She is experienced and efficient and fast. Constantly checking she doesn't burn or cut you and that you are comfortable. She's very seasoned and knows what she's talking about. I get the feeling she's been doing nails for atleast 10 years. She knows all styles and designs and is so friendly. She also loves a challenge I noticed. She asked me what I wanted rather than telling me what she thought looked best. And I really appreciated that. I came in wanting a glossy candy apple red stiletto shape with a cheetah accent nail and she did exactly what I wanted and more. Her staff is friendly. The place is small but pretty. Extremely clean. I noticed they all constantly washed their hands AND sanitized in between everything they did. Which I thought was nice, because cross contamination happens more at salons than you might actually know about. For a full set with design and gel top, it came to $63. (Not including tip) I want to say this also included a nail file and buffer. State of Washington requires you must bring your own or you will be charged for a new one. Only I can't remember if I was charged or not... anyways. Will be back in 2 weeks for a pedicure now that I've seen the place and experienced it first hand. Thanks so much Julie!

I needed long coffin acrylic nails with no polish. The young man with curly highlighted hair was my tech. He had black & white designed nails on his left hand which I completed on, so I figured he knew what he was doing...boy, was I wrong. While fitting the tips on my nails he could not find any to fit my thumbs. He cut the thumb tips in the middle in order to fit properly. I have NEVER needed this method done in the past at ANY other salon I've ever gone to over the years. He took a long time filing, and shaping. He barely buffed the nails so they were difficult to polish or style the design I wanted a friend to do. I had to purchase a buffer in order to get a smoother surface. I used a nude polish after, however in doing so it seems to make all the problems stand out more. The nails on each hand DO NOT MATCH, which irritates me mostly. My original nails are the same size, so this issue falls on either the nail techs inexperience or simply a rush job. On top of everything, a THICK acrylic drip is on one of the thumbs that I have to carefully file because if I clip it the whole nail will crack. I did not have time to address these issues. I would've needed a whole new set to fix everything. To add insult to injury I unfortunately paid $65...a waste! Whelp, it is what it is. I Will never come back to this salon nor cheat on my tech again.

Today, almost a wk later, the gems are all still there and my nails still look flawless and absolutely stunning! They match with all my outfits which is definitely a plus. This nail salon is a family ran and owned business. They are the latest ones open on Sunday in the area and will stay later than normal if they know you need em! I felt welcomed and relaxed for my apt and am happy to have found a place who can do a versatile and broad range of nail designs. I walked into this empty nail salon, which should have been my first red flag, but I figured, hey, maybe it's just a slow day. Nope--it was a slow business because this place is a nightmare. First, I was sat in a broken chair that wobbled like it was about to collapse. No menu, no options--just straight to faking the funk of work. The pedicure itself lasted less than 9 minutes (yes, I timed it), and for $60, I expected at least some level of care. IInstead, the technician hacked away at my nails so aggressively that I started bleeding profusely--like, actual blood dripping down my foot. My toenails have been bleeding over a week........And do you think the nail tech acknowledged it? Nope. No apology, no effort to stop the bleeding, just a complete ice out before moving on to the next tragedy. I was in pain, bleeding, and stuck with a nail color I hated. When I politely mentioned I was bleeding and didn't like the color, I was completely ignored. Like I wasn't even there. No fix, no concern--just blank stares. When I mentioned the broken chair, no help. I was sincerely the only customer. It was disgusting. As if this horror show wasn't enough, they rushed me out like I was some kind of inconvenience, assuming I didn't have the money to pay for my service ....mmmMind you, there were still no other customers in the building, so what was the rush?? Maybe they knew they did a terrible job and didn't want to deal with the aftermath. Tbh I'm not sure but I was deeply repulsed regardless. Long story short: this place is an absolute joke. I then asked for a manicure and shellac paint job. I mentioned there was left over dip polish on nails and she used a nail file to remove it. She didn't even brush my nails. They're bumpy and I can see through the two coats of paint. I'm so frustrated that I left without seeing how terrible they were. I wouldn't recommend them.
