I was able to drop off the PC the next morning since I didn't have time that same day. I got a call back letting me know the repairs were completed and everything was good to go. When I got home everything was working great except I was still having an issue with the mouse cursor running a bit slow when I used Excel. They had me bring the PC back and everything looked good at the shop, they suggested that I test out a wired connection (which they kindly loaned to me) and sure enough that did it. I moved my PC to the other side of my desk and tried my wireless mouse out and everything worked fine. I must have had some kind of interference from my work devices that were on the same side. They provided outstanding service and I'm happy to know that if I ever have any issues with an electronic device I can come here. Replaced CPU and RAM, removed GPU but still won't boot. Just red LED lights indicating CPU and RAM problem which I already replaced. Opened a ticket with ASRock, described what I have done, email comes back from support telling me to do the bunch of things I've already done which are mentioned on the ticket. So I replied saying what I have done are already mentioned on the ticket so stop wasting my time and let's move on to the next step and the attached photo is the reply I got from the support person. I work for IT support. Not to mention I would never say things like that to my customer, I've never seen a support reply like that as a consumer. I think their product is so garbage, they must be frustrated themselves too. If you have a garbage product, at least have a decent support people.

They even helped my troubleshoot and figure out my CPU had an issue. I replaced that CPU as well and everything worked perfectly. I was very happy with their service. First with a ticking, then the fan started as well and ultimately led to the unit overheating. It was the water pump that needed to be changed and a fan. I was quoted from $480-$892 for parts and labor. I was floored when Bill quoted me significantly less than the $400! He ordered the parts today and drove out to Tustin and repaired the unit same day.
