The pharmacy as really gone down on quality service. I understand they have a larger load and trust me I'd rather not take a handful of meds if I didn't have to but unfortunately cancer isn't a choice. I have to have my meds filled. With that comes attitude, and slow response to phone calls and phone answering. I also get an hour wait for a flu shot because they have 1 pharmacists. There isn't anyone else waiting or a line to pick up meds so the reason I have to wait makes no sense. On top of that I can't leave the chair in the waiting room to go shop for the hour I just have to sit here according to Leslie they can't page me. The time was the exact same one hour for my wife who attempted a flu shot here 2 days prior in the afternoon not morning. It seems that's just the common answer. Leslie tells me she wants to ring everything up together then waits till I sit and calls me back up before then needing me to come back up 1 minute later to do the flu shot paperwork and get my rx. The only positive to that place is the older male pharmacist. He has been always nice friendly and listens to me when I have a complaint. I don't think things change there but at least he hears me.

Posted hours conflicting with what they show online, and said on the phone.

Pharmacy rarely has my full prescription and the Pharmacy staff has been curt and impatient.

Pretty good spot. They had what we needed. I hate how at all these places the price is higher if a regular store has the same though.

Pharmacy staff has always been friendly & helpful. Recent staff change results in staff who are rude, impatient, & unable to communicate.

Plus, I was motoring along OR-43 through pastoral West Linn. I found what I was looking for. I might have even bought another thing or two. This Walmart Neighborhood Market is the nicest of any I've gone into and I've probably been inside a handful. The store is clean, the selection is vast, and the prices are reasonable. Then, the employees are on top of their game and those shopping here are civil, meaning that drama and theatrics will be at an absolute minimum. If you want drama, rent a flick. That's not what one wants while shopping. Note that the Walmart Neighborhood Market concept is a bifurcation from the regular Walmart or super center. They are meant to be, first and foremost, a grocery store. This is not where you come to buy socks, a toaster oven, or fertilizer. In fact, you just might be able to do all your grocery shopping here. As you do your shopping here, you might think you're on vacation. Sitting up on its knoll with its treed parking lot and woodsy appearance, you might think you're in either Monterey/Carmel or Sausalito shrouded in June gloom. Instead, you're at a type of Walmart under this area's consistent gray skies and in "Lake Oswego Lite."

Bumblebee solid albacore tuna, various jars of roasted peppers, bread & butter pickles, pasta, tea bags, and baking supplies, to name a few. There's plenty of parking, and the lot was easy to access. Upon entering, I was absolutely aghast at the lack of produce! I was raised on the rule that if you want to be healthy, you stick to the outside of the store aisles, and this is the smallest produce section I've ever seen in my life so knowing this is the neighborhood store is really a sad indicator of probably the overall health in the area. I had been hoping to knock out my weekly grocery shopping here, but immediately looking over the produce, and only having discarded tomatillos, remaining and bruised jalapeños. There was no way my list was gonna get checked off. I headed straight and search of my gluten-free items and was very pleased to find they actually have it in one little section with a sign that says gluten-free so you don't have to run around the entire store looking for those items. It's not a huge section so it's a time to just go right to that spot. 99% of the store is packaged and processed. I grabbed what I needed, I have a person vendetta against all self check out and headed to the one lane open with a checker who had no idea how to use her register, and even though she bagged the groceries for the person before me, she did not bag mine and seemed very confused by the fact that I had even brought my own. The whole checkout was just awkward, and I felt very out of place for some reasons. I was never greeted, I was never offered assistance. Just an odd vibe overall.
