Customer over 30 years. I bought a new pistol caliber to me. Went there and asked what ammo to buy. Salesman sold me $150 worth of the ammo he picked out. It would not cycle my new semi auto pistol. Turns out he sold me subsonic ammo. Spoke to the manager and they simply will not allow exchanges, even when THEY MISLEAD ME. Unbelievable. Never spending another dollar at this store manned by criminals. SMH. read more

Bi Mart is one of those highly underrated stores. This really is a great, quick stop, place to grab whatever you need. They carry a great selection of plants, flowers and veggie starts in the spring/summer. They have everything from home goods, electronics, tools, furniture, food, pet supplies, guns and knives and clothing. All packed into this small store!! They keep their prices very competitive for the area. The employees seem to stay for extended periods of time so you'll likely see the same faces through the months and possibly years. Let's keep places like this in business and stop in for a few items now and then. read more

Now, I've been to Bi-Mart plenty of times, and after seeing how awesome the store looks, I must say, I'm impressed. :) Plus, there's also the store's organized layout showing how neat the aisles along with where everything's located. Then, there's how the employees show their friendliness through their actions by helping the customers, and how they know where the things the customers are looking for are located; I can't help admire how they have a diligent work ethic, and I like the value of hard work and doing one's best, too. :) Also, the selection of goods is superbly cool. There's the usual things like milk, food and drinks. Then, there's the great selection of plants, flowers and vegetable seeds for when the spring and summer roll around. And as for the value, it's cool; I find it highly amazing. The prices are different, but in a good way. Finally, I highly recommend Bi-Mart to those who appreciate low prices and neatly clean stores, and I give it two thumbs up as well (although ten stars would be even better as well). :) read more

I have been so disappointed by most of the Customer Support People who work at this particular Bi-Mart. I tried to talk to a different Manager this morning, Jennifer is her name. I tried to explain to her that lucky number Tuesday is a complete rip off. We have found that most numbers do not cycle through but you may see 1 number run for 3 weeks in a row which I don't see at other stores. I tried to talk to this woman to no avail. I also talk to many of the workers here and they are NOT FRIENDLY AND DON'T CARE!!!!! I ALSO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND THEY TELL ME THE SAME THINGS ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. This is a good store, great prices on items and a good selection of quality items for sale. The Bi-Mart model has been around for a long time and it is one of those stores I always wish I went to more often as it is worth your time. Typically good sales on a weekly basis, check your little coupon book and find something that works for you. read more

I've lived in Molalla for over a year now and I visit bi mart at least a couple times a week. Usually all of the employess are friendly and helpful. This particular visit, I went in to find a very specific product in the sporting goods department. (2/19/2023 110pm) There was a woman there helping another gentleman while she called who I assume was supposed to be manning the counter. She acknowledged me and told me that the other associate would help me shortly. The man came over and was helping a different customer purchase a knife. The associate was well aware that I was waiting, and I understand there are probably policies stating ee's must bring the knife to the register in the front for purchase. The associate said NOTHING to me even after I had already been waiting 10 minutes, and proceeded to walk away. I waited for ANOTHER 10 minutes assuming he would return, but no dice. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged at all by him. Being the first crummy experience I will return, but wanted to express my frustration in hopes that someone would help this associate to improve his customer service skills in the future. Regarding the Molalla Oregon store. Some of the employees would benefit from taking a class in customer service. I have lived next to that store for the past 10 years. I do not plan on giving them anymore of my business. They not only loose my business but also the 4 elderly family members and there neighbors that I shop for weekly. Their fishing section is great, they actually carry the tackle I like. Many other retailers have a lot of gear, but it's not what I want and I leave empty handed. This store is a real treasure for Oregon City. They have the image of a "discount" store, but I am always pleasantly shocked at the depth of some product lines, like tools or hardware (for example, an assortment of compressors, plus all the fittings, gauges, filters and other accessories! You just don't find things like that at a big box store). I notice the selection of equipment for the workshop or garage, like plastic drawer organizers, workshop parts bins, gas cans, car tools, and lawn equipment is much more complete than the other bigger stores nearby. They have a vast assortment of paint and still do custom paint mixing. There's a decent selection of small appliances. And of course, having a small grocery built in is a nice plus. It's like they are a refreshing "general store" blast from long ago, where the employees are helpful and the store sells things I actually need. I regularly go here, and in the past 2 years, especially, they have jumped way ahead of their nearby competitors like Fred Meyer in store quality. read more

This B-Mart is just ok. The manager was friendly when I had to complain about a particular "team member" who made a stink and treated me pretty crappy after I forgot my wallet. I obviously have nothing better to do in my life then drive around OC with my tiny baby screwing up peoples registers with my lack of preparedness. Yo... I'm human. Anyways they had a nice selection of vegetable starts, and gardening tools as one may expect, but after purchasing my seeds I was pretty bummed to see that Fred Meyers next door had the same brand on sale for a significant price difference.Oh well. read more

The store is not only the best place to buy so many things at a low price, but , also, the service is excellent. The employees are extremely helpful: We were looking for some medical type items and the woman there took lots of time to patiently help my elderly mother. The employee in the hardware area helped me load chicken feed on to a cart, and later brought it out to my car where he loaded it in. I could not get that sort of help at Wilco or Coastal, and the price at Bi Mart is 26 cents a pound while Wilco and Coastal cost 30 percent more at 37 cents a pound, and the quality is comparable. It is the lowest chicken feed price in our area. You can buy household items, electronic items, kitchen things, packaged and canned foods, hunting and fishing equipment, wine, beer, lots of drugstore items, hardware, farm materials, clothing. Everything is less costly than other stores, even Grocery Discount. They also have REAL sales where things are not first marked up and then marked down, but real discounts off their already low prices! It also is not a store that buys up things that did not sell in other stores. It is not a department store, but they do have just about everything. If you have a minute, you can phone them and ask in advance if they have what you need. I found that 99 percent of the time they have it. You don't pay for slick looking displays of multiple brand names of each item. You won't see the same item in many different departments such as you see at Fred Meyer. At BiMart, you pay for good quality items at a lower price with excellent service. read more

We needed a new coffee pot and decided to stop at Bi-Mart. WOW! Their prices are cheap. We got a new mini coffee pot for $14. It's a Mr. Coffee brand, basic function and does the trick. All of the Bi-Marts I've been in seem similar to Walmart but much smaller and easy to navigate. It's never too busy, so it's a quick in and out. They have real sales and real coupons. The $5 lifetime membership is worth the amount of time and money we have saved at this little bargain store. read more

The employees here are so amazing!!! Every time I stop in, their customer service is the absolute best! They never treat me differently when in the knife or fishing area, being a female, unlike so many other stores (fishermans!) Today I had a problem with an item I previously purchased there. And let me tell you! First, the kind lady I spoke with on the phone was so sweet and helpful! Then she transferred me to BOB in hardware and he was so dang helpful! Every step of the way he never made me feel dumb or unimportant! And he was very compassionate! He even loaded the exchanged item into my truck! If I could leave zero stars I would .Went there yesterday to get two prescriptions filled. First went to the walk up window. They said it would take a while so Come in. Went in and no one else was there they were not busy. Took over five minutes for her to even acknowledge me. Then said that the insurance I had would not cover prescriptions. I paid $88. they said I could come back and be reimbursed up to 10 days .Went to work found out this was a lie should've been covered now I need to go back there and see if I can get my money back.Needles to say will not be going back to BI MART pharmacy ever again. read more

I have recently started shopping more frequently at Bi-Mart Oregon City, it is a great Oregon company and is a better option to some of the big box stores with their national and international owners that fund huge corporate CEO salaries and political agendas. I have been pleasantly surprised when I compare pricing on just about every item. Also I want to compliment one specific employee. On two recent shopping trips Cole has helped me find items I didn't even know Bi-Mart carried and I didn't know where to look for. Cole is very polite, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to help customers and no doubt has a great career ahead of him in whatever endeavor he chooses. read more

I was in looking for a magic mesh screen door and an employee named Cole helped me. He was so nice, polite, professional and incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond the standard "customer service". He checked multiple locations as to where the product may have been placed, even checking upstairs (off the sales floor) and even checked multiple other store locations without me even having to ask. He had great customer service and I believe Bi-mart is lucky to have such an exceptional employee!
