Got the taro crush, definitely too sweet but I will adjust next time. Boba was a little too firm as well but overall would go again!
Came here right when they opened on a Saturday and they were very kind and welcoming. Helped me with the menu. Their Thai tea, Vietnamese coffee, and strawberry cloud drink was so delicious. I definitely will be back. Parking is plentiful and there is a good amount of seating to hang out!
Found this place with my friends because we wanted something sweet after eating. We walked in the location is pretty small but it's cute. Definitely more of an order and head out location. There are a couple places to sit while you wait. It's order yourself as well, just walk up to the screen and place your order. The drink was alright the sweetness was actually pretty good for not switching the level that I got. However, the actual pearls were not that good. They were very chewy and hard. They might not have been fully cooked. Other than that it was an okay drink.
It's a perfect blend of refreshing wintermelon and a vibrant butterfly pea flower infusion. Love the way it looks- so pretty! It pairs well with lychee jelly giving it the right balance of sweetness. The cafe itself is clean and cozy. Staff were friendly. I would come back to try other drinks if I'm in the area.
I have been coming here since high school and they have never done me wrong. It's a very small boba shop with not a lot of seating, but it is a must try if you're around the area and craving for a sweet treat! Now I usually don't like rose stuff, but when I tell you their rose milk tea is divine! This is the only boba shop I will ever get a rose milk tea (bonus points if you add sea salt cream as a topping for the sweet and salty flavor). The staff are always very nice and helpful here. My only complaint is sometimes the drinks are filled up to the top, but you could just let the staff know
recently came here to try their teas and brought my cousins with me--we all loved it! The owner was so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I ordered the tea and a mangonada, and both were delicious and super refreshing. The shop itself has such a fun and creative vibe, especially the photo wall--it's perfect for taking pictures and adds a unique touch to the space. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and inviting, making it a great spot to hang out and enjoy a drink. I'll definitely be returning
What's up: Looking for a sweet treat after finishing up a volunteer event nearby. After a quick search, we decided to visit this place. And there's also a Daiso nearby! Parking: Parking was busy when we arrived. It is shared among the nearby businesses. Environment: Walking in, the menu is located overhead behind the order counter. We placed our order and had a short wait before the drinks were ready. They also have a stamp card program! There's indoor seating and the restroom is located down the hall, in the back. What was ordered: - Matcha Latte Tea (got it in hot. More on the sweet and milky side with a hint of tea flavor) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The drink was decent and it's a nice place to sit and enjoy. Credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted.
Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and there was no line! This boba shop is small but very cute and quiet. I can see it being nice place to study or catch up with a friend. The cashier was very sweet and recommended I get the rising phoenix milk tea on my first visit. It reminded me of a roasted oolong milk tea but the flavor was pretty unique. The boba had a good texture too. Would be interested in coming back and trying out some of their other drinks!
This place was closeby to my house so thought I give it a try but danggggg, I must've gotten a new worker because my milk tea wasn't even full. I got the Rising Phoenix and had high expectations since the only rising Phoenix I had was at Orobae, however this one had more sugar than actual tea and lacked the tea fragrance I was expecting. Overall it's OK but to serve customers with a 90% full cup doesn't exactly look that great. At least get an all white non clear cup so it doesn't look so obvious(?). I got one with no ice and the other with less ice so you would think maybe the one with less ice look more? I don't know - what do u think?
I have to say first if all.. the name of this business was genuius its cute , hip, funny and so convenient lol. 5 stars for that! Unfortunately , i wasn't impressed with the drinks. I ordered the Strawberry lychee Agua fresca ajd it taste like syrup, drink was way too sweet and tangy at the same time, no real fruit inside just tasted artificial. Too much sugar. I was going for fruit water .. something refreshing with real fruits inside with natural sweet nothing else added.. I didn't like that one at all. Just my opinion. My husband ordered Aloha sunshine green tea - he said it was good, nothing that stood out. Over all. Just not.my cup of tea.
I came back again to get my favorite Thai Tea but also wanted to try the Rising Phoenix that everyone was raving about and Boy, that was sooooo Good! I'm not sure what kind of milk tea it is but definitely had a strong tea aroma, authenticity, and perfect amount of sweet to it that's making me want it now as I'm writing this review. The Thai Tea was also soooo good, I now have 2 favorite drinks from here and may need to just buy 2 each time I come. I also got to try their new "The corndog" , it had mozzarella cheese inside with some super yummy sauce on the top. It was the perfect snack combo (corndog + milk tea) that I didn't know I needed until now. If I lived closer, I would be here everyday cuz I have high expectations and I found a spot that's sooooo good. I'll be back this weekend for more. Give this place a try, support your local business cuz it's seriously better than the big chains and drinks will have you coming back for more.
Very nice location, very clean, came on a Sunday afternoon and the store was empty. Overall my partner and I had very high expectations. We ordered the Purple Signature & Taro Matcha... Purple Signature: it was great! The flavor was nice, it had chunks of ube (I think) in the drink, but you can't call it a signature if there's a surcharge & half the drink is ice! :( Taro Matcha: matcha was ok, nothing too special. Unfortunately there was barely any taro topping compared to other places. I would hope to give this place another chance, so many other drinks on the menu and the prices are fair (until you realize you're being charged for ice cubes)
Went in on Memorials Day and there was no line. The cashier was friendly and quick with the drinks we got. For the purple signature drink, the texture of the taro at the bottom was just not for me. Otherwise drinks and boba were good.

The first time I came to Knottea, I was helped by Tira, who was awesome! I loved everything she recommended. I have been back a number of times since that first time, and so far I have gotten the Rosy Blossom Agua Fresca with Aloe Vera ($.55), Thai Tea, and the Jasmine Rose Green Milk Tea. I would recommend all of these. Another few things I like about Knottea are: 1. You can customize sweetness (I typically get 70% sweet) 2. They have stamp cards 3. Highly recommended! Passing by the area on a summer afternoon and craving for a boba tea. Searching Yelp and saw Knottea Cafe House near by. I stopped by and ordered a Taro Milktea with honey boba. The tea is so good and the boba is cooked perfectly. On top of that, the store is really nice and the staff is very friendly. I definitely come back to try other drinks that look very good on the screen. read more

My first time coming here and I enjoy the simple decor. Person serving me was nice in answering my questions and when I got my drink it was extra cold which is a plus to me! I love how there's an oolong after taste with the peach and mango combo. read more
Coffee Coffee Coffee. Unfortunately I am not much of a Tea drinker. I should of known better and with a place with Tea in its name to order the tea. Their extensive drink menu was very overwhelming. Mainly tea and slushies and very little coffee. I ordered an Iced Americano type drink and the iced mocha for the Mister. Both drinks were just okay. Not my favorite. Not his favorite either. I guess we are a pair of non believers when it comes to all the 4 and 5 stars here. Service was friendly. Prices are reasonable. I would proballt return for one of their Milk teas or slushies. Pretty good drinks. Very nice service. They can provide samples and recommendations. Check in on yelp for 10% off (which I forgot to do -_-) The drinks aren't the prettiest in terms of color or presentation but I can taste the tea flavor over the sugar/syrup which is what I prefer. Also it isn't overly sweet which is very nice. Solid spot. :) read more

Seems like there are a ton of coffee and tea places in the area - all with good ratings, but frankly I chose this place (9/23/19) because of the multiple play on words. I opted for a regular-sized iced wintermelon oolong tea with sea salt ($4.90) plus boba ($0.45). It was really good - not overly sweet. The hubby ordered a large mocha latte ($4.45) with regular sweetness. I didn't try it, and he had no complaints which usually means 4 or 5 stars in his book. Checkin for a 10% discount! To paraphrase Polly, we hadn't been meaning to try this place, but I'm glad we did. Good call, Yelp. read more

Ordered the Rose Jasmine Green Tea with boba. Regular sweetness. They did not have the option to make it with soy or almond milk but I was told its non-dairy creamer. The tea was very tasty, light and not too creamy, perfect sweetness. Nice floral tones. Definitely taste both the Rose and Jasmine. 5/5 drink for me. The boba was average - a bit too soft and slightly sweet. 3/5. Overall 4 stars and would try again. Note: I originally came here to get matcha tea but they only make it as a latte so was glad to try something different! read more

Knottea has been a frequent stop lately. Great local location. Love the milk teas and smoothies. It's a cute and clean little place. Service is a quick. Staff are friendly. Drinks are on the sweeter side. So far Anything Taro has been my favorite. Prices are reasonable. They have a stamp card for every time you get a drink. I recently just discovered this tea spot and have been wanting to give it a try! I ordered the taro swirl with soy milk, and added vanilla custard pudding with honey boba. It's Soo bomb! I had an iced strawberry milk drink on my first visit & it was too watered down & simply flavorless. Not worth the price. On the other hand, my daughter likes their iced black milk tea. I appreciate that they wipe down the card readers before each use. Then place a disposable plastic protector over the reader. I can't remember when was the last time I saw other stores doing this during the pandemic. read more

This place came up on my Yelp feed and after looking through the photos, it went to the top of my Must-Try List The first drink I ordered was a Thai Horchata Milk Tea and I absolutely loved it!!! Thai tea in general is my favorite drink, followed closely by Horchata. So to be able to try a drink that combines my two favorite beverages was incredibly exciting, and luckily it did not disappoint. The drink was freakin amazing! The additional cinnamon flavor really complemented the staple Thai tea taste and was a unique twist that added to the awesomeness that is Thai tea (and vice versa). I also ordered a Rose green milk tea because I saw how pretty the color was in the photos and because other people posted it was good, so I thought I'd give it a try. Now I usually don't like drinks or food that tastes like flowers because it's just plain weird (eating flowers), but the drink was actually not bad, which is saying a lot coming from someone like me who has a clear preference against flowery drinks and food. The rose taste was distinct but not overpowering. It was more light in the actual sip but stronger in the aftertaste. Note: Regular size drinks are $3.75; Yelp check in discount is 10% off one drink. The shop is in a shopping plaza with a large parking lot so parking is not an issue. The shop interior is small but cute. Service was friendly. I also love how this place opens at 10 am whereas most of the other boba and milk tea shops open at 11 or 11:30. What more can you ask for? :) read more

Passing by the shop by chance and it was not disappointing. The shop was cute inside with a cute corner serving your Ig life :). The people there were very friendly. I ordered matcha latte, bc can't live without matcha, my friend ordered a mango peach tea, the drinks were refreshing and tasted amazing. Will come back and try other drinks. read more

Right off the bat, there's plenty of parking and no line out the door. Always a plus lol. I ordered the coconut pineapple agua fresca with boba and the Thai horchata milk tea. The coconut pineapple was refreshing with real pineapple and coconut bits floating in it. Exactly what I expected. Boba was pleasantly soft and chewy. Right amount of honey. The Thai horchata was really good in a super sweet Thai way. The horchata really blended well with the Thai so it tasted like a super Thai milk tea which was great lol. Staff was great and they have a stamp card! Inside is a bit small and no snacks, but I like the simplicity. Some boba places have too many options. read more

I'm not too sure what to make of this place yet so I'll give it a three for now. With so many boba tea places around these days, it's difficult to stand out from the others. I'm not sure if this place is much different than the rest in terms of tea flavors but it does offer the option to make your own fruit tea, smoothie, or a slush with 10 different flavor options - blueberry, lychee, passion fruit, pineapple, rose, green apple, mango, peach, raspberry, and strawberry. It also makes some unique desserts like Smoreffles (smores with graham cracker waffles) and Knottea puffs (cream puffs), which are made fresh on the spot. I went with Thai Horchata Iced Tea because I haven't seen this flavor at any other place. It's basically Thai Iced Tea with a little bit of cinnamon added to it. It would've been better if the cinnamon flavor was stronger. At first I couldn't even taste the cinnamon. I had to really concentrate to taste it, and even then it was more of a background flavor. I got boba with my drink but it was too soft and mushy. Peach Lychee tea was pretty refreshing and wasn't too sweet, although it's probably due to ordering it with half sugar. It was a bit difficult trying to figure out how much sugar to get. The cashier told us their drinks are on the sweet side so we went with half sugar for both, but the Thai Horchata was still sweet while Peach Lychee wasn't sweet enough. It's located in the same plaza as Daiso. Joe's Sushi 2 is right next to this place. read more

Small but clean tea cafe with friendly staff and good drink selection. I tried the melon matcha with boba and really enjoyed it. Balanced melon flavor and not too sweet. If you check in on yelp you can get 10% off your first order. They have milk teas, espresso drinks, blended smoothies, and agua frescas. I want to try the Taro Swirl on my next visit! read more

Atmosphere: This little cafe is adorable! I came in at 5 on a Tuesday to grab a boba and to study. The shop is small and there are three tables and one counter. Luckily, no one else was sitting at the tables so I was able to sit and study for a while. They had a pleasant playlist playing, nothing too hard or loud, so studying was nice. Drink: I read that the rose milk tea was recommended. I like jasmine milk tea a lot but I'm weary of rose flavored drinks (they're often too floral). I asked for less rose syrup, 50% sweet, and light boba with jasmine tea. Before they gave me my drink they asked if I wanted to sample it. The rose really complimented the jasmine tea so I asked them to add a little more rose syrup. The 50% allowed for the boba to not overpower the drink so it was really nice. Also, their milk teas are non dairy which was good for me (lactose intolerance). Next time, I'll order the rose jasmine milk tea with 50% sweet and light boba again or I'll give the strawberry milk tea a shot! read more
