of all the advanced features. The folks at the Miele Experience Center provide outstanding service and training. We recently renovated our kitchen and purchased a large 8 burner Miele stove and a dishwasher. My wife is a very competent cook and loves her new stove, but she is also immunocompromised. So, due to Covid we deferred getting hands on instructions for the new stove and dishwasher. When I asked Jennifer at the Center if anything could be done she immediately volunteered to provide 1 on 1 instruction with full individual protection gear. My wife went down there and learned not just tons about the new stove but also some hands on advice on how to use the dishwasher -- including fitting the stovetop racks into it for thorough cleaning. SUPER helpful, practical advice, delivered VERY professionally. EXCELLENT. Now, that is the kind of service that endears true customer loyalty.

It's been two weeks and no follow-up from repair company, called Frigidaire who said they'd contact the repair company and get back to me ........ they have not! I emailed salesperson asking him if this refrigerator will work in my garage, which is what it was sold to do, but the repair man says it won't...... no response in over 2 weeks from the repair company or Frigidaire. So frustrating!

Sure it is theoretically possible that I carefully unwrapped the bubble wrap, took a hammer to the door on a fridge that I've waited over a month for, then rewrapped it carefully for no reason, but... have you heard of Occam's Razor? Don't you think your "customer is liable for all damages unless proven" replacement policy is a bit draconian? "We offered to assist by providing a replacement panel at cost [so] we do feel our team worked to resolve this issue to the best of our ability". So in other words, a door that is literally less that the 3% credit card transaction fee of the order is damaged, and you are doubling down on the stance that the VERY BEST you can do is to SELL me another door. Nice.

For a some extra fee he was able to arrange next day service. The two installers who arrived today, William and Anthony were amazing. They measured carefully to ensure that the refrigerator would fit before they unboxed the refrigerator. They were gracious and efficient and even suggested a way we could solve a problem with a drawer really close to the refrigerator. This was not our first exprerience at Metropolitan Appliance, and it won't be the last. The professionalism of both the sales staff and the installers was outstanding.

According to the salesman, that means it's at the warehouse, theoretically available for same day pickup, but Frederick's only goes to the warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and then customer pickup is the following day. OK fine, the item I wanted on Wednesday should be available for pickup on Friday. Except it wasn't. It just wasn't on the truck - no explanation, no reason why, just "well maybe we can get it next Tuesday. No thank you. I cancelled the order and purchased from Wayfair. I would love to support a local business but not when their practices are sloppy and downright deceptive.

CPS has been a miserable partner in supporting their warranty policy but Fredericks did everything to could to get some level of compliance. Would go back to Fredericks for all future appliance needs without hesitation and understand they are no longer affiliated with CPS.

This month Habitat for Humanity store- Bellevue was selected, and what a fantastic day I had getting to know the team and volunteering. I was initially saddened to learn we wouldn't be helping build a project, but once the store team provided insight on how the donations, volunteers, and purchases from customers help make those projects happen I grew overly excited. I was pleasantly stunned at how much inventory was on hand, but especially the great quality. Many of the items for sale were brand new, and priced unbelievably low regardless of the branded name. Whatever your reason maybe for considering to shop at this location just know the Bellevue team really care and take great pride in ensuring all items are checked, cleaned, and sanitized before placing on the floor for sale. I have plans to not only donate, but volunteer and shop here again; I highly recommend!
