This is my go to pharmacy because it's 24 hours. It's the only 24 hour Walgreens in the entire state of Oregon. Sometimes they have glitches, but I think the staff that works here is always really professional and does their best to get what each person needs, in my opinion. I understand this pharmacy can get very busy (and this may be all day) and there have been many reviews that are not happy with the wait times. With that, I must say, this is a 24hr pharmacy, which we need to greatly appreciate because when you need something urgent at the wee hours of the day or during a holiday, this location is one of the VERY FEW pharmacy stores that will be open for you! I work in healthcare and a patient needed their meds on Christmas Day. There was no pharmacy avail in Beaverton and near the vicinity that day that was able to help this patient out - except for this pharmacy! The location is at a neighborhood that is still growing with new homes, so it will get busier and has been for that reason also. I'm just grateful we have this pharmacy for our convenience, location and hours wise. read more

Received my annual flu shot, COVID booster and pneumonia vaccine in the very busy pharmacy dept. once again this year. Every staff person and the Pharmacist who administered my injections were kind and professional. I still have had no issues as described by many other Yelpers. My only complaint was I was told to check in by scanning a QR code. I am standing at the counter, face to face with an employee CHECKING IN, so why do I have to get out of line to go scan a QR code? Somethings just don't make any sense. The drive up window was open again the day I visited so perhaps the short staffing issue for that service has been resolved. At least temporarily. Unfortunately, Walgreens Corporate has announced that store closures are coming. I can't help but believe that this is all due to mismanagement and greed. Most stores, especially the pharmacies, are short-staffed on purpose. I have a family member who is a Pharmacy Tech in another state and they have confirmed the truth in this. I'm not sure if this Walgreens is on the closure list but I sure hope not. As I said above, this pharmacy is a very busy one, Staff are doing the best they can under the circumstances. What a horrible place. I scheduled an appointment for a Shingles vaccine for 8:30 am. These guys have a shutter that didn't open until 8:43 am. Talk about being prompt. There are 6 employees in there and not sure what they are do. Waste of time and lack of care for people when that is a big part of their job. Upon asking about my appointment they rudely tell you to go sit there. Next time I'd try Rite Aid. read more

This store is arranged for the insane! The chips were in three different aisles! I just wanted to run in and out. Most of the aisles of things also looked like we missed the apocalypse, so if you need something, you may need to look. And I get that the check out is arranged to prevent people from maybe running out the door but for those of us who are ADA, this is a bit much to walk around, waltzing with other customers. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. After being discharged from a week-long hospital stay, they failed to provide the most important prescription needed. On top of that, I had to wait in line twice--first for 30 minutes, then again for over an hour. If you value your time and, more importantly, your health, avoid this pharmacy. No one should have to spend their entire Saturday night waiting for a time sensitive, lifesaving prescription that should have been ready in the first place. Wish I could give 0 stars. I recently transferred all my prescriptions over from Rite Aid and am rethinking my decision. My doctor sent a prescription to my local Walgreens this past Thursday (5/15). Friday, I received a text that my medication was out of stock but that the prescription would be filled "soon". Saturday, I was picking up medication for my husband and asked when mine would be ready. I was informed it had been "out of stock for a while", and they couldn't order/request it specifically. The pharmacy could only mark it "out of stock" and they would receive some if some were available. Their next shipment is to be today (Monday, 5/19). I will be taking the last dose I have of this medication Monday AM. Concerned, I called yesterday and spoke with the local pharmacy who confirmed that their shipment would arrive Monday, and I could call about 3PM to ask if my medication arrived. They informed me that they don't know what medications are being sent to them in advance. I then called "customer service" and was transferred a couple times. The person I spoke with (eventually) was less than sympathetic, and absolutely did not have options/solutions for me. I explained my situation and was informed that Walgreens' contracted supplier had not been able to provide the medication to their warehouse. Upon inquiry, I was advised that the pharmacy cannot order from a different distributer even in these circumstances. I asked how I could rely on Walgreens to make sure my medications are filled in a timely manner, and how I could avoid this every month. There was no answer, except I would need to call different pharmacies in my area to ask if they had it. (No volunteering to contact local Walgreens for me, she reiterated that I would need to do so). I asked her who I could talk to/who I would need to talk to so this could be resolved and hopefully prevented in the future. She advised me I could call back today after 3PM to speak with her manager, who could get me in touch with the store manager... neither of which can approve ordering from a different supplier or actually assist. So - not only were all answers "no" but there was not even an inkling of trying to find something that CAN be done to help. Due to this type of medication, my provider will have to send a NEW prescription to whichever local pharmacy has some in stock, even if it is another Walgreens location. As I mentioned, I took my last dose today, and will need to get the pharmacy location confirmed ASAP so I can hope my doctor has time to send over the prescription in time to allow the pharmacy to fill it (and me pick it up) by the end of the day. Due to all this "administration" I'm suddenly needing to do, I had to take the day off work. And I'm concerned that this will be the same process each month. Another issue is that I was informed via text that the prescription would be filled "soon". Based on all the conversations I've had with Walgreens staff, this is unlikely due to the difficulty obtaining my medication. But I would never have even known to start gathering information/answers/contacting pharmacies if I hadn't asked ON MY OWN on Saturday. I received no text or phone call that I should expect a delay or contact the pharmacy to discuss this situation. It feels as though, in EVERY aspect and at EVERY opportunity, Walgreens is failing me. I just want to trust that my medication will be filled in a timely manner, that I will be kept informed of progress (accurately), that pharmacy and call center staff will work with me to solve issues, and that, ultimately, I will not miss doses of this important medication. I can't be the only person in this boat. And this medication is not uncommon nor "out of stock" at other chain pharmacies (at least, prior to this month, I've NEVER had an issue/delay with the filling of my medication). Now I'm having no luck finding someone to talk who that can DO anything, and I'm stuck making endless phone calls. . . . VERY disappointed. read more

I want to give zero stars!! This pharmacy has Never been helpful. I have been going there for years. I tried to refill a prescription I have had refilled there for years. U was told there are no refills. Always in the past they contact the doctors office for approval. She would not do it, just said they don't do that. Ridiculous!!! Every Dr you contact for refills to contact your pharmacy. I had to go to my doctor's office and transfer this prescription elsewhere. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere when they come due. This is just one example of their incompetence. I also within the last 2 weeks had the same issue of being out of stock when I tried to pick up my prescription. They gave me 5 to get by. I never heard from them again so a few days later I went to pick it up. They hadn't even prepared my prescription so I had to wait for them to fill it. I am so done with them!! 0 stars My family booked our appointments online a few days prior using the Walgreens application. We received our confirmation numbers and our 24 hour reminders. I called the morning of our appointment to TRIPLE confirm that we would be seen at 10:00am and 10:15 since we had doctor's appointments for our sick babies shortly after. Over the phone, the pharmacy technician confirmed. We arrive at the pharmacy on time. The technician at the window takes our names and says she cannot find our appointments. We share confirmation numbers that match the address and time. They still could not find our appointments. At this point it's 10:16 and you might imagine they would just generate us in the system and take us seeing we have all proper documentation. Nope. Instead we are sitting in the drive through, with our two babies hysterically crying, all for them to say "we don't know how long this will take". No compassion whatsoever. We had to leave for our next set of appointments incredibly dissatisfied with this pharmacy and will not be returning. read more

Do not. Do not ever use this pharmacy. I lived nearby for a couple years and went for convenience. It's as inconvenient as is possible. I've stood in line, complained, called, used the drive through, nothing helps. My favorite trip was when I was going through cancer treatment and would have done anything for a chair while waiting in line. My second favorite is when the power went out while I was in a chair for my flu shot. A random worker told the pharmacist I couldn't get my shot and we all needed to "get out." My third favorite is when I observed an employee tell a frail woman that the bathroom was locked and couldn't be used. This place is seriously super mis-managed. Walgreens are you kidding?! My friend had an APPOINTMENT for the vaccine at 2:30 today. We waited in the "COVID Vaccine check in" line for 15 minutes only to be told to fill more paperwork out and have a longer wait. What's the appointment for anyway?! I was done at Providence after 20 minutes, including my 15 minute "post vaccine" wait. The store manager was helping in the pharmacy and his mask was only over his mouth 60-70% of the time we were there. I TD her that Rite Aid had appointments today as well and we scheduled there. Shame on you Walgreens for making it SO difficult for someone to get vaccinated. Clearly people doing it now have been hesitant and you're making it more difficult so likely turning people away and making them walk away when they could be vaccinated. Shame on you. read more

It took over a week and several phone calls (all with differing answers) as to why a well known and common drug would take that long to fill. After a chat with their obnoxious pharmacy manager and then store manager (who promise to call back but did not), no one gave an accurate explanation. But suddenly, after my call to the store manager, the Rx was filled! Would I trust Walgreens to fill the Rx correctly (thankful for computer checks). Nope! After a 30 minute wait at pharmacy, I asked staff member if she could give me access to bathroom and she said no, Walgreens no longer allows public access to bathrooms. I pushed, and she maintained no. Are they kidding?? There are routinely 20 sick or sick people in line there for a half hour waiting for their Rx's and they don't allow restroom access??? Has it crossed Walgreens minds that many of those customers are drinking a lot of fluids to recover? Walgreens must want to commit corporate suicide. read more

If you need a pharmacy look elsewhere. This pharmacy is terribly understaffed at all times day and night. Their drivethru is almost always closed. I would suggest maybe trying another location or a different chain. If you try to pickup inside you can guarantee that there will be at least 10-15 people in line at all times. read more

I've been going to this pharmacy since 2017. I have regular refills and occasionally need to pick up for when my son needs something. Sometimes there is a line. Sometimes there is not... all depends on the time and day. They always have been nice, not rude. However I have seen numerous people be rude and demanding to the pharmacists on duty. I get it... you're sick, n cranky, irritated and want your meds now. But acting like an angry gumball...and misplacing your anger on them won't get you quicker service. I love coming to this particular Wallgreens and thankful for them being open and nearby. read more

Our experience with the Walgreens Pharmacy at 14600 SW Murray Scholls Dr. has not been a good one lately. Over and over our "auto refill" prescriptions have been not been refilled as requested or promised. Also when we are advised, by text, that a prescription refill authorization is needed and asked if they should contact the Dr. and get a new authorization. When we reply yes about half the time nothing happens. When I did call, I was transferred to the pharmacy phone by the computer (not sure why). I got put on infinite hold (always in position #3). I was finally connected to the "pharmacy manager" Victor things went from bad to far worse. This fellow talked so fast I was unable to understand him. When I asked him to slow down so that I could understand what he was trying to say he became aggressively defensive and started attacking me as a customer. He stated that I had better "adjust my attitude" and give him the "respect" that he deserved. In my humble opinion this individual should not be working with the public (your customers). Victor also stated flatly that Walgreens did not have to fill the prescription because they needed a refill authorization. What happened to the customer service that used to exist before "Victor" decided that Walgreens no longer assisted customers in getting prescription refills. We have been loyal Walgreen customers for over 20 years. We don't want to change pharmacies. But, we will not tolerate the disservice bad attitude that we have recently received. You can and should do better Walgreens. Sorry for the negative feedback. I don't do it lightly. I don't like doing it any more than you like seeing it. I know you are really busy and are inundated with more people than ever. But, that's no excuse for rude and dictatorial people who are supposed to be there to help us. read more

The intercom system is the worst ever....they can't hear us and we can't hear them.....then once your prescription is ready you wait 15 minutes plus or minus for the pharmacist to come over. Had to go there again today. ( I would give it zero stars if I could). 6 people in line, I had to wait about 20". They've had their drive up window blocked off for months, and so there is just in-store service (if you want to call it "service") which is still atrocious. They will NOT be re-opening the drive up window ; plus - the staff person at the window handles BOTH the vaccine line AND the the pick up (for prescription) line. Their service is absolutely abysmal. They are a 24 hour pharmacy and have historically been very competent and capable in providing prescriptions in a timely manner. However, over the past year +, they have HUGE wait lines for customers filling or picking up prescriptions. The same tech handles the walk up window and drive up - the wait in the car drive up line is usually over 45 minutes, same thing for the walk up line in the store. Hey guys!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Had 4-15min appointments scheduled in a 1.5 hour window to get myself, husband, and 2 of 3 children vaccinated. We arrived and checked in 5 minutes before the appointment time and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes past our first appointment time to even receive paperwork to fill out even though we already filled it out online when booking the appointment. After turning in the paperwork, we waited an additional 15 minutes before being seen. During this 55 minute period, my 3 year old needed to use the restroom, so we asked where the bathroom was and we were told there is no public bathroom. I'm not sure what they expect from people. ‍ I understand that they are understaffed, but if that is the case, they shouldn't continue to take vaccine appointments. read more

Okay, I see a lot of low ratings here, but most people are punks when it comes to rating. This place was clean, well-lit, stocked, and all four employees I had interaction with were not only pleasant but also PROUD of working at the last 24-hour pharmacy in Oregon. Add to the pharmacist's pleasant manner and willingness to go above and beyond for the patients, even in the middle of the night? No brainer, 5-star review...and that doesn't even include the fact it only took 30 minutes for a prescription, and they were busy at the time! I am mad impressed with this Walgreen's! Pharmacy review. Either they are way understaffed or way overworked. They try hard but the wait times are ridiculous. 45 minutes waiting in line then have to come 2 hours later to pick up. Even if the prescription is called in by the doctor before hand, it takes forever in line to pick it up. 14 people in line at 4pm. My script is ready but still have to wait. The drive up line is terrible too. Blocks traffic if there is more than three cars in line. The staff is great. They are attentive and helpful. read more

Walgreens says, in writing, that they care about and listen to customer reviews. They even have a site where you can leave a review. The problem is that it works about as well as the rest of the company. I wrote a review and was required to associate it with a store. No problem as it had to do with a specific store. However, in the process of selecting a store, I was taken directly to that store's website with no way back to the review page except using the back button. Tried multiple times, various ways, no joy. So no way to actually leave a review that Walgreens says they care about. read more

I hate to do it but I agree with the pharmacy reviews. Everyone in the pharmacy is nice but they're sooo understaffed, and this was the case pre-Covid. Doesn't matter if you drive through or walk in, it takes a really - long - time to get prescriptions. And it doesn't matter if it's weekend or week day, morning, afternoon, or evening. I had done business at this Walgreens (including the pharmacy) for almost 20 years. In the past year, the service has gone from great, to average, to now, TERRIBLE! Just moved all my perscriptions to a Safeway pharmacy! Their poor service includes misinformation via text & email (told perscriptions ready, after a 30 minute wait at the pharmacy, told not ready). To hour long waits to get to the pharmacy counter - and then dealing with employees who don't know & don't care. I get that times are tough for good help, but you need to have at least one or two employees who give a s%$#. Stay away! read more

dont waste your time trying to get prescriptions filled here. i guess theyve had law suits against them which means they get to play god and turn people away who need their pain medications while they are waiting for surgery. first excuse i was given was because i have allergies listed that are in the same family of meds even though it doesnt show in my history that im allergic to this specific medication and they can see in the system that its been prescribed to me before. second excuse was because of how my other prescriptions have been filled because while taking one specific medication, i stop taking the other i take on a daily basis due to how it can affect a persons breathing and heart rate if i were to take both at the same time. both of my medical issues have been issues, one for a decade and one for 25 yrs. i work closely with my doctors and specialists. they are the only ones who determine what medications i use and dont use, not a pharmacist with a god complex. read more
