Came in on a Monday night and it wasn't very busy which was nice . The Whitestone was calling my name , so I had it try it . We waited for maybe 10 ish mins, the gluten free was a bit longer but it's ok . 1st impression was " that's a big ass pizza ". The pizza was very good , lots of cheese and the ranch just sent it to 10/10. The ranch is so good , not sure if it homemade or not but bottle it and I'm buying it haha . Update on this: I had called a few days ago about the refund and the gentleman who answered said they didn't have any record of one. I filed a chargeback with my card at this point to get the refund. Today, Andres, the store owner, called me to chat about the experience. He was very apologetic, understanding, and said they wouldn't fight the chargeback and would also credit my account as well for a future order. I appreciate so much that he took the time to listen and understand what occurred and apologized as well. It truly was an unfortunate experience as we love this place so much! However the bottom was a bit to firm and almost crispy so it didn't give much of a fold. The crust I didn't finish, and the cheese lacked that seductive pull. It was not what I would call an indulgent or nostalgic experience. It was just a basic slice of pizza. It made me full and didn't taste bad, but didn't fully satiate my craving. The inside is a bit crowded feeling so I would snag a seat by the outside so you get the nice breeze and you can people watch. I did think it was really nice of them to let my mom sample one of their beers before she committed as well.
