Every time I go the drive thru has some issue. This time they said to come in as they were short staffed. They wouldn't even acknowledge me at the drive thru. I have switched all my medication to online delivery because they are so bad. If this wasn't an immediate need I would have waited as well. It died in the pandemic. Really. This store has never recovered from those days. There are plenty of grocery-type items, but the medical area is half empty. Whatever you are trying to find, they probably don't have it. This is not good when you are in pain or have a cold, and want to make sure you don't have to hit five places. This was understandable during the pandemic; not so now. One might say that it has long business COVID. Okay, the store was never very good, but now it's reached the stage of pointless to try. I truly feel for the staff. No one stays except the manager, and I suspect we're looking at closure soon enough. Probably for the best. I suppose that some corporate efficiency expert decided that since it wasn't making money (since it lacks merchandise to sell), that it should be way down the supply list, which means that while regulars have likely given up, new arrivals take one look and say nope, thus assuring that it'll never make money. I went to this Rite Aid on Allen Boulevard in Beaverton Oregon and I've called several times and they leave me on hold for over an hour and no one ends up getting back to you on the phone. The worst customer service I've ever seen ever! I will end up taking my business elsewhere , and if they don't have enough money to hire at least one person to answer the phones, then they should close the business down in my honest opinion! Completely unacceptable to waste over an hour of your time on the phone when they never even answer the phone, and they just put you on hold! read more

I had Covid. My doctor called in my prescription. I desperately needed medication. I got through once and was asked to wait. I called and called and called. Seven times to ask the status of my prescription with no pick up. My roommate drove out to pick up said prescription only to find it was not ready an hour and a half later. read more

Everything here feels uncomfortable including the parking lot. And then I get probably one of the most unfriendly clerks to check me out - I am not expecting super friendly or anything but this guy was downright hostile. I was glad to grab the three things I needed and that the place was nice and empty. I honestly forget this Rite Aide is even here. The store is clean, and the employees are nice. But the time it takes to get a prescription from the pharmacy is ridiculous. Came in the afternoon, it wasn't ready. They said it would be ready in two hours. I came back six hours later. It was still not ready. They told Me to wait a few minutes while they helped the next ten or so people in line. Almost two hours later, I finally got my prescription. A lot of these unfortunate people in line were also told to wait off to the side for a few minutes that turned into hours. It's been a month since my last review. I wanted to come back here with a positive update. I put in a request to refill a medication that was previously very difficult to get filled. I did not get the usual message that this medication is out of stock, so after a few days I called the pharmacy. A person answered the phone!!! This was great! Previously the phone would ring and loop into the same repeat message, so I was happy to speak to a live person. This person told me the medication will be ready the following day. Sure enough, I checked my Rite aid app the next day and it was ready to be picked up. I appreciate the efforts for improvement Rite Aid. Thank you. read more

The pharmacist himself is an asshole and you can tell he doesn't like being told what to do by a women by the way he talked to my wife. The pharmacy is great. The older male pharmacist there has gone out of his way a few time to make sure my prescriptions are taken care of and covered by insurance. The techs are efficient and helpful. The store is always well stocked and the clerks are friendly but not overly. Only docked stars because they took down their Black Lives Matter sign after few months. Seemed Performative even the CEO seems on board so I wonder if staff did it. :/ read more

Jackie in the Pharmacy is so wonderful. The last two times I had been in to pick up my meds, my insurance was put in wrong. The last time the pharmacist even tried twice (to be fair he was by himself with a huge line), but it was still wrong. This caused me to pay almost three times the copay I normally pay. When I called my insurance, they reassured me that they still cover my meds. I went in and luckily got Jackie at the window and she took the time to look into it and fix the issue for me. I really appreciate her patience and kindness. read more

Don't use the pharmacy at this Rite Aid. Went to pick up a refill on Monday and was told I couldn't feel it till Thursday. Called it in Thursday morning, went to get it Thursday at 4:30 and was told they were out of the drug. Now when I call in my refills they ask for a number to call you at if needed. I received no phone call either time. This is the third time this have happened to me in the last two years. Each time after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Horrible customer service. read more

I really hate moving-lived in the same neighborhood for 35 years so maybe I'm just a tad bit stuck in my ways. Nevertheless, I have moved...not far, about 5 miles, just far enough to decide maybe I needed a new neighborhood drug store. Took in my monthly prescription - something that I've been getting filled for years at Freddys with no problems. I brought my insurance card prepared to fill out forms and so on, with a happy smile on my face. The pharmacy clerk was brisk and a tad bit snotty to me. Maybe she was having a bad day. Went to wander around while I waited for my prescription and decided to use the rest-room. Asked a cashier at the front where the rest-rooms where and she sent me to the back-no mention of needing a key. Door was locked so I waited thinking someone was inside, the snotty pharmacy clerk stood there and watched me wait. After 15 minutes of doing the potty dance, I asked if there was another rest-room I could use and she then told me I needed a key to get in, then took her time getting it for me. The rest-room was dirty, there was no toilet paper or seat protectors. When I returned the key I mentioned the lack of TP and Ms. Snotty Woman simply didn't acknowledge my comment. Finally they called me to the pharmacy and told me they couldn't fill my prescription because it was written wrong. I'd waited 45 minutes for this. My doctor writes 3 of the same prescription for me to fill once a month and has been doing it for years. I realize that dispensing opiates can be iffy in the present era, but honestly, as a 67 year old, I am not what you'd call a drug seeker kind of person-however I was treated here as though I was trying to scam them out of pain meds. If they had doubts, they could have called my doctor, but instead I was treated like a criminal. After telling me they couldn't fill it, I said "OK I'll take it to Freddys, where I have been getting it filled just fine." The clerks looked at each other and then Ms Snotty Woman said "Do you want the prescription?" "Well yes I want my prescription..How the heck am I going to have it filled without having it?" She did not want to give my prescription back to me. I don't put up with this kind of treatment. Took it to Freddys, got it filled in 20 minutes and decided I didn't need anything bad enough to ever go to this Rite Aid again. Poor service, poor attitude, unclean store, not a place I want to spend my money-I'll go out of my way to shop elsewhere. read more

I don't think I've ever been to a pharmacy I didn't like. As long as you fill my prescription correctly in a timely manner and your staff are reasonably pleasant, I'm a happy camper. So I'm surprised to report that this pharmacy is consistently terrible, in several ways. I'll give some examples for those who like details, but to be brief, go to a different pharmacy. 1. The staff are rude. I've had one or two people who were moderately pleasant, but most pharmacy workers are extremely unprofessional or rude. I was once greeted by a worker who was cracking up laughing--I stood there waiting for her to calm down. When she did she told me she was laughing because she had just answered the phone and "freaked out about what to say" and handed the call off to someone else. Uh, seriously? You can't answer the phone, and then you greet another customer cracking up about it? I have also heard the staff loudly making fun of customers, while I and often other customers were standing right there. Extremely unprofessional. 2. Even just getting your prescriptions is hard. Their phone refill has tons of unnecessary options and takes way longer than it needs to. Recently I picked up my regular two prescriptions, and since there were two bottles in the bag they handed me, I assumed they were both there. Nope, they had inexplicably given me one of my medications split into two different bottles and forgot to give me the other one. Which leads me to my next point... 3. The pharmacists I've interacted with are rude and not helpful. When I called the pharmacy to ask why they had split up my medication and not given me the other one, they passed me off to the pharmacist. I politely asked him if he had any idea why I hadn't been given my other medication, and he said "uh, that's a question". Um, yes it is...answer it? Maybe? No? Okay. He didn't explain or apologize, just told me he had my other medication there and to come get it. Uh, okay. 4. The drive-through is awful. I rarely ever use a drive-through, but twice I've had a particularly long day and just wanted to swing through. It's not connected to the store, so it's the whole tube thing. and it takes FOREVER. Both times I've been there it has taken nearly ten minutes to get my prescriptions (and this was at 8pm both times--not exactly prime time). I pressed the call button and there was no sound or evidence it worked, so after about 2 minutes of no response I pressed it again. Still nothing. I was about to push it again when a rude person turned on the monitor and, sounding extremely annoyed, reluctantly asked me what my name was. 10 minutes for a drive-through when you are the only car there? Ridiculous. I've never switched pharmacies due to quality, but now I have! Goodbye, Rite-Aid. Back to Walgreens and Safeway for me. read more

If I could zero stars I would. I have been going to this pharmacy for well over 1o years. I'm a very patient person, and I understand that there is a staffing shortage, but the past year this pharmacy has not once had my medication refilled in a timely manner. Most of the time I'm okay with waiting an extra day, even though it's a little inconvenient. I am going out of town for a week today. I had two prescriptions (one of them being VERY important) called in yesterday so I could pick them up in time. I tried calling several times today to see if they were ready, and not once did someone answer. I went down to see if they were ready. They were not. I expressed that I needed to leave for the airport and really needed at least the more important one. I was promised it would be ready by 3:00. It was not ready. I expressed this to the pharmacist and he told me to sit down and he would get to me as soon as he could. I told him I could wait. I needed it now. That's why I came down earlier in the day. I wanted to make sure I could get my medications. He got angry and asked what do I want him to do. I told him I understand that he is busy but I was promised I could get these refilled by 3:00. Where I am going does not have a Rite Aid. He again said "just sit down and wait your turn" and then said "everyone is like this". He was very rude and very unprofessional. I talked to a cashier up front really quickly, because I was in a rush. She said I was the third person that hour to come up to her. There was someone expressing their concerns as I was walking up. This is absolutely ridiculous. He talked to me like I was a child. I get that sometimes people can get frustrated while they are busy, so I understand when someone isn't as friendly as they should be when it comes to customer service, but this isn't the case with him. He was rude and very inconsiderate. I'm never going here again. Do not go here if you want your prescriptions in a timely manner. read more

I will NEVER fill a prescription here again. I used to live super close to a Walgreens with a drive through that I loved, but I am just far enough away from it after a move that it makes sense to find a new pharmacy. I have played around with Target and Costco, neither of which have drive-throughs, so I thought I'd checked out this Rite Aid because it's right by my house. I walked in so I could give them my insurance information and was 'helped' by an unfriendly person that never looked at me and kind of helped me from around the corner. She barked at me to get my information and then took my insurance card and just appeared to be done with me. I stood there long enough that she said 'oh, I'll give it back to you when you come back'. Whatever. I decided to try out the drive through to pick up my prescription because that convenience is the whole draw for me. I drove up, hit the call button and waited. No way of knowing whether they knew I was there are not, I hit the button again after a couple minutes. I still wasn't sure if they knew I was there, so I waited another couple minutes to hit the button again. Finally someone barked at me through speaker and made no apology for the wait. The whole process of the back and forth of the tube, the payment, the receipt to sign, and the actual prescription took at least 10 minutes. It would have been faster to go in. And to top it off, no consultation was offered to me. No one asked me if I had any questions about this new medication. I can deal with poor customer service, but when it comes to medicine, this is unacceptable. There is a reason that pharmacists always consult with you on new medications. I am truly speechless. There are things I don't understand about the medication and I don't trust this pharmacy at all. read more

The location is on the corner of an intersection, with a not so great to navigate parking lot. Once inside the store is clean, but void of helpful employees, and those you do find walk about with a "I dare you to ask me for help" look upon their faces. Once at the Pharmacy section you have a choice of picking up your prescription, and waling around the store while you wait significantly longer than what they tell you, or sitting in one of 4 chairs that feel as though they were chiselled from the finest Italian marble that $2 could buy. In addition to this, even with a store empty of any customers the pharmacy staff finds it complexing to fill the simplest of prescriptions with any sense of urgency, or professionalism, even when the script was called in...a week in advance...and they were notified you would be coming by to pick it up. read more

While I had trouble scheduling an appointment for the vaccine online, I called the local Rite Aid on SW Allen Blvd. and SW Murray in Beaverton, OR, and reached a very helpful young woman who encouraged me to come in as a walk-in, which I did. I didn't have to wait but a minute or so to be vaxxed. Thank you, young lady, and thank you, Rite Aid, for making it so easy to get vaccinated when this simply isn't the case with all of the other providers I attempted to make an appointment with. read more

This place is as competent as the Iowa DNC! The phone message says the pharmacy opens at 7 AM. Don't believe it - it opens at 9. What does it take to correct a phone message? Apparently, that's beyond them. They'll say your meds will be ready at "x" time - but 9 times out of 10, they won't. Really, really terrible service. read more

As a couponer, I LOVE rite aid. I like this location better than Sholls ferry just because it's bigger. I actually never had bad customer service here so my original rating was 4 stars. However, my husband disagreed because he used to have to deal with rude pharmacy staff. He said these people don't know what they are doing and they wasted his time so many times on so many different days. Finally, he fed up with them and left to Walgreen. I moved to Beaverton Oregon in 2010 and started using the Rite Aid on Scholl's Ferry in Tigard. Wonderful store, great service. Moved and started using the store in Cedar Hills, horrible service. Changed to the store on Allen Blvd, still, service is sporadic at best. They refuse to look for Rx's that are efiled. My kids get their meds there and I've had issues several times with pharmacy. I will be looking into changing pharmacies. The last straw was on 4/14/18. I left info on meds to be picked up. Went back 2 hrs later, not all of them done. When I finally did get the rest, received old Rx. I even went home and brought back current bottle and yet they still refused to look for new Rx. read more

First off, I don't really like rite aid in general, but I mean my god this one was awful! I'll go there grudgingly if I have to since it's the only convenient store close to my house but I still hate it. The people who work there are extremely slow and incompetent. They hire either these really young or really old people as cashiers. I waited in line for a solid 10 minutes with two other people ahead of me, hardly buying anything. Terrible customer service, multiple errors on my Rx's, including being shorted pills (I checked before leaving and they fixed it), being given other people's Rx's, they refilled all of my Rx's without my permission. The pharmacy staff has gone the extra mile for us so many times. I really appreciate how solid the service is and consistently friendly and helpful they are. In the last 5 years my son's ex has changed many times, which can be confusing & upsetting. The Rite Aid staff at Allen has been great and I can't say enough good things. read more
