What a terrific find! Hidden in downtown Spring, this little pet boutique has everything you want…read moreor could hope to find for your four-legged family member. Want to dress up your pooch? They have all the latest fashions. Want protective footgear so your dog can safely walk the hot Houston Summer sidewalks? You'll find it here. Homemade baked goodies? You guessed it. You will find them here. You can also find them on Facebook. For every 100 new "likes" they get, the owner donates $100 to a local rescue group. Lets all get on Facebook and help raise money for pets that need homes. It will only take a few minutes of your time. The prices are reasonable and less than what you will pay at PetCo and Petsmart. You get the added bonus of it being a privately owned business and therefore you are greeted by the owner and her dog when you enter the shop as opposed to "corporate rule". I've worked both sides of the industry and truly appreciate the hard work and difference between the two. Next time you are in Spring, check this place out. You will be glad you did.

Two months later, I finally got tired of getting the run around and canceled the order... if it was even ordered at all. Every phone conversation I had with the shop owner, which was weekly because I kept hearing "it should be here next week", was very unprofessional and not how a customer should be treated. No "thank you's", no "I'm sorry for your wait", nothing that would ensure our purchase and business was appreciated. We will not being going back, especially considering there is a better pet boutique around the corner. I advise steering clear of Different Strokes entirely.

As a dog mommy, I have never felt so heard as I have felt using this pet grooming service.I showed…read morethem a picture and gave them details on what I wanted and they nailed it! I also like that they have separate rooms to secure the loud sounds of the dryers and the dogs barking, etc. when you walk in the groomers are calmly grooming, their dogs up on the tables and the table are the dogs. Don't seem anxious because they don't hear all this barking and yelling and blow drying in the back but when they open the door to get your dog so that you can take your dog home that's when you hear the barking so that they have been capsulated the harsh sounds to keep it more calm. I don't know why more Dog Grooming facilities don't think of that. It really does make a difference for the customer coming to pick up the dog and for the dogs that are getting groomed. It's just a calmer more peaceful place plus they listen to your needs and that is everything to me. Highly recommended!

Made my decision to move on quicky easy! Thank you, Oak Ridge Animal Clinic, for driving a customer away. I took this experience as a lesson as a consumer to do my research and make MY choice on where to trust my Shiba Inu puppy. The puppy has no choice so its my job to try to make a decision with the least amount of risk. This VET was no help in that effort. I was able to find another nearby VET who was very open and transparent and willing to discuss options. What a refreshing difference. Now I have a place to go for VET Service.
