They seemed to have decent reviews and were able to get to the house sooner than any other company so I went with them. The first appointment was for Sunday January 18th with a window from 10am-12pm. This was to diagnose the issue. The tech Dmitrii didn't show up until 12:45pm. Things happen so I wasn't too concerned about him showing up late at this time. I was told Dmitrii had diagnosed the issue and I was sent an invoice and needed to put down a 50% deposit in order to move forward with the repair. He didn't have the part on hand so we had to schedule for another day. The second appointment was set for Tuesday January 20th with a window of 6pm - 8pm. I got a message from Dmitrii at 8:01pm saying he was having car troubles and could no longer make the appointment. A little shocked that he just learned of his car troubles a minute AFTER my appointment window but okay. We rescheduled for him to go out to the house the following day. The third appointment was set for Wednesday January 21st with a window from 6pm-8pm. He showed up within the window this time at 6:40pm however, he was unable to fix the issue. Dmitrii told my tenant the day he "diagnosed" the issue that it was either the actuator or the transmission (I had no idea about this because the invoice I received was for the actuator so naturally I assumed that's what needed to be repaired). So he left and I called in to see what was going on. I thought that the whole point of a diagnosis was to figure out what the issue was. I was told he may have gotten a faulty part and would like to go back out to the house to try and fix the issue. The fourth appointment was set for Thursday January 22nd with a window time of 4pm-6pm. I get a text from my tenant at 6:01pm that Dmitrii has not shown up yet again. At this point, Im extremely frustrated with this tech. Not only has he been late, not shown up to an appointment, misdiagnosed the issue, but he's wasted a lot of my tenants time as well as mine. He finally shows up at 7:23pm almost a whole hour and a half late, but again does not fix the issue. When he didn't show up on time this night, I was able to speak to the owner and before Dmitrii showed up he let me know that if the issue isn't fixed I will get a full refund so that was nice. Moral of the story, I ended up ordering a new washer and will never call A Appliance again. I feel like o failed my tenants by calling this company and leaving them without a washer for over a week now since we have to wait a couple of days for the new washer to arrive. I wouldn't have been so frustrated if the tech communicated better, or at all. Every time he was late I had to call, no messages from him to give us a heads up. My suggestion is if you want something done in a timely manner, go elsewhere.

My tenant reported issue with kitchen range venting not working at my property in Seattle so I looked up some businesses who had good reviews and reached out to AApliance one evening even around 6pm. They picked up my call and were able to schedule Dennis to come diagnose the following morning (in less than 24 hours!). I was impressed! On the day off, Dennis arrived promptly and were able to identified that the control board of my venting fan went out and a replacement was needed. He let me know the issue immediately, gave me a specific quote and timeline of when the part would arrived, and once we agreed on prices and plan, we set up a follow-up appointment for control board replacement! The day off, everything wa seamless. I appreciated Dennis following up the day prior confirming our appointment and everything went without a hitch. As a remote landlord, working with AAppliance Repair had been such a blessing. They were communicative, trustworthy and reliable. You bet I would trust, recommend and hire them again in the future with any appliance issues!

    Recently had problem with my kitchen aid fridge. The top was…read morewarm and bottom was cold. Contacted Hotwire HVAC. Via text. I tried them at 5:30am in morning on a Friday. Someone responded right away. The repair tech was out by 2:30 that day to analyze the problem. Igor the repair person said it was the defrost part of the fridge was on the fritz. Because it was late on a Friday he wasn't able to order until after the weekend. He ordered the part on Monday and installed it on Tuesday morning. Everything seems to be work great now and the price was reasonable. Thank you Igor and Hotwire HVAC.

It is a $89 for diagnostic fee which goes towards repair if you choose to proceed. It was $469 (-%15 for yelp customer discount) to replace the lower arm assembly and seal. Yes, this is about 8x what it would cost to do the repair yourself, but minus the frustration. They asked for a $200 deposit. I made an appointment and stayed home from work - the technician did not show up the first time. I asked what was going on after the time window had passed - and he had fallen sick and had to cancel, which happens understandably, but I would have appreciated a heads up. Then, I rescheduled for the next day and confirmed - that also got cancelled. Clearly there is a bit of a gap of communication here. That being said, they took a small sum off for the inconvenience and completed a successful repair.

    This business might be a scam. They have come out to fix our refrigerator twice - and no complaints…read morethere. But - the same problem persisted weeks after the second fix. I tried calling - left a message. Again, left a message. Left another. Then my wife. Then me again. No call back. So - I was frustrated and scheduled an appointment. I didn't get any confirmation, so I called again and got the answering machine. I called back from a 503 number and low and behold, I finally talk to someone. They said that I have an appointment (tomorrow at 1PM). I saw something like - 'I must have missed the confirmation message' but there was none. The next day transpires and it is a no-call no-show. It is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I left a final message saying it seems like you are screening your calls and not responding to me for what I can only think is you don't want to have to fix the repair you made that did t work. Then my wife started calling again and again... got someone that said they would 'transfer her to accounting' -- HAHA! There is no 'accounting department' - what a scam. I just can't believe you were just so bad at every aspect and interaction. All the calls, the messages unreturned, no confirmation for the visit, the no-call no-show, how easy it was to get a hold of you from a different 503 number, and then the lie about the accounting department. How are you even in business?

Quick diagnosis (broken belt), quick repair and reasonable price (total after tax $300.00). New machine would have been $900.00. 5 year warranty on the job. Nice guys, tidy, vacuumed everything up, gave me advice on how to avoid repairs with my washing machine too. In and out in no time. They also repaired my gas stove a couple of years ago with no fuss.
