I decided to go with this company based off of reviews, and now I'm questioning how they got so many positive ones. We had their technician out (Iosif) for the initial diagnostics, trusted his opinion on what the issue was and decided to move forward with the repair. Made an appointment with him for the repair, which he no called/no showed for. I called their main line after the appointment time had passed, to be told that we were not even on the schedule. The technician reached out to say that the "part was delayed"... but apparently notifying us before the appointment was too much work. Said he would be out the next day. He came out, "fixed" the fridge (NOT fixed, no change to the fridge AT ALL) and scratched our wood floors! I asked why he didn't protect the floors when pulling the fridge out and he stated that he "has never needed to before" and tried to claim that the *very new* scratches must have been old. We literally incurred damage having this company into our home. I reached out regarding the floor and the fact that our fridge shows no change after spending hundreds with them... They have not responded to email regarding the floor and have completely blown us off regarding the fridge repair. A complete waste of money that actually left us with more to fix! We were given a two hour window of time for arrival and Vladi was 5 minutes early! He got to work immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem. And then, he made the repairs, the whole time explaining what he was doing and what we could do to avoid the issue in the future. Additionally, I found the price to be very reasonable. Vladi was extremely personable and I have to say this was the most fun I have ever had regarding any kind of service call. Then my wife started calling again and again... got someone that said they would 'transfer her to accounting' -- HAHA! There is no 'accounting department' - what a scam. I just can't believe you were just so bad at every aspect and interaction. They went through every single vent in the house, inspected every single nook and cranny to determine what would be needed, including the furnace itself. Secondly, they were very patient in revising their estimates several times after every unnecessary question that I asked them with requests for revisions. Thirdly, they came over exactly at the time specified, got to work right away, were very friendly, and didn't ask for anything. They spent a full day, working tirelessly, got the job done, tested it thoroughly, and left only after completing all checks. Their price was very competitive too. All in all a fantastic experience. It is $65 for them to come out and assess the issue, which is waived if you decide to go through with the repair. They are transparent with the quote and will wait for you to approve before work is done. He replaced a few compressor parts and had my fridge working and ready in a jiffy! The technician showed up on time and fixed the issue. He also helped to check the fridge which was making noise while running as a complimentary service. Good to see that customers feedback is given importance and they make an effort to correct things. Happy in the end with the service. They have a policy that they require credit card information and they don't mention about it until you part with your address and phone number. And this credit card information is needed even before they schedule your appointment.
