Grabbed some takeout one evening. Could have been more pleased! Definitely a great place for a pie!

The Bronx Pie - 18"

This pizza was AMAZING! This was about a four minute walk where we were staying. They have space if you choose to eat there, but it was a stay in kind of night for us. Employees were great, pizza was delicious. We will be back! Also, I could drink their ranch.. sooo good!

Island Style and Whitestone Pizza (White)

I personally hadn't ever seen pineapple on a NY style slice of pizza, and it had been so long since I've indulged that I was there for it. The pizza was good. It's a super convenient location. For a quick and casual lunch, it's hard to beat. My favorite part was the beer selection. I had a lot of good options to choose from, but I chose a local Hazy IPA that was truly phenomenal.

Came in at open on Mother's Day. Place is a cute and cozy pizza joint, fun to dine in. Ordered: pizza slice w/ garlic knots + drink 2x Pepperoni slice & garlic knots appetizer. Totally underestimated how many knots already come in the combo, but it was the best I've ever had anyway. Pizza was good too! Ordered at the counter, service was nice. Food came out quickly to the table. The place filled up pretty fast so it's def a busy spot. Had a good time and would definitely return!

Gluten-Free 10" Pizza

Came in on a Monday night and it wasn't very busy which was nice . The Whitestone was calling my name , so I had it try it . We waited for maybe 10 ish mins, the gluten free was a bit longer but it's ok . 1st impression was " that's a big ass pizza ". The pizza was very good , lots of cheese and the ranch just sent it to 10/10. The ranch is so good , not sure if it homemade or not but bottle it and I'm buying it haha . I think the price was a little too high in my opinion. The gluten free Mike's hot honey and pepperoni was great , maybe a tad burnt but still good . We had a great dinner , but based off the price I probably won't come back too often . The workers inside are real nice and I love the feel of the place , definitely has a small town beachy vibe .

We ate here by accident and let me tell you, what a delicious accident. We were walking by and the smell of this pizza is so strong, it pretty much dragged us in. We ordered to go, but the restaurant looks pretty cool and clean. The staff is great. They also listened to our requests and it was perfect. Thank you.

Ok, the pizza would be a 4 but everything else would be a 5! The pizza options were awesome but what stood out most was the reasonable prices. Even though it's right there on the beach, we spent the LEAST on dinner for a family of 4 here than we did all week. Their specials are reasonable and the pizza was pretty darn good. Also, love a place that offers free refills. Makes the dollar go a little farther. It's a tight fit and small place, but I'd go there any day I was hungry at the beach. Service was good. Food was good. Prices great!

Late-Night Lifesaver! We're staying at a nearby resort for 4th of July weekend and after hours of late-night swimming in the pool, we were craving pizza. We originally tried another place, but they wouldn't deliver an hour before closing -- thankfully, Knockout Pizza came through! They're open until 11pm and had no problem taking our late-night order. The delivery was quick, the service was friendly, and the pizza hit the spot. Crispy crust, great flavor, and still hot when it arrived. Thank you for saving our night and feeding our pool-hungry crew!

We love this place!! They have a 2 slices + drink deal for $11.50 that we always get. They have a good amount of seating but it can get full fast! It's order at the register and then they bring the food to you!! If there is no seating inside then grade your food and walk to the beach! You can't beat the location

KO pepp so good!

The pizza speaks for itself. K O is the local spot for any slice of your choosing and a cold beer. Go! Perfect way to end an amazing year or start the new one.

Brought us everything we asked for quickly (extra ice, parm & red pepper flakes, drink refills, etc). I bought some pastries at the bakery next door & he stored them in the walk-in cooler as it was 94° outside. Our food was served quickly & the checks were processed quickly. The food! I got the chicken & sun dried tomato white pizza - excellent - and shared with a friend. My side salad was large enough to be an entree. Everyone at the table made yummy noises & agreed we would be back. It's a real test of a restaurant's skill to serve a large group, and Del Lusso passed with flying colors. We had reasonable wait times, received hot food, the server was top notch, and check processing was quick. The only issue was that on a 90°+ day the landlord refused to turn off the giant fire feature & nearly roasted us to death. Landlords do t care about customers & this guy was being a jerk just to be a jerk. Everything else far exceeded our expectations! I will be going again & our neighbors have already agreed that Del Lusso will be on our rotation for future dine out events.

Ended up ordering the Mediterranean salad, creamy spaghetti with mushroom, chicken, spinach and Parmesan, and the Bianco pizza. Loved each item. I appreciate the olives, capers, and onions add the right amount of saltiness to the Mediterranean salad. My toddler ate the aged feta, and I don't usually like feta cheese but i loved it here. The spaghetti amatriciana (not sure how to spell it) was the bomb! It was presented beautifully and enjoyed fully. My toddler esp liked it. The Bianco pizza was a little hard to eat but it was still yummy. Def plan to try more items in the future! Appreciated how the owner was working like he was regular staff. Shows the humility. Inside cushions could be cleaned up, but the restaurant is nice and the food is worth it.

My family and I came from out of town to visit for a few days and found this gem of a spot…read more Food 10/10 We ordered the bbq chicken pizza, buffalo wings, and the pepperoni kids pizza. Everything was great! The bbq chicken was flavorful and had a great balance of bbq sauce and chicken. The crust was nice and crunchy on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside. The size is perfect for a party of 2-3! The kids pizza was a perfect size for my toddler who didn't finish it all but was very happy with the taste. They definitely don't hold back on the cheese!! So if you like cheesy pizza, this is the spot for you! Vibes/Ambiance : 7/10 We came on a Tuesday evening and there was a lot of people! I definitely can tell this place is a go to for sports events or just gatherings. The place itself is cute. The decor is a little funky yet modern in design. I will say the seating is a bit crowded and it feels a bit claustrophobic. The tables are very close to each other and the tables are small. This place having a bar is a major plus and the variety of drinks is huge! Such a great spot. The service was quick and they were very nice. The gentleman in the front was super welcoming and friendly. I will say, as someone who was only a visitor, Carlsbad doesn't seem too friendly overall. People seem very standoff ish and unwelcoming so the places we did go to that had friendly people really stood out. This place was one of them. If we're ever in town again, we'll definitely go back!

This place has unfortunately gone very downhill. Used to be a great spot for date nights, family…read moredinners, even birthday celebrations! Service was good, food was always on point. Had such a disappointing experience last night, won't likely be back. First of all I think it's so gross that half the staff or more doesn't pull back long hair or wear hats or anything while handling food. They have an open kitchen so you can see everyone working, and it's clear there aren't many standards in place with even tying hair back let alone hair restraints or hats. That's nasty. We sat at the bar and while there were 3 people behind the bar, it took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. In fact the bartender came up to talk to the couple next to us about their late, then wrong, order and he had to basically stand right in front of us and reach around to them and still never said hi, be right with you, welcome... nothing! It was incredible. We set a timer deciding if we didn't get acknowledged within 4 more minutes we'd go somewhere else. They caught us with q minute to go. Bartender was super unprofessional, gave several pieces of misinformation about the menu, and didn't inform us that our pizza would be cold. Meatballl came out and had 1 slice toast instead of 2 which he'd told us would, and while it's ok- definitely not as amazing as it used to be. Sauce used to be drinkable. Could have used more than a speck of parm. Just so little love and effort in what used to be cravable. Caesar salad boasts little gem, but pretty sure it was just romaine hearts, barely any cheese, and not much flavor other than lemon. Used to be one of my favorite ceasars- no more! Clearly the bartender hadn't assigned our table number to our order bc everytime something came out and walked around, we'd have to ask "is that ours?" And they'd look it up in the system and sure enough, both were. Finally asked about our pizza- after seeing a couple across from us enjoying their full meal including their pizza. He told us some half baked answer about some pizzas taking longer than others. Sure enough our pizza was sitting back there unclaimed (no table number) and came out ice cold. Literally ice cold. So I told him and he said yes... it's a cold pizza. It's supposed to be cold. The tomatoes are fresh. I said even the crust, the ricotta--- it's all cold? He said yes. Well that would have been a helpful tip when ordering. Asked for everything to be boxed up so we could take it home and cook the pizza properly and eat it more comfortably. The whole thing start to finish was basically a disaster. Should have gone with our first instincts! Really so sad when this happens to restaurants... just the way of things right now it seems. Will stick to the few handful of places we know will always have great food and great service without fail. (Top of that list is wildland in Carlsbad, side note. Never fails us!) Photo below is of the cold pizza versus the cooked pizza (added parm and chili flakes".

I've always ordered their largest pizza and would take the rest home to Los Angeles, but this time I was in the area for Stone Brewing's 30th Anniversary Celebration and did not have a fridge in the hotel I was staying at. Hot, fresh and delicious. I love the sauce they put on their pizzas and the bread is simply amazing - especially the crust! I was hooked at first bite and the kids' first request is to eat here when in the area. A win win for me because I love the beer here too!
