I frequented this establishment quite often and I really loved it, but I'm changing my review to reflect my dissatisfaction after the pandemic started. 1. THEY CHARGED ME TO PUT LESS ICE IN MY DRINK. Honestly that's pretty ridiculous. I don't like half my drink to be ice, I'm not paying for ice, I'm paying for juice. I asked the cashier to put less ice in my drink and the person informed me that it would be 25 cents for less ice and 50 cents for no ice...really? That's just being an extreme penny pincher and ripping off your customer. 2. THEY ARE CHEAP AND DONT ALLOW YOU TO SHARE. I have been there multiple times with my friend, their acai bowl is really big so we always share it. In the past they gave us an extra bowl so we could split it. The last few times we asked for an extra bowl and they refused. You know what they gave me? Like those 5 oz cups you drink water with at the dentist. Cmon people, the acai bowl they provide is bigger than my hand, and you give me a dentist cup. That is just poor customer service and really unreasonable. 3. NO MORE REAL SUGAR CANE JUICING IN THE FRONT AND NO OPTION FOR SUGAR FREE ACAI. They used to squeeze and blend the sugar cane right in front of you, which was pretty cool. And I always got acai with no sugar cane because I don't like it too sweet. Now there is no option to adjust the sweetness. Plus the drinks overall are too sweet and in my taste undrinkable compared to before. Overall, I don't like the customer service now and I think they tarnished their business because they are trying to save money. These owners really need to go back to the way they used to operate and focus less on ripping people off for financial incentive! read more

I was a bit skeptical/excited to try this place. Partly because you don't see a lot of them in SoCal unless it's in the 626 area. BUTT I was pleasantly surprised! The store is clean with simple decorations and lots of seating. The team members were super nice and let me try as many samples as I wanted. It's in the outside part of the Galleria next to In n out and the parking structure. What I love about this place is that all their drinks have no additives and all sugars come from the fruits/sugarcane (or so I was told, but ask again if you want to double check)! Koko Cane - (sugarcane, raw coconut juice) if you like coconut water (the real stuff) then give this a try! It's sweet and you'll taste both sugarcane and the coconut water. Strawberry Cane - (sugarcane, strawberry, lemon) this was really yummy and refreshing. I love that the strawberry flavor doesn't taste artificial (bc it's not supposed to be). It has strawberry pulp if you're into that type of stuff. You can't taste the lemon, but I prefer it that way. Ginger Cane - (sugarcane, ginger, lime) If you like ginger/love its benefits, this is the drink for you! I've recently developed a taste for ginger so the drink tasted yummy to me, but for those that aren't accustomed to the taste it could taste very spicy. I come here a lot but this time really upset me. I always buy the 1/2 gallon of the sugarcane juice with toppings on the side which is an additional 3$. The toppings usually come in a 16 oz cup but this time it came in a sauce cup. We went back into the store and asked why it was different this time and they said they barely had any left & gave us another sauce cup of the toppings. I grew up loving sugar cane drinks and this place hit that nostalgic spot! When you enter, there are wonderfully kind employees (owners?) who let you sample as many flavors as you'd like. My partner and I tried the original, strawberry, and the ginger. We loved all of them, but ended up going for strawberry and original. The strawberry flavor was incredibly refreshing and tasted like you juiced strawberries right in your home! Even with sugarcane, it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. The original was my choice as I love the flavors from my youth. Fresh pressed raw sugarcane juice and freshly squeezed calamansi juice blended to make the perfect amount of tart and sweet. This drink has a citrus flavor from the calamansi which works very well with the sweet sugarcane. For reference, the ginger version was strong in ginger flavor that you'll feeel in your throat. If you have any stomach pains or just love ginger, go for it. You won't be disappointed! This location is fairly new, only having been open for a month. It took me a while to try this place, but when I did, it has definitely become a fave. I only order 3 things from here (I'm a creature of habit, what can I say...lol). So while I can't vouch for the rest of their offerings, I can definitely recommend the ones I've tried. These are the watermelon cane juice, the strawberry cane juice, and the halo-halo. The halo-halo is one of the better ones out there. It's not super sweet, and it has a good mix of ingredients that most places skip altogether. My only gripe is it doesn't have the sweetened banana (which I gotta have in my halo-halo). In all fairness, most places here in the States omit this, so I can't really fault them for it. So while I love their halo-halo, I am only able to order when I have the sweetened bananas on hand. If they start including this, their already awesome halo-halo would be perfect, in my book. They will probably see me (or hubby who usually picks it up for me) every. single. day. Shout out to Erica who is just the sweetest.
