There is typically a…read moregrocery item I buy that is not easy to find, having been discontinued at the regular Walmart and sort of moved over to Walmart Neighborhood Markets. Plus, I was motoring along OR-43 through pastoral West Linn. I found what I was looking for. I might have even bought another thing or two. This Walmart Neighborhood Market is the nicest of any I've gone into and I've probably been inside a handful. The store is clean, the selection is vast, and the prices are reasonable. Then, the employees are on top of their game and those shopping here are civil, meaning that drama and theatrics will be at an absolute minimum. If you want drama, rent a flick. That's not what one wants while shopping. Note that the Walmart Neighborhood Market concept is a bifurcation from the regular Walmart or super center. They are meant to be, first and foremost, a grocery store. This is not where you come to buy socks, a toaster oven, or fertilizer. In fact, you just might be able to do all your grocery shopping here. As you do your shopping here, you might think you're on vacation. Sitting up on its knoll with its treed parking lot and woodsy appearance, you might think you're in either Monterey/Carmel or Sausalito shrouded in June gloom. Instead, you're at a type of Walmart under this area's consistent gray skies and in "Lake Oswego Lite."

I like the variety offered for staples, including organic choices. It's a clean, well stocked store. Staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Really happy it's there.

Bumblebee solid albacore tuna, various jars of roasted peppers, bread & butter pickles, pasta, tea bags, and baking supplies, to name a few. When I bring my car into the Mazda dealership for servicing, I make a pit stop here to stock up and check out other deals. Lots of parking. Store is well stocked. No complaints.

There's plenty of parking, and the lot was easy to access. Upon entering, I was absolutely aghast at the lack of produce! I was raised on the rule that if you want to be healthy, you stick to the outside of the store aisles, and this is the smallest produce section I've ever seen in my life so knowing this is the neighborhood store is really a sad indicator of probably the overall health in the area. I had been hoping to knock out my weekly grocery shopping here, but immediately looking over the produce, and only having discarded tomatillos, remaining and bruised jalapeños. There was no way my list was gonna get checked off. I headed straight and search of my gluten-free items and was very pleased to find they actually have it in one little section with a sign that says gluten-free so you don't have to run around the entire store looking for those items. It's not a huge section so it's a time to just go right to that spot. 99% of the store is packaged and processed. I grabbed what I needed, I have a person vendetta against all self check out and headed to the one lane open with a checker who had no idea how to use her register, and even though she bagged the groceries for the person before me, she did not bag mine and seemed very confused by the fact that I had even brought my own. The whole checkout was just awkward, and I felt very out of place for some reasons. I was never greeted, I was never offered assistance. Just an odd vibe overall.

Well I DO feel like I need to update my review for CVS pharmacy in clackamas. I was in a total…read morerage before because they were so incredibly screwed up and had a staff that was complete lack of knowledge and they just didn't have enough people. My experience the last 6 to 8 weeks has been a little different. We are still trying to fix the MESS of my prescriptions being out of whack and somehow there dates got messed up BUT besides that. They have newer staff, new pharmacist, etc and they are ON IT. If you leave them a message, they actually really DO call you back . And the new pharmacist there, I forgot his name, but he is really amazing and goes above and beyond to try to figure out your situation and get it fixed. I can't imagine being a new pharmacist and having to fix that mess over there but he's doing a really good job. Anyway, thought I'd let you all know. It's a different experience when you go in there. THANK GODDD! And Thank you CVS for hearing our complaints and actually FIXING the situation and getting more staff in there!! Much better experience. Oh- I almost forgot - the new staff there are VERY kind. Not like some of the past employees who would probably get fired from polishing ROCKS- because their attitude was so bad! Thank God that one didn't last very long. ( and I'm NOT talking about the previous pharmacist- she was great) Anyway Hope this helps just ONE person if ur trying to figure out whether to go there or not.

Can we please take a moment to thank or be kind to our Rite Aid pharmacist, tech and sales person?…read moreI don't often stand in line and hear people being rude, but I did today and it makes me so disheartened when this staff gets treated like garbage. Hey, I get it, people are impatient they have things to do. But so do all the other people waiting, helping or servicing. I just want to shout out Lenon the pharmacist who always checks to see how I'm doing, several of the techs who when they see me immediately know if I'm picking up for my kids or myself, and always are friendly, and the sales people who today kindly commented on my outfit. A second of kindness is all it takes. What do you get out of making someone else angry and miserable? And for the dude who was rude to the tech, what he didn't know or ASK, was that the neighborhood lost its power in the late afternoon until close to midnight. The pharmacy team had to do a massive catch up of orders and existing meds. Give each other grace, it's the least you'd want for yourself. Also, I seriously always appreciate this rite aid for always having our RX stocked and always serving with a friendly demeanor. I know retail pharmacy isn't easy, keep up the great work, y'all.
