When my existing dishwasher went out, I called, spoke with Nicholas, and we ordered the new series of Fisher Paykel. This was all good. He was very helpful and got my on the install schedule really quickly, which I appreciated. The install team came out two days later and installed the dishwasher, so that was all good as well. However, as soon as any dishes were loaded in the dishwasher, it appeared as if it was going to tip over and fall on top of me. Additionally, the install team caused my insta hot to stop working. As soon as I noticed this, I called the Seattle location again, and the team member who I spoke to said that I was added to the schedule for somebody to come out on Monday. This was great. Mistakes get made, I realize, and I was just happy that they were going to come out on Monday to fix. Well, in between that call and today, the dishwasher became completely inoperable. A bracket became dislodged, blocked the washing arm, and the dishwasher completely stopped. When this happened, I called the team again to report the new issue so that it would be documented, and it was then that I had learned that I hadn't been added to the schedule AT ALL on Monday so I was going to be wishout a dishwasher for another day. As I mentioned before, I know that it's easy for things to go wrong, so my beef isn't that they did. Rather, it's that the communication has been so bad. Had I not called, I never would have realized that I hadn't been added to the schedule for today and I would have been sitting around all day waiting for them to show up.

i went in to metropolitan appliance on memorial day weekend and had done my online research and was…read morepretty certain what i wanted in terms of a replacement slide in stove. jacob a approached me and ended up helping me. we spent over an hour talking about options and discussing standard coil vs induction/glass top. i wasn't going to go that route but jacob is very thorough and not pushy at all; multiple times he stated that his goal was for me to purchase something i felt comfortable with and would be happy to own. i appreciated that. ultimately i decided to go with a frigidaire model that was a drastic improvement on the stove/oven i've lived with for two decades. he took care of the payment paperwork, the scheduling of delivery which had to wait until now and also all the communication between us. he was also kind enough to send a follow up email alerting me to being eligible for a rebate based on the model i had chosen. today, the delivery folks showed up within the stated window and i'll just say that the tracking system clients are sent to know when to expect the delivery is magic! it helped a lot to be prepared and to have cleared the adjacent space but it left no guessing for when they would arrive. jorge and his teammate (sorry, i didn't catch his name) were professional and efficient. they knew how to handle the extrication of the old appliance, how to set up the new one and insure it was level, and they walked me through basic operating instructions. all told (and i haven't yet used the appliance) i have been very happy with the level of service and courteous communication from this business. it makes me want to provide their name to others who are in the appliance market and to use them again when i next need a replacement.

I decided to go with this company based off of reviews, and now I'm questioning how they got so many positive ones. We had their technician out (Iosif) for the initial diagnostics, trusted his opinion on what the issue was and decided to move forward with the repair. Made an appointment with him for the repair, which he no called/no showed for. I called their main line after the appointment time had passed, to be told that we were not even on the schedule. The technician reached out to say that the "part was delayed"... but apparently notifying us before the appointment was too much work. Said he would be out the next day. He came out, "fixed" the fridge (NOT fixed, no change to the fridge AT ALL) and scratched our wood floors! I asked why he didn't protect the floors when pulling the fridge out and he stated that he "has never needed to before" and tried to claim that the *very new* scratches must have been old. We literally incurred damage having this company into our home. I reached out regarding the floor and the fact that our fridge shows no change after spending hundreds with them... They have not responded to email regarding the floor and have completely blown us off regarding the fridge repair. A complete waste of money that actually left us with more to fix! I was able to check out their Le Creuset section as well as their olivewood accessories (they also had Le Creuset in their clearance section) and check out what differences they had from my local California store. Their colanders section was fantastic and I loved that they had smaller versions for single serving meals. The service was friendly and helpful and I would absolutely return!
