Honestly my favorite cafe in K-Town. They have an INCREDIBLE selection of lattes with innovative flavor combinations. Both for the matcha, espresso and flavored lattes. I know the Madagascar vanilla latte may seem basic but don't sleep on it. It's legit my favorite latte in all of los angeles. It's like a cuddley cloud in your mouth. They have a small, kind assortment of staff that's always really chill. There's plenty of places to sit, both for single people and small groups. The largest table could accommodate 4-6 patrons. FREE PARKING lot included, with additional parking behind the building. It's not busy in the mornings but can get packed on the weekends/afternoons. Last but not least! They usually have lactose-free milk in addition to nut milk alternatives so thats a huge bonus for me. read more

Unfortunately, the coffee was pretty disappointing. The pandan flavor was barely noticeable, so I didn't get much of the flavor I was hoping for. The cookie, however, was absolutely delicious! Get ready to chill/study/sit down for a LA-like experience. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the moment you step in you're welcome by the abundance of setting and thoughtfully place extension chord for those that stay here for a while. Screams to those that want to chill on the left and study/work on the right. There's cute mascot stickers here and there that you can seek out. Pastries look sooo good here. I only tried the banana bread - 4/5 with the banana could be a bit stronger but still was soft and flavorful. If you need a quick pick-me-up, this is it. imo, this is a great option for the slightly sweeter matcha drink. They will likely accomondate if you want it less sweet. Definitely will come back here. Such an underrated find on Wilshire. The drinks were really well made and tasted exactly how they were supposed to. The hojichawas especially good (they let me replace my syrup with no extra charge), and the other drinks were spot on too (ube tasted exactly like ube, pandan matcha EXACTLY like pandan matcha) For a smaller spot, there's a surprising amount of seating, plus fast Wi-Fi and plenty of charging ports, so it's also a solid cafe to study or work at. The only downside is that some of the seating has limited leg space and can get a little uncomfortable after a while. Overall, a lowkey great cafe with good drinks, lots of seating, and a nice setup for studying. Definitely worth checking out. read more

Amazing coffee located on wilshire blvd, they offer a wide variety of drinks. I ordered the Madagascar vanilla late, Banana kick cream and Vienna latte all which tasted great. The drinks are perfectly balanced in my opinion, other cafes in the area make similar lates too sweet but not here they got it down. Staff is very friendly and the inside of the store is well lit making it a good place to study. I've heard good things about their matcha and Hojicha so I will for sure be coming back here. (P.S. I think this is one of the best Pistachio Cream Tops I've had and this is such a cute spot with parking and very friendly workers. I been coming here since it opened and it was one of my go to coffee shops. The service here gets worse every time I come. On one occasion, I ordered the turkey and cheese croissant and after heating it up for me it was stone cold in the middle. I asked to reheat and it was still cold. I told the young man that it was still cold and asked if it can be reheated again. He told me that this was not a restaurant, which I found rude. TLDR: Amazing espressos and latte, poor customer service (at least from the gentleman with the earrings) who was calling all the shots, no pun intended. - - - - - - I visited Koffeeski on a weekday afternoon. While they have a small lot in the front, parking is easier to find 1-3 blocks away, either paid or in the residential area where it's more plentiful. At the time of visit, a gentleman had taken my order, and it was a rather plain and unwelcoming experience. I had my usual iced latte. When asked about receipts, I mentioned that it was okay but was keying in my information for the Rewards Program. After making the drink, he nonchalantly looked at the tablet and CANCELLED my information, then made eye contact with me - rude! What's the saving grace of this place? The espresso for sure. The iced latte is one that I'd rank fairly highly in my list of Ktown cafes. It's a fairly minimalist spot with Wi-Fi and comfortable decor. The benches are lightweight and will move if you're not too careful, barely on the narrower end, too. If you visit, may you never have to deal with the service by this gentleman with the earrings - utterly horrid. read more

Where do I start? I visited this cafe with a friend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Employee #1 had a bit of an attitude right from the start when asking what type of milk I wanted. The drinks were ok. Anyways, later in the evening, a random individual walked in and appeared to be under the influence of something. Employee #1 asked if they were going to order, and it was clear that both employees were unsure how to handle the situation. The individual stayed in the cafe for over an hour, simply standing or leaning near the counter and staring into the kitchen area. They did not speak, or if they did, it wasn't clear what they were saying. Eventually, employee #1 called who I believe to be the owner, and I could hear the owner yelling at the person to leave over the phone. Nothing was handled appropriately after that. Employee #1 aggressively said, "If I give you $10, will you leave?" and later grabbed a broom, saying, "Should I sweep her out?" before laughing and yelling at the woman, who finally walked out. Both employees were laughing throughout the incident, which was incredibly unprofessional and made the entire situation uncomfortable to witness. While I understand it was a difficult situation, the belittling and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. This experience raised serious concerns about how the staff handles customer safety and difficult situations. read more

Matcha latte (3/5): very strong but somehow lacks matcha flavor at the same time. I'm not sure if it's because there's not really a nutty or a floral taste. Matcha einspanner (2/5): Cream top was very stiff in consistency. I think this was probably intentional, but it's not my favorite. They offer decaf espresso and can make multiple of their drinks decaf which is good because it was late at night when I went. I ended up ordering one of their signature drinks, the Pandan Cream Latte and it was pretty decent. I didn't really get much pandan nor espresso flavor, but the drink itself was good. A slightly sweet and creamy coffee drink. It was on the pricier side as well, so I don't know if I would get it again because of the flavor. The interior of the coffee shop was cute and cozy. They have Wifi and outlets making it a good spot to get work done. They also have a free parking lot in front with a good amount of spots. I saw honey lavender coffee and wanted a honey lavender matcha and they were very nice and accommodating. We wanted to grab something quick after my haircut in Ktown, so we stopped by Koffeeski. My overall impression: the cafe was very spacious with plenty of seating inside. This place is newly opened! Strawberry Matcha Latte: 8/10 Very sweet. Nice taste of fresh strawberry from the strawberry milk, but it was quite pricey. The portions were bigger than other ktown places, however. Matcha Latte: 7.5/10 I wanted to like this, particularly because the drinks were so aesthetic and I love a good cream top, but the matcha just had a weird aftertaste that I could not get used it. I'm not sure if the taste was coming from the matcha, as it wasn't present in the strawberry matcha. I do see myself coming back though to study or to get some work done given the space and how quiet the cafe is. Free parking in the lot and street parking available as well. read more

Another one in Ktown, cos why not?! LOL. Also give it another score as they do open till very late so get your late caffeine cravings satisfied or simply find another place to hang. Being in a strip mall, they do have their own parking space and it's pretty easy to find one. My order's ready in seconds and no line at all on Friday late afternoon. Call it similar but different, the menu does offer the usual coffee and matcha options, but they do have some of their signature crafts, one of which ends up being my option. I get the Earl Grey Cold Brew Latte, pairing their house cold brew with earl grey concentrate and your choice of milk, mine being almond. Ends up being on the higher price range as the alternative milk is +$1 extra. I'd say both the tea and coffee flavor do stand strong and the default is pretty subtle in sweetness. If you haven't BEAN to Koreatown's newest Korean cafe, you definitely have to! @koffeeski specializes in decadent Korean cream top coffee and matcha lattes, with unique flavors that you can't find at other cafes such as banana, ube, and pandan. Personally, I think they have one of the BEST cream tops that I've had, and I also love that they use high quality matcha powder and Onyx coffee beans to craft their drinks. I also love how there's a free parking lot (which is rare for Koreatown), plenty of seating, outlets and free WiFi, which is perfect if you're looking for a cafe to study or work at. The matcha cream latte was decent, but nothing mind-blowing: as some reviews have noted, it's more of a "post lunch" kind of matcha, i.e. not as strong as specialty matcha shops, but it does the trick. 4.5 stars! This new cafe in Ktown has a free shared parking lot and plenty of indoor seating to do work/study or chat. The interior is super modern with a cute mirror and designer labubus. I got two signature drinks: pandan cream and banana cream honey lavender lattes and recommend the pandan! It's rare to find pandan drinks in ktown and both drinks were not too sweet and the coffee beans were well balanced in taste. The banana cream is also good, reminiscent of banana kick or banana milk.
