The line to order food was not too long at the time we arrived around 11am-12pm. You order at a touch screen window. The pizza offering were supreme, veggie, pepperoni and i believe one more if i recall. I ordered their pepperoni and my wife got the supreme. The pizza is the size of the pizza hut personal sized pizza one use to get as a kid from elementary school for reading.. (i'm that old). Price per pizza was around $11-12 ish dollars and drinks range from $5.xx-$22.xx depending if you opt for their souvenir cup with refills. We got the souvenir cup with refills that was $21.xx but afterwards i realized there was an option for two days refills (if you plan to come to the park again the following day). The souvenir cups have a chip embedded on the bottom of the cup that the refill station sensors pick up. So it will know if you have authorized refills or not. If you opted for the one day refill but end up coming back to the park the next day you can reactivate the refills but for a price between $8-9.xx. At the time they had an exclusive legoland lemonade that was a green smash color. Did not get a chance to try it as we got powerade. For the pizza i thought it was good for what it was. It had a good amount of pizza sauce that taste good and not too acidic. The pepperoni was decent portion about two to three per slice i would say. The meal itself filled us up for the afternoon to power through the day waiting in lines. The only complaint would be the inconsistent and often slow service. We had a really bad server one day (he forgot part of our order, forgot our requests more than once (eg more napkins) and was chatting away with coworkers), an ok one the next day (more attentive but also forgot part of our order) and a great one a third day (everything went well!).

The last time we stayed at Legoland hotel, but this time, our room was booked for the Legoland Castle Hotel. The breakfast buffet at Dragon's Den is included in the stay. We ended up eating here for breakfast twice! We could of ate a third time, but we did leave early on the third day so we could drive up to Disneyland and make rope drop! Each day, we did book a reservation through OpenTable for Dragon's Den, for a party of three. This made check in A LOT easier! There was still a long line to get inside for breakfast, but as soon as you went to the register, once you provided the reservation, we immediately had a seat. The interior of Dragon's Den is pretty cool. I liked seeing all of the Lego pieces, especially the Lego Knights. There was a ton of breakfast options too! There were multiple breakfast buffet stations with the following Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Bagels, breads, muffins, fruit (sliced), and whole like bananas, potatoes, and more. There was multiple self service soda machines, breakfast bowls, build your own yogurt style station and more. This was like a great option before going to the Legoland park. The nice thing about staying on property was the 30 minute early access. We ended up eating breakfast both times and then went straight to the early access line! It was a cool restaurant.

It is exactly what this amusement park needs because there are already 2 burger places at Legoland. At $8.99 a sandwich without cheese, it may appear pricy in real-world fast food standards, but a it is affordable when comparing with nearby food options. Plus, it wasn't busy compared to other food options. We had the entire eating area behind the shack to ourselves. The sandwich wrapper is merely deli paper, meaning less trash, and eating chicken is more earth-friendly than beef, so that's a win-win-win for Winnie. The sandwich is made to order and comes with lettuce and tomato. I do not recommend getting the fries, because for $4, you get an unsatisfying small amount in a paper bag that was sitting under the heat lamp. The size of the sandwich is OK. I haven't had the joint-that-closes-on-Sundays in years but I think the size is a little bit smaller than that. Definitely a great food addition to Legoland.
