Stopped by to pick up a pizza since kiddos were wanting pizza. It's in the food mall and only offers one size - 12 in. You can split half n half so we got half cheese and half pepperoni. Was in the area and stopped in to check out what this place had to offer. Decided to try this spot, kept seeing people walking around with delicious looking pizza. Even in a busy ambiance it's hard to miss, it's one of the front places. The cashier was very nice, Ordered the Burrata pizza. They also have white pizza for those not wanting marinara. Loveee that this place makes their pizzas in a stone oven , the dough was airy and soft but still had a nice crunch on the crust. The tomato's added a nice sweet acidity to the cheese. Order at the counter, wait to pick up your food and open seating in the hall. We ordered a Supreme Pizza (?) without the baked veggies. There was a good amount of ingredients across the pizza. The cheese was good, it had a decent cheese pull from each slice. The sauce was average tasting, not too much. The pizza crust was crunchy from the center to the edges and had pretty good flavor. Okay I know that there are many options in this food hall but do not pass up on this pizza. It is only one size which is definitely shareable with one other person but even if you don't share it is totally worth it! On a trip out to the food court, everyone in the family got to choose their own dinner that night. My four year old opted for pizza, bringing us to Craft to order her a Cheese Pie. When it hit the table, it had a gorgeous level of burn to the crust, a good glisten of grease to the top (without being overly oily), and a wonderful overall aroma of tell-tale wood burning stove. The bread was thin, but chewy, and nicely flavored. The pizza itself was fragrant of tomato and herb, a little salty, but still surprisingly good. My daughter ate one large slice, almost finishing it off with a satisfied thumbs up. Plus, for just $12, everyone was able to have a taste with still some leftover for the girl unit the next day for lunch. Which was great considering my own disappointing dinner from the BBQ spot next door. As mentioned in some other reviews, I've been loving coming to Windmill Food Hall! I just tried Craft Pizza and they are on par with the other spots I've tried! They serve mainly one size individual pizzas and also calzones. I decided to try the margherita pizza. The flavor was perfect. The tomatoes and basil tasted so fresh. I also just discovered that you can find a QR code at the food hall that allows you to order from the different spots all under one tab. They also ask if you want cheese, red chili flakes and ranch with the pizza. I saw my friends pizzas and they ordered the meat lovers and also the calzone.
