However when I had to pivot due to size constraints I got quick recommendations at several price points. Now TBD if everything works out in the long run but based on my research they steered me in the right direction. Overall it was a very pleasant shopping experience..coming from someone that hates shopping. Now the delivery...that was one of the major reasons I went with Albert Lee due to reviews I read about the positives of using Albert Lee who uses their own delivery people. The team I got was exceptional. So kind, so careful! The biggest challenge was removing my old washer/dryer from a basement that must have been remodeled since the old washer and dryer were put in there. Somehow they got them out and I am so thankful for their persistence and creativity...even temporarily removing a door. I will definitely be going with Albert Lee in the future, although hopefully I won't need new appliances for a while! .

For a some extra fee he was able to arrange next day service. The two installers who arrived today, William and Anthony were amazing. They measured carefully to ensure that the refrigerator would fit before they unboxed the refrigerator. They were gracious and efficient and even suggested a way we could solve a problem with a drawer really close to the refrigerator. This was not our first exprerience at Metropolitan Appliance, and it won't be the last. The professionalism of both the sales staff and the installers was outstanding.

This was explained to me by the tech, and he originally thought we would need a plumber. Instead we decided to route a new hole through my cabinets to the disposal and by-pass the issue. Disappointing experience and poor communication I expected a…read morebetter experience from Ferguson Home in Seattle, but it's been frustrating from start to finish. Despite being very clear that I would not need my plumbing fixtures until mid-December, I've been hounded to take delivery weeks in advance. I even added more product to my order in attempts to get more time. There's zero flexibility or understanding, even though this was discussed with the sales rep Wil up front. To make matters worse, their communication on appliance purchases has been painfully slow -- a few weeks, to get even basic appointment schedule. I ended up going elsewhere and I am so glad I did. For a company positioned as a premium home supplier, their responsiveness and customer service have been anything but. The showroom is nice and their products are solid, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But the lack of professionalism, pushy delivery policies, and poor follow-through have made me regret choosing them for this project. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

I was able to check out their Le Creuset section as well as their olivewood accessories (they also had Le Creuset in their clearance section) and check out what differences they had from my local California store. Their colanders section was fantastic and I loved that they had smaller versions for single serving meals. The service was friendly and helpful and I would absolutely return!

Downtown Seattle is very interesting, somewhat eclectic. There's a shopping district nearby, central business district, Chinatown, Capital Hill all just a hop skip and away. With three floors of shopping, Target is secure with Seattle Police Department officers on standby making sure that shoppers and employees are safe and sound. So many departments such as groceries, greeting cards, books, kitchen and home decor, men's, women's and children's clothing, electronics, accessories, personal care, office supplies, snacks and more. Everything in store is organized, clean, with well lit lighting. I've never seen so many locked up store shelves compared to other Target locations. Self-Checkout is the best way to go.

The buyers here really need to get out of the early 2000s with the micro-fleece throws, bedazzled cake stands, hand painted wine glasses, and yard "art" made from old car parts (it is probably still there in clearance). The only positive thing the stock did was make us laugh. You are surrounded by neighborhoods that have plenty of disposable income-why not cater to those households? Your current inventory can be found up and down the discount stores on Aurora Ave. Maybe the Issaquah location is better? Sure can not be worse...
